Where to Taste Tasmania's Wine and Food From Launceston to Hobart
"A modest, no-frills cellar door set in a breathtaking landscape, known for standout Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs — a rustic tasting experience where the quality of the wines contrasts with the bare-bones facilities." - Betsy Andrews
Dalrymple is implacable in its quality. We were lucky enough to have Peter run us through a huge selection of amazing releases, having an impromptu masterclass on wine making paired with an enjoyable chat. Peter, thanks for your expertise and nice company. We will be sure to be back as soon as possible!

Our visit yesterday to Dalrymple Winery was excellent!
Daniel took us through a tasting in the viewing room whilst we looked out over the beautiful rolling lush green vineyard.
The Pinot Noirs are exceptional along with the Chardonnay’s which I usually steer clear of. We will be back 👌🏻

Unclear where to go. Wandered around. Found some people inside drinking wine and asked if open for tastings - response was - No way, too wet. Very different experience from all other vineyards.

Jut had a bottle of Dalrymple Rivers Run 2014 Pinot Noir at Clancys Irish Bar on Tamborine Mountain in Queensland. Accompanied by traditional Irish food. Delicious.

Arrived at the entry to the winery to find they operate by appointment only. This isn't clear on Google or on their website. We tried to call several times with no luck. Dont bother visiting, go somewhere that actually wants your business.

Wonderful wines, made with a genuine flair. Worth making an appointment to visit here.
