Dalston Coffee Barcelona - Cafè d'especialitat - Coffee Roasters

First morning in Barcelona, stopped in here for a quick coffee /breakfast to get us through our morning walk! It is a tiny spot, not somewhere to sit and eat just something to keep in mind, but it had what we needed! We both got lattes and ham and cheese croissants, they were good & cheap if you’re looking for something fast!

Great coffee one type of roast the Colombia- fruity and acid but still so sweet. Limited seats available at the place, but the atmosphere is cozy and cool. Desserts looked good, BUT 😂 Took a peanut butter cookie was too heavy and sticky like having a whole peanut butter spoon in your mouth which affected the coffee taste for sure.

A small place with extraordinary coffee. Not much selection of pastries or food at all. The coffee is varied and rich in flavors and definitely the most delicious I've tasted in the whole city. Not much space to sit in

We visited this small, cozy café for breakfast. While the indoor seating was quite limited, we were lucky to find a spot. I had the pistachio croissant with a bit of raspberry jam, and the combination worked really well. The pistachio sauce was rich and generously filled, making it a delightful treat. The iced Americano was decent as well. Overall, a nice spot for a quick breakfast.

Coffee roaster and coffe shop! We drank matcha & flat white, very good preparation and service. We will def repeat!

Top 5 espresso I’ve ever had, Beautiful delicate flavours, full and creamy crème. Came out hotter than I was expecting but no bitterness or sourness. Truly wonderful coffee

This is exactly the kind of café I was looking for. I really loved the coffee, and the service was the cherry on top. And quick. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do. I got my order to go, and was a little bit bummed that it’s not very spacious, but it’s lovely, so that makes up for it, at least for me :). I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this little coffee shop! We visited the one in Ciutat Vella and instantly were big fans. Amazing coffee, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere!

Super friendly barista and excellent coffee. They have gluten free pastry options which is an added bonus. Almost missed it since it super small but so glad we didn't.

While traveling abroad I'm always aware that consuming cows milk with my coffee is just something that is probably going to have to happen on most occasions but when I research and find places that serve oat milk, or even almond or other nut based dairy alternatives I am over the moon. I was delighted to find Dalston within walking distance of my hotel and knew my morning would start off on the right foot so long as I found myself here and sure enough, I did! Service was so sweet and kind. I ordered an oat flat white to begin my day of exploring Barcelona. I highly recommend Dalston, for a great coffee to take away. You may sit here and enjoy it but it's not a full blown coffee shop which was completely fine by me - I'm not really the type of person who likes to do the whole coffee shop scene just hit me with the goods and let me get on my way. Fantastic spot!!!!

Hole in the wall coffee shop in the Gothic Quarters that was truly a gem! As I've mentioned in my other reviews, my husband is a bit of a coffee snob so whenever we travel, we make it a point to try out different coffee shops and avoid coffee chains like Starbucks, etc. Dalston is located in one of the inner streets, tucked away but definitely worth the hunt. The place is small, with just a side bar type table mounted on the wall. Modern decor and wood accents. We both ordered their cold brew coffee which was amazing! It was smooth and well-balanced. There's only one guy who makes the coffee (and is probably the owner too) but he's friendly and efficient. Worth the effort to drop by this place when in the Gothic Quarters

AMAZING!!! I really tried to find good coffee in Barcelona with no success until finding this little gem! A tiny hole in the wall just of La Rambla, you won't find a better coffee spot on the tourist strip. Beautifully roasted coffee and they promote plant milks

This is a lovely coffee place hidden in the Gothic district! Their coffees are some of the best I've tasted in town. Very outstanding little detail to note: they use coffee ice cubes instead of regular ones in the ice latte so that the flavor won't be diluted! Best sellers here: Latte Flat white Espresso

i took a trip to spain this summer and found dalston coffee on yelp- thank goodness i did! it was so cute inside and the servers were super nice! highly recommend !!

The sign says "good coffee" so I had to find out. I got a double shot with fresh milk and it was indeed good. Man working was very nice.

I've had coffee regularly in SF and NYC, this definitely surpasses those coffees. I had the oat milk latte and it was a perfect ratio of oat milk to espresso. Also given the price of 2 euros, you definitely can't get this quality anywhere in SF or NYC. This place is a one man shop, he's super friendly and you can tell he likes his coffees.

Good coffee! The added value is the owner and barrista who is very personable. Make sure to have a little chat.

For such a tiny space, this place has huge energy. Instantly greeted with a smile upon walking in, the coffee definitely hit the spot (not overly priced either for a modern day cafe), and great tracks playing on the speakers. Worth a stop by!

Excellent waterhole in my search for great coffee; our double espresso and affogato were perfect , perfectly accompanied by the delicious banana bread. All of which were served with a smile; what else could one hope for? Most definitely coming back.

Found this small shop while strolling the narrow streets off La Rambla. So clean, so cozy, the espresso is delicious and the super-nice proprietor is the icing on the cake.
