Nice, clean, comfortable room at a good price. They did a great job renovating the space! Location is great as well—around 1mi walk to downtown hot springs, some hikes just across the road as well. Really easy to get to and from the things to see in Hot Springs, and at this price, that’s hard to beat! Overall, really good value for the price for staying in Hot Springs! Would recommend it. Main gripes were 1) that the owners were *nowhere to be found* when I was staying there. Not an huge issue, but felt odd. and 2) the open concept shower flooded most of the bathroom. Had to use most of the provided towels to dry up the floor and toilet.

A super affordable, clean, quaint motel. The owner was incredibly nice, there’s a cute little dog named Janet that greets you in the lobby, and the room was comfortable. We don’t care much for things like breakfast or anything else - this is a motel. So they won’t have that. We had some issues with the internet, but we didn’t expect it to be too good considering it’s a pretty outdoorsy city. It’s walking distance (if you don’t mind 15 minute walk) to the center of Hot Springs downtown and the national park is literally surrounding the city. Its location is great and overall service and price were excellent. If we ever return it will be here.

We stayed here a whole week and Andie the owner was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me and my sister. Housekeeping was really great too. Her place is so adorable. More like a home not a motel and the courtyard was close to my door for my dog. Easy peasy when traveling with a dog. Lots of grass area . Great water pressure with lots of hot water! AC got cold and beds were comfy! . The towels were amazing! Big fluffy and soft , not like hard old small motel towels. Very close to downtown. My go to place when in town now!

These folks did an amazing job on renovation of this cute motel. The rooms are big, bright, clean and very comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Excellent location as town is a couple blocks away. Great commuication from owner. We loved our stay! Highly recommend. For the comfort, price and location.

This is a must stay location in Hot Springs! A well kept and inviting location, beautifully done vintage feel rooms, and at an exceptional price! My wife and I spent the first night of our trip here before passing through. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to book another stay on our way back. The owner was quick to respond and made our trip back so easy. We can’t wait for our next trip to Hot Springs!

This was the absolute cutest. I was in awe when I walked in and saw the rooms. I had my husband and two sons with me, they didn’t mind the room being fabulous. Location is wonderful with a cute little diner right across the street, we walked over to grab ice cream. The communication was great. I could not have asked for anything more.

A great re-habbed mid-modern century motel with themed rooms and a great feel of going back in time. No carting your belongings into a storied hotel when you can park your vehicle right outside your room's door. Rooms are spacious and clean, but the baths are smallest as typical of that time period. Fresh towels aplenty. Convenient to the popular business district.

This was an amazing little oasis in our stay in Hot Springs, very clean, comfortable and charming. Easy check in and accommodating as we were traveling with our little dog. Very pet friendly! The stay is close to downtown and the attractions in the area. We will returning here on our next adventure to Hot Springs.

You're stepping back in time when you stay at Dame Fortune's Cottage Court. Here, it's a blast to the freaking 1950s-60s past. I was surrounded by all kinds of vintage tchotchkes and memorabilia, such as pink flamingos, Airstream campers, cowboy wallpaper, paint-by-number artwork and antique furniture. Yet, for all of the oldness, this motel is definitely new and modern. It has free wifi, lots of USB outlets, a mini fridge in each room, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and lovely-smelling complimentary toiletries. This looks like an old-fashioned drive-in motel, so there are little porches outside of each room, and the rooms face the parking lot. Motel attendants seem to be at the office around check out and check in time, but otherwise, the office is closed. But if you need something, there's a phone number that you can text or call. I had to ask for some towels, and I texted, and they were quick to answer. Dame Fortune's is located just slightly on the outskirts of Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. It's kind of nice that it's not in the thick of things, so if you want to stay in a place that's a little off the beaten path, this is the place. You get a different perspective of the area in this part of the city here. Across the street from Dame Fortune is an old hamburger stand that sells ice cream. There are some empty buildings with tasteful graffiti. This area is on the cusp of being transformed, so I'm sure by the time you visit, it will look completely different. In any case, this is a really cool part of Hot Springs, and it makes sense that a really cool motel is situated here.

Very friendly and helpful management. The rooms are spacious and comfy and clean. They're also decorated with a cool retro vibe.

Dame Fortune's is a hidden gem. This motel represents everything you want from a road trip stop-over. The property is classic mid century Americana that has been lovingly restored without removing its unique kitschy character. The rooms themselves have been painstakingly renovated and are clean, charming and comfortable. Each room feels a bit more like a high-end air bnb suite than a motel. Each has its own theme and is full of delightful details. Better yet, it's dog friendly! The owner offered us a welcome dose of small-town hospitality; from our early checkin to thoughtful dinner recommendations. Our stay here helped make our experience in hot springs truly special and memorable.

Old drive up motel redone in 2017. Each room is different and adorable. The owners are amazingly friendly. It's centrally located. And there's cats to hang with if that's your thing. (It's mine) Love the place. Not a single bad thing to say.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was perfect. The location couldn't have been any better. The room was cute, cozy and kept us warm the whole time. It had the basics like a microwave, fridge and keurig machine. There's an ice cream shop and burger joint across the road and a donut place close by- this place is a mom and pop haven!

Awesome little retro motel. Bed was very comfy. Had an awesome night's sleep after a long road trip. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was great especially Marcy! The giant Magnolia tree out front was great to sit under and enjoy a cold drink! Definitely give them a try!

Love this place it is the only place I am staying in Hot Springs from now on. The owners are great super helpful and available if you need anything. The rooms are great they have been renovated and are super cute each room has a theme from flamingos to horses. They have motel cats I have to say I am partial to Marmalade warning she runs hot and cold but cute as can be. Skip all the over priced chain hotels and stay here has character, super clean and fun!

This location is amazing. The owners are great very personable. The room are kitchy. And the cat are the heart and soul of the court.

It will indeed be your excellent fortune if you stay at the Dame! Lisa and the management of this gem were friendly, kind, considerate and charming. This is a small, old timey, yet pristine and newly renovated motor court. If you crave a bit of the past while still being in the 21st century with your WiFi, then this is your spot! Within walking distance of Bathhouse Row and its delights. It's dog friendly too which was a necessity for my large pooch and me. On any trip that takes me near Hot Springs, you can bet we'll stay at Dame Fortune's and make a special request for the Flamingo Room with the original pink-tiled bathroom.

This place is fairly priced for the location, clean comfortable, bug-free, and has Netflix and Hulu set up on the TVs. You can't go wrong here. We stayed at the Happy Hollow previously, and I was super uncomfortable there due to the intoxicated owner and bug problem. This place is almost the same price but better in every way.

I picked this place to experience something a bit more unique than the average hotel room and am so glad I did! We got the flamingo room, which was adorable, clean, and pretty much perfect! The vintage feel combined with the 21st necessities of WiFi, Netflix, and an amazingly hot shower were the cherry on top of our awesome vacation to Hot Springs. 10/10 will stay here on our next visit!

Never got my double charge back from Expedia and didn't get much help from Dame Fortune owners. Stayed one night charged for 3 some months back.

Clean, clean, clean! Sheet pure white as if they was new. Towels same way. No dust, no dirt, just clean. Hats off to the cleaning lady for a great job!

I love love love this place! Thanks to yelp for the help in finding them! They have remodeled an old 50's motor court and it is so cute. Why pay a chain when you can support a small business?? They were very helpful in recommending places, restaurants, etc! And the bed was very comfortable. Keurig in the room, streaming TV and the little necessities. Way to go girls!

Stayed here for two nights. Room was clean, linen fresh, and locally owned. Very cut little hotel, each room has a different theme. No bells and whistles but the price was defiantly right. Only complaints were thin walls, it's an old building, and the porch lights shine bright into the room, so bring an eye mask if you like sleeping in the dark. Would defiantly stay again and recommend to a friend.

We had the best stay here on our trip to Hot Springs. Our room was super clean and decorated really cute. The property is well maintained. It's less than a 10 minute walk down and 3 minute drive to great trailheads. There's also a great burger place across the street. We'll definitely stay here next time we visit!

Enjoyed my stay. It's clean and they are very friendly there. Prices are also fair. Good area too and close to many places. When I come back to visit I'll be staying there again.

We stayed as the last stop on a very long family road trip and were very impressed. We arrived at night and were greeted by the owners and made to feel very welcome. After a horrible airbnb the previous night in Memphis I was worried so when I opened the door to our room to find it exactly the same as the photos I was extremely relieved. I booked it because I love staying in accomodation that has had a rehab and this place was done in style. It is refreshed but retains the character and every aspect compliments it's history. It was clearly a labour of love. We loved it so much we are returning to Hot Springs in a couple of weeks I wish we could have booked another stay but this roadtrip my parents will be visiting from Scotland so I had to book a cabin that is no where near as nice and doesn't have the great location

What a lovely place. The hosts, Andie and her sister, were absolutely wonderful, generous and helpful. They just renovated this old motel in June 2017 so all the rooms are nice, clean and quiet. They kept the original bathrooms and the tile in each leant itself to the "theme" of each room. Ours was the flamingo room with two comfy beds. Fast wifi, Netflix/Roku. Super short walk to town. These ladies even hooked us up with two Quapaw bath passes and suggested we eat at DeLucas (very good pizza). Definitely will stay here next time we are in Hot Springs!

I will never stay at another place in Hot Springs! The minute we pulled up we got to meet owners and sisters, Lisa and Andie! These two ladies made us feel so at home. The decor is so reminiscent of the 50s-60s. Everything is always sparkling clean. PLUS, you'll get to meet many fur babies while you are there!! This is forever our weekend getaway. We love Dame Fortune's!!

The vintage motel was so cute!! Our room was very clean. I am one of those ppl who can't sleep away from home, and had NO issues here!!! The bed and linens were soft and comfortable!! Not your run of the mill hotel but so much better! Owned by 2 sisters who are hospitable beyond words! The rooms are spotless and so charming with a vintage flair! Everything was just perfect during our 2 night stay! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Charming mid-century modern decor with fully updated fixtures kept sparkling clean make this your best choice for accommodations in Hot Springs. European bedding with a light down cotton comforter that I wanted to take home with me, and a super comfy bed. Each room has a theme, and its own charm. Keep the light on, Andie (yeah, we're on a first name basis now (:))! I'll be back.
