On recommendation, I went over the Dames around 8:30pm on a Sunday as other places were starting to close their kitchens. I opted for the 3-course dinner, but there was not much info as to what it was exactly, so it would be a surprise. The idea behind this restaurant is using locally sourced ingredients and making it into artful dishes. My dinner came with 3 servings of amuse bouchées, which were all great. The presentation and execution were amazing as flavors were balanced: salt and sweet, sweet and sour, etc. It was a quiet evening, and the waitresses were very pleasant to explain what each dish contained. I didn't get a chance to try the wines, but heard they are good.
