Dan Carmel Haifa Hotel

|All the staff, from the doorman at the hotel entrance, the receptionist and the employees at the hotel restaurant and the pool restaurant were efficient and courteous. At the hotel reception we enjoyed delicious drinks and on the two days we spent at the pool, they handed out ice cream one day and refreshing fruits the next day. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.|Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, thank you very much!

A very high standard hotel. Exceptional service from all staff. Excellent quality meals, varied and plentiful. Comfortable and luxurious rooms.|Location with a spectacular view of Haifa Bay, right above the Baha'i Garden. Easy access to transportation and city attractions.|Highly recommended.|Parking at the hotel is limited in availability and is also paid. There is a free parking lot about 200 meters away.

We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. I could list everything, but it was all good. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide some type of evening musical entertainment in the lobby, even a piano player.

We had a room with a view of the bay which was spacious and comfortable. WiFi was good at all times. We had access to the business lounge.|The food at breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding and was beautifully presented.The staff were polite and helpful.|Altogether an unforgettable stay (7 days)

Excellent service, excellent location, excellent staff, and Colinelli - truly excellent. Highly recommend staying at this hotel! Suggest not skipping dinner. I suggest not skipping dinner. The view on the north side facing Haifa Port and the location right above the Baha'i Gardens make the hotel's location exceptional.

538 US dollars for the Executive room during the weekend. Overpriced. The rooms and amnities were good- I think that the hotel underwent a rennovation. The breakfast Meh..It is a Saturday morning. Why not try to be a little more creative? The Salmon was very fresh. But- spread was very oppulent but there was a minimal effort. Tuna just give the guests tuna out of a can why bother to prepare a salad? The boiled egg that my husband had- had an unpleasant aftertaste. The croiassant was soggy. The coffee was not good at all. They gave us UHT milk. When I tried to talk to the lady at the coffee bar she busied herself with sth. else and told me to talk to her boss. A lot of personell walking around, talking among themselves not doing anything. Don't get me wrong. The amount of produce that was on display was enormous. But I came away from it with a bad aftertaste. We are in the middle of a war, I hope they will improve.

We were 3 families, stayed for weekend. |The Dan is a true classic. It's elegant and iconic. |Service was super, so is the dining room- breakfasts panda Friday night dinner.|I stayed there several times throughout the last decades. Never disappointed. Always had a great hospitality experience.

The service at the hotel, from the reception staff (Adel, Adi, Shaili) through the service in the dining room (Amir) through the evening duty manager (Lior), everyone is charming!!!||The food is delicious and plentiful, every day and throughout the day interesting and varied menus. Large room, huge bed! Gorgeous view,||Varied entertainment programs.||Thank you all for the delightful stay!!!
