Dan Carmel Haifa Hotel

We LOVED this trip so much. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. The location of this hotel is so nice, right next to the Louis promenade, overlooking the golf. Our view was stunning. We had a great room with plenty of space for our two children and the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and a separate toilet which was super convenient. The pool was beautiful with a super friendly lifeguard and stunning grounds. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING, we didn’t even know where to start, really fresh, delicious food and we were able to sit on the outdoor balcony which was breezy and beautiful. The hotel staff were so accommodating and warm. We had such a wonderful time, we extended our stay and didn’t want to leave.

If you are traveling to the north of Israel, Haifa, the Dan Carmel should be your choice. A very nice 5 stars hotel and Adel is waiting for you at the reception, very professional, or Irina with her cocktails and always kind, the man who makes omelets is very helpful and finally if you want massages, ask for Niba, excellent.

Prime location on top of mount Carmel within a green surrounding. Overlooking Haifa harbor and all north-west of Israel. Great swimming pool, nice and wide lobby, and public spaces also for kids. Hotel staff is kind and responsive. Overall exprience was great.

This hotel needs a face lift! It shows too much "wear and tear." Also, as Israeli hotel breakfasts go, this one was a bit disappointing in terms of choices and creativity. All that being said, the front desk staff was helpful with a couple of requests we had. Wifi connection was fine.

The staff is great, everything very clean and delicious meals. The pool is just great, the room was surprisingly top level! |The hotel manager Ben solved every issue and made the stay pleasant for the whole family! |The lounge is a spot worth to visit!

This hotel is a gem. Fantastic service, amazing food of a very high standard (WHAT A BREAKFAST - INCREDIBLE!). Clean and tidy and well kept. They met every standard promised and more. We had a fantastic time. It is clear that this is a very well manged hotel and my appreciation and thanks go to management on a job exceptionally well done. If you are in Haifa, this is the place to stay, and BTW, don't miss out on their dinner as well!

They put thought and attention into it. And there is a lot of options to pick from.|Rooms are big, nice and comfortable, all of then have a beautiful view to the sea. |The location is great - there is a nice promenade next to the hotel with beautiful scenery to Haifa’s bay, and you can walk to restaurants and coffee near by.|||Maayan, Liron and Noa Ginat.

We loved our stay at Dan Carmel! First class all the way. Wonderful staff, beautiful room, amazing food, and the best views and location in Haifa. We came to celebrate a special birthday in our family. They rolled out the red carpet and made us feel so special. Stay here!!
