I had an absolutely terrible experience at this garage, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing any kind of customer service or support. They were outright rude and dismissive, treating us as though we were an inconvenience rather than customers seeking help.
What makes this situation even worse is that we were in an emergency, and they completely refused to assist us. Our car was experiencing serious issues, and we explained that we were in a vulnerable situation, but they showed no empathy or willingness to help. Instead, they turned us away without offering any solutions or even recommending alternatives.
By refusing to repair our vehicle, they put us in a potentially dangerous situation. It felt like they had no regard for our safety or well-being, which is deeply concerning for any business, let alone one that deals with critical services like car repairs.
The lack of professionalism and basic decency here is shocking. They seem to dislike interacting with strangers and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. I can’t imagine how they stay in business with this kind of attitude.
Save yourself the frustration and risk—avoid this garage at all costs. There are plenty of other places where you’ll find helpful, courteous professionals who actually care about their customers.
