We had a fantastic stay at the hotel with my boyfriend in August! The location is ideal, close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. We were also impressed by the hotel’s amenities, especially the pool and the spa area. Breakfast was top-notch with a wide range of delicious options. The staff was always friendly, and we’d like to give a special shout-out to Elena, the public relations manager. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped with everything we needed. We’re definitely looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at the hotel with the whole family in August and had a wonderful time! The location is perfect, close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, with a modern design and everything feels new. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff was very friendly, and we’d especially like to mention Elena, the public relations manager, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with any questions. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We loved spending time in this hotel. It's very clean and the atmosphere is tranquil and luxurious. Location is perfect for both the beach and promenade, and city centre just a walk distance. Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Meira and Ron were very helpful and kind.|The cream of the crop is the dinner buffet, which was absolutely delicious and delightful with a wide range of dishes of both local and international cuisine.|Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay at one of Tel Aviv’s landmark hotels! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Mediterranean. The staff provided excellent service — professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location right on the beach is unbeatable, and it’s within walking distance of many attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tel Aviv! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad experience all over. Made a reservation for an Executive Room, was then told that the Lounge is actually close. Called customer service several times with no response, Sent a review which led to customer support manager calling me to apologise & promising a gift to my room, which never arrived. And I am E-Dan member. Avoid this hotel. There are better hotels in Tel Aviv, for a cheaper price.

I wanted to share my experience today at the pool. We were looking for beds and shade for an hour with no luck or help. The people using the umbrellas were all very rude and selfish. One man, Yaakov, helped us above and beyond. Carried a very heavy umbrella all around the deck around people to bring it to my friend who couldn’t be in the sun. He was amazing. My stay at this hotel was delightful. The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning seaside views. Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms are quite good by Israeli standards—spacious and comfortable, though I did notice a few minor imperfections in the finishings that were surprising for the price point. Nothing that detracted significantly from the stay, however. Breakfast was great, featuring an impressive spread with a wonderful variety of fresh fruits and dishes to satisfy every palate.
