Very bad experience. The receptionist has a bad attitude. Don’t recommend staying here.

This resort is very nice because they have many pools and there room is beautiful and clean .

Horrible customer service. My family and I came here to relax but got stressed in the end. 👎

We celebrated our anniversary with my boyfriend here. During that time, we are able to get the promo on weekday and the customer service was very good. However, they happened to sanitise or filter the swimming pool so we are only able to use limited pools.

the treatment of customers is nonsense. me and my friends are a bunch of teenagers having an overnight, there was this one staff that started accusing us of having too much members when me and my friends were just the the right amount of members in the room. and on top of that, they even said that we being too loud when the other room that was private with many adults thats much more noisy than us started accusing that we were being loud when me and my friends were just listening to music with a volume that is only for us to hear. FIX YOUR STAFF MEMBERS

It's a nice place for your little kids. The kiddie pool is very large and only 3 ft. deep. Slides are available for kids. You are also allowed to bring in your food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Rates are very affordable.

It’s an okay resort if you’re looking for a go to trip outside cebu with your friends. The price is a bit expensive in terms of the quality of the room. It’s still livable. In terms of the location, it’s a bit far from the town but there are mini stores outside of the resort. Service is not the best but they still assist you with basic inquiries.

Staff are great very helpful and friendly one disappointment there. Is no kettles in the rooms and our TV didn't work, Internet was poor, also lots of mosquitoes can be very uncomfortable at times, we enjoyed the food although the rest bar is not always open, hard to get a, drink of beer and if you buy it outside your charged corkage, the resort was very very quiet and the slides weren't working overall looks like the lock down took its toll on the place, staff are very nice but there isn't alot of them.
