We have a great experience in hotel, all the staff are approachablenand friendly.||I would like to acknowledge chef mohamad shabou and shenan. In our family dinner chef mohamad didn't hesitate to ask us if what we need and offer his amazing pizza. (Which some chef did not do) He handed over the pizza with smile and he actually told how he prepare his supernatural dough. ||Mr. Shenan was so passionate on his job. He served us with his very unexpectable strategy since we are not only the guest in the restaurant. He make sure that all his guests was satisfied not only in the good food that they prepare but also how he manage to handle each and everyone in the restaurant.||A BIG HATS OFF for both of you SIR.||I hope The hotel management was so proud of you that they have a great, passionate and hard working staff like you. Your dedication in your job are the reason why we can recommend in all of our friends and colleagues your hotel. Hoping that the management will acknowledge your sincerely passionate work. Staued for 2 nights.|Rooms were spacious and living room tv had only 15 channels & bedroom tv had lot of channels not sure why. Restaurant staff were very good & Manager Ossama very supportive. |Breakfast food quality & varieties very average for 5* hotel. No fresh juice/ bakery part avg/ same food buffet repeated for 2 days. |Family swimming pool need good attention to maintain cleanliness & I have seen algae in between grouting. By the pool no service for drinks orders you need to go and order from the bar. I have not seen any pool attendant service by the pool & there were ants in grass area. Spa staff were very good & helpful. |Overall compare to the room rate & services provided not valued. Hotel is aged need more attention to upscale the service. Rooms service menu club sandwich instead beef bacon kitchen don’t have turkey bacon. Room service menu what’s written its not been served. |Have a look what needs to be done for providing right service standard..

I had such an amazing experience at Danat Resort in Al Ain. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming, and the whole place felt so peaceful. The water park was a lot of fun, and the swimming pool was incredible, 2 meters deep, which made it perfect for a refreshing swim. But for me, the best part was the wellness area. The gym was well-equipped, and I absolutely loved the jacuzzi, ice bath, and sauna. I even tried contrast hydrotherapy (15 minutes in the jacuzzi followed by 4 minutes in the ice bath) and it left me feeling so relaxed and at peace. I only stayed for one day, but I truly wish I had more time there. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again for both fun and relaxation.

Our stay was awesome as always. We will definitely come back every chance we get. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Price was affordable but the quality of the hotel (especially the buffet) was way more than what you paid for. Also, very clean environment!! Pool was cool even in the middle of the day.. Ideal for summer getaway..

We had a short but truly enjoyable stay. Everything was excellent from the moment we booked the room through the reservations team. A big thank you to Jane from reservations team. I received the booking confirmation within just five minutes of calling. She was extremely professional.||The reception team was very welcoming and friendly, and we got our room quickly without any delays. We had a wonderful time at the pool , the entire team there, including the lifeguards and bar staff, were incredibly supportive and attentive. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious!||Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable experience.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our one-night stay at the Danat Hotel in Al Ain. The entire experience was incredible, with exceptional service that made us feel right at home. I want to give a special shout-out to Katrina at the front desk for being so helpful and friendly—she made our check-in and stay so much better. The hotel's food was delicious, and we were blown away by the stunning views and the fantastic pool area. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again soon!

Great location (very isolated and private) and great facilities. I’ve been a regular member here for 3 years now and enjoy it thoroughly, using the gym and sauna every week. My criticisms are this resorts obsession with hiring staff who don’t know any English or Arabic, and they don’t understand basic instructions or statements that I tell them, repeating myself many times and they still don’t understand. This has been an issue for nearly two years and I’m not sure where the resort finds these people. I had a negative experience with one particular staff member (who I resolved already with management) as well. High praise for the security guards David and Isaac, they both do a fantastic job at what they do. Aside the issues with some staff members, I recommend coming here whether it be for a day experience or a stay.

Dear Team, We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at Hotel Danat Al Ain. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. At reception, Ms. Faye was very welcoming and helpful, and she arranged our room promptly, which made our check-in smooth and pleasant. We also had a delightful time at the Old Fox Pub. Ms. Michelle, the Manager, was extremely hospitable and made us feel at home, while Mr. Sunil’s service and warmth added greatly to our experience. The ambience of the pub was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
