Review of D&A Hummus Bistro, Amsterdam I had a really good experience at D&A Hummus Bistro. The food was delicious, and everything was served quite quickly. While the price is a bit on the higher side – almost €30 per person to try a bit of everything – you do get a wide variety of flavorful dishes, and you definitely won’t leave hungry with their menu. It’s not fine dining or anything mind-blowing, but it’s very tasty, satisfying, and clearly made with care. A solid and enjoyable meal overall. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for Middle Eastern food in Amsterdam.

Google
Well-frequented bistro with a wide selection of vegan options. Since we wanted to enjoy the sun by the harbor, I ordered the food to go. It was quite busy at the time, and I was kindly warned that it would take about 15 minutes – which I found totally reasonable. (I think it actually took about that long.) I ordered the Hummus Cauliflower dish – it was super tasty and came with nice little sauces and side components. There were also other options available like eggplant, falafel, or roasted veggies. The atmosphere looked really nice too, and I imagine it’s a great place to sit and eat as well. Definitely a lovely spot for a snack or even a full dinner. Service 4.5/5 Ambience 4/5 Vegan selection 4/5 Taste 4.5/5 Price 4/5

Google
This was the best hummus and kababonim I've ever had! The staff were friendly and amazing. We also had drinks that were so fresh and wonderful. 100% would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back!

Google
Best falafel I tried in my entire life! I took chef’s special and it sure didn’t dissapoint! Definitely recommend visiting and trying their food. Nice and cosy atmosphere and open kitchen where you can see chefs do their magic. Can’t wait to come again!

Google
Was recommended this place by a family member, and this was the best meal we had in Amsterdam! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and we really enjoyed the music that was playing. The host and waitresses were accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed everything we ate! Thank you for a great meal and experience.

Google
10/10 experience Super cosy restaurant, delicious and authentic food and lovely staff. Absolutely no complaints. Hummus was fantastic, and they even offered whole wheat pitas as a healthier option to the normal pitas. Vibe and location is very nice too.

Google
Decent Middle Eastern cuisine. Good quality, not too pricey. The place is small, but cozy. I recommend trying their hummus, it’s home made and definitely differs from the one you get in a supermarket. It’s served with fresh hot pita bread. And I absolutely loved their dessert knafeh. It’s not too sweet, and the combination of the crunchy dough and melted slightly salty cheese makes it just perfect. Probably the best knafeh I ever had. I would improve their wine list, the one what we had is very mediocre. Also, kebab missed some spices too my taste. But overall I can recommend the place!

cute atmosphere and amazing food, I tasted the best lamb and babaganoush in a while!

Yelp
Yum! We made reservations for dinner. The restaurant is intimate, everyone is super close to each other. I felt that the staff were extremely accommodating for us, we arrived early, granted it was raining outside. They allowed us to be seated 45 minutes early. This is uncommon when in the United States, at least until your whole party is present. All of our food was very good. No complaints there. We were allowed to separate our checks. Two toilets located in the back of the restaurant. All in all, I'm pleased with this meal.

Yelp
Based on the number of high reviews, I decided to come here for dinner. We made reservations, but we came here early since I was hungry. We ordered "A Bit of This and A Bit of That." I like the option of trying a variety of items. The eggplant was my favorite. The falafels were a bit dry. Overall, most of the items were just ok to me.
google avatar

Celina S.

Yelp
Everything we ate was high quality, down to the olive oil drizzle on the hummus. The pita was standout - pillowy and fresh. The falafel was fried fresh and not oily. And the hummus itself was great. We also ordered the meatball and eggplant dish but honestly could have gotten full just from the hummus. I'd recommend sitting outside if the weather works out!

Yelp
Delicious fresh eats. The falafel is light and fluffy. The lamb kebabs are well-seasoned. The tiny salads are flavorful. The gin and tonic with orange and spices was very refreshing. Definitely the word is out. Small intimate space fills up quickly.

Yelp
This is a lovely little restaurant near the Lindengracht market. We stopped by on a Saturday after wondering through the nearby stalls. They have a variety of seating, and my friend and I sat on a little couch near the entrance - perfect since it good for people watching but out of the scorching sun. I started with a sparkling water and iced coffee. The servers were very attentive - in fact, nearly too attentive. It seemed we had 3 different servers checking in on us! Despite this, we didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable sitting for a while. The beef and lamb plate was delicious and served hot on the pan! The condiments on the side offered a variety of unique flavored, although the dish was great on its own. There is a washroom in the back as well. If you looking somewhere to sit on a Saturday afternoon after the market, this would be the place!

Yelp
Had an absolutely great time at this restaurant. The service was great, the food was even better. I loved the cauliflower + hummus dish, shahshuka, and the best was the falafel by far.

Yelp
Review coming from Southern California where we have great, healthy Mediterranean food. Hummus Bistro knocks it out of the park. First off the friendly service makes you feel welcome, then you settle in by getting beverages and listening to relaxed reggae music. My wife got the falafel, which I had to try and was crisp and amazing. I got the hummus chicken in which I loaded with the provided pickle tray. This place knows how to bring out fresh and well made food.

Yelp
One of our favorite restaurants in Amsterdam! First visited a few years ago and we loved it. Feels very homey and inviting! Most recent visit just reminded us how much we love the place. Food here is just amazing. We got a shakshuka and a hummus, as well as a app to share for two and it was a lot of food. The menu's simple, with a variety of shakshuka and hummus on the menu, and each features a protein or veggie that tops either dish. I'm a fan of the Ktzizot (meatball) with the hummus (not on regular menu but does appear on specials). It's hard to choose between either but I'd say the hummus here just slightly edges the shakshuka for me. There's gin cocktails and a good selection of wine! Definitely make reservations!

Yelp
Great place for vegetarian and vegan food. Very nice atmosphere and great service. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to squeeze us in while the place was packed. We went for the "a bit of this and a bit of that " menu to share and taste a variation of dishes. It was surprising and very tasty. Will definitely come back...

Yelp
Wonderful food, great atmosphere, and the staff is amazing! I had the watermelon and feta salad, which was very flavorful. Summer on a plate.

Yelp
Numerous visits to d&a warranted a recap. Shakshuka is a mainstay in my dinner repertoire at home, and after trying it here, I realized I was a wee bit off. Flavor abounds in this dish as in the numerous hummus options (of course), salads, falafel, swooped up with loads of pita. With the wine bottles flowing, it's sure to be a memorable meal and crowd-pleaser for the Mediterranean lovers. The workers are hospitable and they manage to host a lot of tables - at least when weather allows for terrace seating. Inside is a bit small, but reserve if it's an option or try your luck because the food will leave a positive impression.

Yelp
5 stars ! Great service, wonderful food, fair prices...friendly staff... we're locals, and happy to add a newly discovered place we like...even better it's in the Jordaan, a great part of the city to walk around...highly recommended haunt !

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Had the Shashuka with the sausage (a small single sausage) and loved the different accoutrements. There was enough that every bite could be flavored differently. Lots of places to eat here but would definitely come back.

Claudia B.

Yelp
The food here was very good. We ordered the hummus chicken, falafel, the chickpea salad, and meatballs and all of it was delicious. The ambiance here is also very nice. I gave it 4/5 stars because the service wasn't great. Two of the waitresses were chatting with each other most of the night and one of the waitresses was waiting on all of the tables. She was great but it's hard to wait in so many tables as just one person. But our food was delicious so I'd recommend it if you're thinking of going.

Jose R.

Yelp
Try a bit of this and a bit of that. Great sampler for foodies. Service was excellent!

Yelp
This place is live. The hummus cauliflower and falafel is mega good. Service is very very friendly and helpful. Great location no touristy or a scene at all. We don't eat meat so they have plenty of options. Our kids loved it as well.

Yelp
I have traveled all over the world and have been lucky to have had some great meals. I will tell you that this ranks right at the top. I am always on the lookout for great Mediterranean food and all I can say is WOW. This is a small place tucked into the neighborhood that provides amazing flavors with interesting dishes. We were having a late lunch so we were really hungry. All of the items looked amazing and the stomach took over. What seemed a simple late lunch turned out to be an amazing array of food and flavor. We started off with the original hummus which was amazing. So fresh and had whole chickpeas in it. A different take, but amazing flavor. As we enjoyed that, our main dish came. We both ordered the Kababonim which again was off the flavor charts. Basically it is lamb and beef meatballs with roasted root vegetables. Such an amazing dish. Also the portions of the hummus and meatballs were HUGE. We literally rolled out of the restaurant. But it was so good, I couldn't stop eating. I rarely give out 5 stars and this is well deserved. Another note is that rarely have I come across a meal that I have tried to duplicate when I got home. This one I did. Please support this business.

Yelp
Great Hummus and great ambience. Would definitely recommend this place. The pita bread was amazing too!

Yelp
Casual, very special spot, great service. The bits and bites sampler was abundant. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Before any of our food came out, our server at d&a hummus bistro brought out a parade of little "salatim" dishes, including pickled red onions, spiralized beets, spiralized cucumbers, pickled carrots, a bitter-tasting orange "jam," and a spicy yellow zhoug. This colorful spread of ingredients was a great way to start the meal, but the highlights were yet to come! My pick was the hummus falafel, made of a plate of super creamy hummus topped with soft chickpeas and three crispy falafel balls, along with handmade pita breads on the side (both white and wheat). The falafels and the puffy, doughy pitas were perfect for dipping into the hummus, which was so satisfyingly delicious, especially with some of the orange jam or zhoug to add a little zing! I also tried the Kebabonim, which were three juicy grilled patties made of ground lamb/beef with herbs, served over roasted root vegetables (carrots, celery root, red onion) and tahini sauce. Overall, this was a super tasty meal in a friendly, casual cafe setting. Everything came at reasonable prices, and the hummus, pita, and salatim were definite highlights!

Yelp
Such a great restaurant with simple, delicious food! We ordered the vegetarian"bit of this and bit of that" tasting menu for 5 people and loved everything we ate! Hummus with chickpeas, hummus with the most perfectly roasted vegetables, roasted cauliflower, baba ghanoush, an eggplant dish, a cold cucumber tomato and chickpea salad, labneh, white and whole wheat pitas, homemade pita chips, and more! There was a vegan option too.

Michael N.

Yelp
This place is already highly rated on Yelp, for a reason. The food was excellent. The hummus was a beautiful creamy texture that most Americans will not be familiar with. They should be. This is not your store bought hummus. It is fresh, it is divine. And if you don't want it, there enough options that even my non-adventurous father found something to satisfy his taste (meat balls) .

Ashley K.

Yelp
We were blown away by the food here. The hummus with chicken was excellent as were the meatballs and the tomato cucumber salad. Service was pretty good compared to some other places we have visited in Amsterdam. The atmosphere is very laid back, and even though it was very busy it didn't get terribly loud.
google avatar

Naol T.

Yelp
We ordered: hummus w/beef stew, hummus w/falafel, lemon ginger tea, sage/orange/star anise tea, 6 mini pickled dishes (complimentary). The hummus was creamy and the flavors were subtle, it was very good. The pita bread was warm and pillowy. The falafel was very crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. The absolute best texture and flavor. Everything tasted freshly made and was super delicious. It was one of those times I wish I had a second stomach. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Would highly recommend this place! Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. Would particularly recommend the hummushuka. Comes with pita and some pickled veggie type sides, so good!

Yelp
I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Amsterdam. The tasting menu is the best way to experience all of the wonderful items - we got falafel, chicken, lamb, eggplant, cucumber salad, different hummus selections, pickled vegetables, shakshuka, and more. It was a great atmosphere, incredible food, good service! They deserve every star.
google avatar

Yelp
Maybe we just didn't order all the right things, but this place wasn't as impressionable as other spots in Amsterdam. We came here on a Friday night to grab a bite and everything we ordered was mediocre. I will say that their HUMMUS is good and that is probably the only thing that we really devoured and finished. We ended up not touching the other items and I was really disappointed. It was really cold and there was no space inside, so we sat outside. Took about 15 minutes for us to get our menus and another 30 minutes to get all our food. The wait itself killed the vibe for all of us. When we got our food, the waiter didn't explain what each of the items were so we were left kind of confused on what was each item. We didn't get to go inside, so we don't know what kind of vibe the restaurant was. We passed on a lot of food and didn't really eat too much here. I usually really like mediterranean food, but this restaurant just didn't cut it for me.
google avatar

Yelp
While visiting Amsterdam I had to try this place because of the reviews! I had heard some recommendations that Indian food was a hit in the Netherlands, so why not try one of the best rated places?? For starters I got the shakshura, at least I believe that's how you spell it. It was one of the best meals I had in my entire European trip! Check out the pictures because it's just amazing. They give you pita bread and you can sit there and just savor every bite. The restaurant itself was nice and clean and had an overall good vibe. Would go back if I ever make it back to amsterdam!!
google avatar

Sudipto G.

Yelp
Stopped by this cute place because of all the amazing reviews. Top tip - don't try a walk in, we got very lucky, but this place is jam packed, just call ahead and reserve. Tried the hummus platter with falafel and it was delicious, some of the best I've had in a long long time. We came at an odd time (hence we were lucky to get seats) but really couldn't stuff ourselves more as we were full of Stroopwafels we had just ate! I've got this place down for a repeat visit whenever I come back to Amsterdam, need to try the Shaksuka!
google avatar

Hazel J.

Yelp
This place was awesome Came for lunch - got the following: Pita: 5 stars, toasted and plenty of it Hummus and roasted cauliflower: 5 stars, the hummus was creamy and rich and was very complimented by the cauliflower and pita. Super satisfying Shakshuka with sausage: 5 stars, not too salty, also huge portion, well balanced flavors, and also went well with the pita Would definitely come back!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
1st day in Amsterdam and found the best food I've had in 10 days of traveling in Europe This place does it right. Originally stopped for a snack of 5 falafel balls. Then came back for dinner later with my crew. OMG even better at dinner The soup of the day : Tomato with chickpeas and lentils was 10 stars and the pita bread was amazing The hummus was smooth and full of flavor This place is a must!!!!

Yelp
This was my favorite restaurant experience in Netherlands and Belgium (the two countries I visited on this trip). We got so lucky with timing, because it was pretty full when we arrived and soon after sitting down, they had people waiting around for tables. Ordered the "some of this some of that" sampler platter and it was AWESOME. Favorite highlights: the spicy carrots, the spicy sauce that came out at first and the hummus was fabulous with the falafel and other goodies in the pita. They had a wonderful little fresh brewed iced tea (quite small, unfortunately, but oh so tasty). Staff was very friendly, decor was nice, but tables were pretty small--too small almost, for the amount of food you got with what we ordered. Highly recommend this place for a meal! I'm going back next time I'm in Amsterdam.
google avatar

Miryam Y.

Yelp
If not my absolute favorite, Hummus Bistro d&a is definitely one of my favorites in Amsterdam. I could sit here just to look at their decor and set-up alone. The service was better than many other places I've been to in Amsterdam and that alone is enough for me to return here. The Yelp reviews on here don't lie -- this spot is amazing. Mediterranean food served with a twist~~~ The photos speak for themselves. I had the Sinaya and my friend had the Kabobonim - both outstanding. A must-try when in Amsterdam! By the way, if you're one of those super indecisive people, this spot is for you, as they have a menu option called, "A little bit of This & A bit of That...for when you don't know what to choose".
google avatar

Tono M.

Yelp
What a great experience. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, it's a small place. We were able to get a seat right away in the late afternoon. We had the cauliflower hummus and the falafel hummus. They were both absolutely delicious. The pita bread that came with it was spectacular. I could have eaten this all day! Service was pleasant and efficient. This was a great dining experience!

Yelp
Back here again, stayed at the airport but Uber'd downtown because i had to have the best hummus ever and roasted eggplant was out of this world
google avatar

Kathryn T.

Yelp
I rarely rave about hummus and tahini. Why? Because their delicious standards are pretty high. It's relatively common for it to be done well. But then you have d&a which is on a class all of its own. And it. Is. Amazing. In a desperate search for something refreshing and light yet filling, my cousin and I stumbled onto this gem. (And he has higher standards than I.) Everything we got was delicious and the service was wonderful. Whether you're a native or visiting, d&a should be on your list. I recommend: 1. Hummus with whatever you want. 2. Aubergine with tahini 3. The Shakshuka. It warmed my soul with its spice and tomato. Literally my favorite entree in Amsterdam. Tbh, the pita wasn't life changing but everything else was so good that it didn't matter.
google avatar

John T.

Yelp
Casual neighborhood cafe, unique and delicious food. Great people watching spot. Very reasonable prices. We ate lunch on very comfortable chairs on the sidewalk out front.
google avatar

Sasha T.

Yelp
I try chummus in every city I go to and I rarely say, "amazing and reminiscent of Israeli chummus," but I'll say it for D&A! It's a cool little joint in Jordaan, which is a great area of town we hung in a lot. We were in Europe for 15 days and only repeated 2 restaurants, this being one. It's run by a handful of nice yet seemingly shy Israelis. The food is delicious and the ambiance wonderful.

Heather M.

Yelp
Delicious everything! Tastes just as good for takeout too! We always get a spread so we can try everything and have leftovers. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Grant B.

Yelp
Solid! Good drinks, delicious food, amazing vegetarian options! Long line, but worth the wait. Our Order: (forgot to write it down). See pictures. Environment: small, packed place with very narrow walkways and squeeze to get to table. Great ambience and table atmosphere once you get a seat. Service was spectacular and they recommended amazing vegetarian dishes for us. Verdict: great food! Amazing lemonade (i believe it was fresh), and the table service was great! Tips: come early - it can get packed. Next Time: try some other vegetarian dishes. They only lost a star because the wait time was actually twice as long as they quoted us (we waited nearly 40 minutes when quoted about 20). It was quiet cold outside so it would have been nice to have a place inside to wait but there was no space. Other than that, it was perfect!
google avatar

H. G.

Yelp
One of the best meals I've had in a long time. It was especially lovely as a respite from all the meat, starches, and carbs in traditional, local food. Vegetables and grains galore. The space is beautiful (like an Anthropologie store). The food comes out looking like art. I can't wait to go home and try to make some of the dishes we had. Just a fantastic place. Make a reservation. It gets busy!
google avatar

Zoe B.

Yelp
I really love the home-y feeling of this place! The kitchen is open so you can see the chefs in action. We ordered a selection of things from the menu, which I would highly recommend because the food is so shareable and there are sooo many delicious options! My favorite was the hummus with chicken (A MUST) the eggplant (a crowd favorite), the falafel (who doesn't love falafel) and of course the pita bread was amazing. We also got the platter with 4 different dips, which was good but in retrospect I would have gotten another hummus dish instead. All in all, super cute and delicious place. Would go back!
google avatar

Grace D.

Yelp
Everything was amazing EXCEPT the customer service. The food was fantastic and great hummus. We tried the roasted eggplant and it was very delicious!! Definitely recommend trying it. Portions are fairly large and you can defiantly share one of the hummus menus. Although the food was great, the customer service was not to good. We would get brushed off by the waitresses and ignored when we first walked in. We ordered a beer we never got and had to remind them 3 times to bring a glass of wine. Other than that, the food was amazing!

Yelp
Love love love this place!! Yelp did us good...again!! The reviews on this place are spot on!! The neighborhood is perfect! Little Dutch neighborhood with family owned restaurants and shops. Definitely worth planning time to walk around before or after. The restaurant is small, clean and quaint. The staff is hard working and very nice! Our waitress was so nice!! She sat down and gave us tips on non tourist type places to go!! (This neighborhood Jordaan was one of the places on her list!) The food is so yummy! We had the "Little bit of this and little bit of that" vegetarian option. It was SO GOOD!! It was nice to get to taste a bit of everything and pair them together with the excellent bread. For dessert we had the cheesecake and halva parfait. Both were very good. Tip: make reservations!
google avatar

Karen S.

Yelp
It's a small restaurant, so I would make a reservation. Cute place. Good service. The menu is small but all sounded delicious. They bring out pickled vegetables with a few dips. A spicy one and one with preserved lemon. Quite fresh and tasty. We went with the hummus with chicken. The hummus has fresh herbs, spices, chickpeas, olive oil, and spiced roasted chicken on top. Good sized portion. The pita bread is made in house. It's thicker than I am used to but good. The roasted eggplant was quite tasty. The tahini added a unique flavor. The trio was also good. It was tahini, baba ghanoush, and labneh. We were too full for dessert. I would definitely go back. More dishes to try!

Yelp
incredible Mediterranean food! We made reservations ahead of time and I'm glad we did, because it's tiny here and it was PACKED (for good reason). Husband had shakshuka with sausage and he devoured it. I don't know how they manage to pack in so much flavor in a tomato sauce but it was done. I got the falafel and it came with the most luxurious, smooth hummus I've ever had. I've seriously never had hummus that was this smooth. The portion of it was nice and generous too, so my husband got to try some as well. Fresh pita was served with our entrees, perfect for dipping into the shakshuka and scooping up all the hummus. For our drinks I got the lemonade which was very tasty. I don't like lemonade that's loaded with sugar and this one was perfect--not too sweet. Husband got their version of a Moscow mule which came with star anise..it was interesting! Personally, it was a bit too strong on the star anise but some people may enjoy that.

Yelp
A hummus lover's heaven. If I didn't like hummus before coming to Hummus Bistro d&a, I definitely did afterwards. I was first introduced to Hummus Bistro d&a by a client. I was trying to find a restaurant that could cater to both my vegetarian and vegetarian-intolerant friends on our trip to Amsterdam (tall task I know). She assured me this restaurant would be perfect. And honestly, it was much more than perfect. Now every time I am in Amsterdam wandering around the "- grachts" I always make a point of dropping by. Atmosphere: The atmosphere at Hummus Bistro d&a is whimsical and cozy. It is one of those cute restaurants with an open kitchen in the back and mismatched furniture throughout the restaurant. The exposed bricks painted white contrasted against this beautiful blue wall in the back with the very simple menu written on the walls - stunning. Food: Every dish at Hummus Bistro d&a comes with this brightly colored assortment of pickled vegetables and snacks, and they are delicious (if you like your food pickled) so bright and colourful. I have really only tried two things here - the hummus and the Shakshuka. The original hummus is this beautiful fresh and smooth texture. It has this subtle taste that can be likened to the Japanese "Umami" - this balance between savoury, sweet, bitter, sour, salty. This is not the hummus you get at Albert Heijn, and paired with their fresh pita bread fresh from the oven, it is amazing. If you can, I highly recommend getting the hummus with something on top; be it their tender beef stew or my personal favorite the Hummus Chicken. Topped with Jerusalem-seasoned chicken thighs, fresh herbs & olive oil, the chicken is beautiful cooked, just soft enough with all the juices adding this vibrant flavour to the hummus. And when you dip the bread in, it's absolutely divine. The Shakshuka. I have to say Hummus Bistro d&a revitalized my love for this Middle Eastern / North African dish. Literally translated to mean "stick together" or "mixture", the Shakshuka at Hummus Bistro is composed of this delightfully spicy tomato and herb sauce. The two eggs cooked into the sauce are perfectly cooked through. And, when mixed into the sauce, creates a hearty dish perfect for the cold Amsterdam weather. I usually pair this all with a lovely Moroccan Mint Tea which comes with a Turkish delight that is absolutely delicious.

Yelp
Wonderful restaurant with fresh food. They are vegan and gluten-free friendly which is a plus! My husband, sister, and I visited and each of us ordered hummus with different pairings - beef, chicken, and falafel. All of them were delicious and the food arrived with a selection of what they referred to as a salad for the table- pickled veggies, carrots, and sauces. The vibe of the restaurant is laid back and their music selection was really fun. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!!

Yelp
I don't get the hype... the hummus was okay. Everything about this place was just okay... Maybe everyone was high when they visited this Bistro, so everything tasted better to them... but seriously, it was just okay.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise this place was. Walking around Amsterdam we were looking for a quick bite and came across this busy little place after checking reviews in the area. We were worried that it might be all booked but the nice staff were able to fit us in after waiting 10 minutes. Ordered the beef hummus, no matter what you get from this place make sure you get a hummus dish, it was amazing and by far the best hummus I've had at a restaurant. Tried the shakshuka and siniya as well. Both were excellent dishes with the shakshuka having a fresh tomato based sauce with spinach and two eggs cracked and cooked in it. The sauce was especially good with a rich tomato flavour with herbs and mildly spicy that worked well with eggs and the pita served with it. I particularly liked the siniya, which was minced beef and lamb on roasted tomato, sliced eggplant and crispy pita. It also had tahini & pickles red onions on top. All together it was a very good dish that made me feel like I was in the Mediterranean. If you're ever in Amsterdam looking for a great dinner spot, I would recommend this place. The food is very shareable too if you want to order a bunch of items for a group to split.
