Expensive for a very spartan room (even for Denmark). Lift not working. The baggage room was double-locked so could not access it when reception was closed even with code number. Another family definitely missed a train due to this. One nice and friendly receptionist, and one incredibly rude one. Having the emergency number (for when the reception is closed) person live an hour away is ridiculous.

Having read the different reviews, I have to agree with many of them - this hostel is quite poor. Beds are ok (but small), and room was also ok, but budget. Location is very central, but very noisy as well, due to all the train announcements and the noise from the trains 24/7. Escalator was old and very slow (and couldn´t take me from 3rd floor to ground floor, but only to the 1st floor and THEN to the ground floor). Linen pays extra, which is also a negative thing. Early morning I needed to get something in my car, and when I got back the app (neither my key card) could open the front door, so had to call the emergency line to get back in. Find a nice Airbnb instead.

The staff are coarse and hard to work with. They will form prejudice against you and offer worse service if you are American. In addition to horrid staff, the hostel is not clean. The beds don't have sheets (you must buy those separate) and the provided blankets are yellowed with age. If the downstairs kitchen is a mess and you bring it up, the staff will blame their guests and put up petty notes rather than actually take care of the problems. Overall, the only good thing is the location.

The bath room is very slippery! Watch out! very old room and bad Decoration compared with expensive price, the only advantage is near the station. I would rather take a train to another city than live in it again. I promise I will never live here again! The bed is always noisy when you move just a little bit!

Do NOT stay here. This is the most horrible experience I ever have in my life. There are lots of hidden fees. I was overcharged 250. The person at the reception desk was very rude and unprofessional. The room is cold, dirty, and smelly. I can hear clearly from the room next to me. Do NOT stay here!!!

Absurdly, they ask you to rent bed linen. The room and the other facilities were fine, but the linen not being included in the price for the room that is advertised is unbelievable and an unfair advantage over all hostels that include it, as they should. It was also a bit noisy, because on one side the hostel is next to the train station and on the other, it is next to a tram stop with an incredibly loud loudspeaker. Additionally the cards to the room barely worked and sometimes needed 20+ swipes to open a door. Also, I don't think the elevator worked. However, my main and biggest pet peeve is the bed linen thing, and everything else is just a minor nuisance compared to it.

We had a twin bedroom with bathroom and shower. It is a hostel but it is priced accordingly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only down side, as an older traveller, is the lift doesn't carry more than 150 kilos and we were on the third floor. My wife and I couldn't ride the lift together. Minor detail and we enjoyed our stay. Situated next to the train station, and a few minutes walk into the town.

Minuses : - The key card always did not work the first time. - Old, wobbly, creaky beds. - Bed linen for extra. fee, which was with stubborn stains. - Old shower and sink with barely warm water, or even cold. - lack of hair dryer, toothpaste, toothbrush and comb. - Strong audibility (sounds from neighboring rooms and from the street). - Reception is only open from ~7:00 to ~16:00. Pluses: - There is breakfast. - Working toilet (in the room). - Relative proximity to public transport stops. Highly dont recommend to stay!
