From start to finish, my dining experience at Dani Brasserie was exceptional. The highlight of the evening was the outstanding service provided by Emil, our server, and Enrique, the sommelier.
Emil was attentive, professional, and warm—ensuring every detail of the evening was seamless. He struck the perfect balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality, anticipating our needs and making us feel welcome and well cared for.
Enrique impressed us with his expertise as a sommelier. His wine recommendations, including the Albillo Real and Numathia, paired beautifully with each course. He guided us with knowledge and passion, turning the wine experience into something curated and personal.
The dishes themselves were exquisite, with the Atún with Stracciatella and the Pichón a la brasa standing out as memorable highlights. Combined with the exceptional service, it made for a remarkable evening.
