Nice hotel, a bit outdated and old interiors but it is clean, the beds comfortable and the shower and toilet brand new. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they let us store our luggage for a few hours. Its proximity to the Krakow centre and Synagogue is ideal, about 5-6 min walk If only they could change the carpets and some furniture this would make the hotel much more appealing. But still for 1-2 nights is perfect We stayed in the 4th floor so we didn't have much disturbance from the tram as Many people here are commenting.

Large well appointed room spoiled by stained and filthy carpet. Good shower. All reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast involved crossing busy road to cafe which served good food but difficult to get to if raining or snowing. Very small antiquated lift. Very noisy by day and night but as you are in a busy city this is to be expected. Suggested that this suitable for back-packers only.

Apartments located centrally to all areas - walk 5 minutes to main square and about 15 minutes to train station. ||We had two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Very clean and plenty of towels. Also a small fridge which was very handy. ||Quite noisy as next to main road with the trams. ||Small supermarkets nearby for food.

Great location being 5-10 minutes walk from Old Town , Kraków’s main club is a few doors down along with a pub ( V Pub ) which is mainly for the locals but the people are very friendly and it’s close to the hotel. All in all a great vibe , decent enough rooms you get what you pay for , just don’t use the elevator lol as it’s very noisy and scary …

Good aparthotel for a one night stay. Between the old town and the Jewish quarter. Rooms on the street are a bit noisy due to the trams going by under the windows. Zabka is just across the street. Rooms are large, beds are okay, linen is very good! Hot water pressure is very very good (each room has its own boiler) but showers are small. There is free coffee machine and water (also sparkling) in the reception.

Honestly was worried reading the reviews but please don’t believe them. We arrived at 2pm and had 2 rooms booked, one was ready so we were able to leave all bags in there. We were all apprehensive but the room was absolutely fine. Got the keys to the second room, which ideally was next door, and it was even bigger, with a seating area & balcony. ||Yes the rooms may not look the most ‘modern’, but they’re clean, beds are comfy, plenty of plug sockets, fan in the room and a fridge. Also tea & coffee facilities. Towels also changed daily if you want them. ||Staff in reception are very lovely and helpful. ||Yes the hotel is on a tram line but you’re in the centre of Krakow, many hotels will be. They didn’t disturb our sleep enough to say it’s an issue and the room looked right on to the tracks. ||Overall, after the initial concerns, would stay here again when returning to Poland.

Expected a lot worse however this hotel is actually really good ! Close to krakow square and the Jewish quarter, it’s in the perfect location. ||The trams are a bit loud on a night but the rooms are clean, and if you pay for breakfast, the cafe across the road you take the vouchers to is great also, nice food ! |We couldn’t make breakfast one morning due to visiting Auchwitz, and the hotel sorted us lunch boxes and this was great, had our breakfast AND LUNCH in there. More than expected. ||Staff are friendly and would definitely stay there again.

A very central aparthotel, about 15 minutes walk to old town and the same to the Jewish quarter. Excellent tram service which passes directly outside the property.room was very clean, plenty of towel changes.
