Dar Attajmil, Guest House Marrakech

Absolutely beautiful Riad with fantastic, attentive staff. We stayed 2 nights, 3 adults and one 17 yr old. We had 2 rooms, a double and a twin, spacious, spotless, with very comfortable beds. All equally impressed by the decor, fabulous breakfast and lunch provided by Fatima. The Riad is in the heart of the medina, they organised a taxi from the airport to collect us, day trips and recommendations, telling us which were worth seeing. I honestly couldn't fault this Riad, Aziz was brilliant, managing to do everything at once. 10/10.

A really lovely riad with wonderful, friendly staff. We had the larger room so had 2 double beds which was ideal for us travelling as 2 female friends. We walked to all the main sights and museums in the medina. We felt safe at the riad and in Marrakesh. We ate at the Riad on the first evening on their rooftop, which was lovely and great food. There are a few nice other rooftop restaurants very nearby - El Fenn is gorgeous, only an 3 minute walk, and good value for fine dining. There was another opposite the Riad (MK Maison) with a lovely rooftop with views. The Riad organised a taxi transfer both ways for us. Be aware the there is no car access directly outside the Riad - it is a minute walk down a side street, no problem for us. I would 100% recommend this Riad to stay!!

We stayed three nights in this charming riad and really felt like home. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food served at breakfast was excellent. The rooms are nicely decorated, very confortable and quite. The location is excellent, in the medina and close to the main square. We loved it!

A wonderful retreat in Marrakech. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Immaculate service from a team of beautiful people. Every one of them! The food was delicious, breakfast different every day. Very helpful with pick-ups to and from airport. Loved it!

Lovely location and service! The Rooms are quite small and because of the proximity to other places downtown you will hear guests of room top bars up late and loud. Although it was for us quite magical and unique you will also hear call to prayer at 6am so do not expect to sleep in.Please also note the Wi-Fi is completely unreliable and you cannot stay connected for more than 5 minutes making it difficult to make a call or access internet.Additionally breakfast was not very complex but was sufficient the best part is the hotel feels so relaxed after a long day of noise and chaos in the city. The architecture of the hotel and the staff was incredible.

I dare you to find this gem of a hotel from the streets of Marrakesh. Bryan was our guide and we were able to stay here for two perfect nights. Thank you Bryan and Aziz for such a warm, kind welcome for our first days in Morocco. I’d give it more than five stars - hearts, unicorns, and gold !

Amazing stay in a lovely riad in the medina of Marrakech (walking distance to Koutoubia mosque, Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bab Laksour).|Comfortable beds, good value breakfast and nice rooms. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Aziz for making my stay memorable.

We have been to Marrakech many times and stayed in several different riads but this one beats them all. It’s in a very safe location, Mouassine, and is very convenient for walking to the souks and the main square. We loved our room, Nomades and were particularly pleased with the good lighting, thick towels and well placed mirrors. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. What makes this place so special is the staff. They are all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We only met Ibrahim once but he told us that he, Fatima and Fatma have been working together for many years. Fatima’s cooking is wonderful and we had dinner in the riad every one of the five nights we stayed. She also treated me in the hammam which was amazing. But the absolute star is Aziz. He seemed to be there 24 hours a day. He brought me hot water every morning, served us breakfast and dinner, printed off our boarding passes and was a mine of information. He is a real treasure and I just hope the owners are aware of his meticulousness in everything. We shall definitely return next year - Inch Allah.
