As your Loyal customer for more than the past ten years, my experience during my last three purchases has been very unpleasant. On several occasions at the food buffet, and most recently in the pastry section, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by a female employee.
First of all, as human beings, everyone has a responsibility to treat others with respect. Secondly, as customers, and based on customer service rules being polite is the minimum level of behavior we should expect. Not only was there no courtesy, but the employee responded with a bad attitude and was extremely disrespectful. I was shocked and asked her if I had done something wrong to deserve being spoken to in that manner. She immediately replied that I could read her reviews because everyone had praised her it was unbelievable answer ... !!
When I asked for her name, she introduced herself as Mojgan. As someone who has been a loyal customer of Super Daryani for over ten years, this kind of behavior and disrespect is completely unacceptable to me. I sincerely hope the management of this store will pay closer attention to their employees’ behavior and how they treat customers, as this experience was truly upsetting.
