We had lunch at Das Eduard in Vienna and had a pleasant overall experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the availability of outdoor seating. The menu offered a decent variety; the pork schnitzel was good, though not exceptional, while the chicken risotto was quite tasty. A thoughtful touch was their flexibility in adapting the breaded chicken salad into a smaller portion suitable for our 2-year-old daughter. Prices were slightly above average but felt fair given the quality and service.

Came here for dinner twice as it was a 10 minute walk from our hotel. The waitress we had(sorry can't remember her name but she had blue hair) was brilliant & very friendly. She sorted an alternative drink as they didn't have our 1st choice & it was probably better. We dined inside, even being able to move tables due to smoke blowing in from outside. Nothing was too much trouble, including allowing us to share a schnitzel(previous experience of this dish is it's large). Short wait for the excellent food. Decor is very good. We booked a table for the next night, our request to move tables was noted & had a table waiting away from the window. The waitress also remembered our preference on drinks too. Again excellent food; service & atmosphere. A popular, slightly tucked away venue worth finding it.

Improvised a late Sunday brunch here. The place is spacious and wide, but it was obviously crowded and the empty tables were actually booked, but the staff took a couple of minutes of investigation to find a spot for me, for a generous 90 minutes before the reservation came in. I was wisely suggested to wait around 15 minutes to order, so I could choose from the main menu and not only from the brunch menu. During the weekends, they are serving brunch until 15:00, when they switch to the standard one. I can't help my fried chicken addiction and went with the crispy chicken. Otherwise, there are plenty of tempting alternatives. Crispy chicken is a different animal which most of the times disappoints. However, Das Eduard is here to show how good can it be: their towering crispy chicken burger is visually attractive, and it's chicken has the perfect crispy texture. And they got their crispiness without abusing of the coating, which means it is thin and crispy. The only point that keeps it away from perfection is that is lacking flavour intensity: some spiciness which adds flavour depth. Being that said, it is a very enjoyable crispy chicken, well above average. The service was always kind and quick, and I liked the good vibes in the local in general. Price wise, it could be slightly above the average, but I would say that portion's size is also.

Super quiet place, spacious. Kind staff. The burger was spectacular and beers also good. The dessert was the cherry on top. Won't disappoint you.

It's my favourite place from Vienna. There s an element which I can not quite figure out that makes the restaurant very welcoming and bright. The staff is very charismatic and fun to interact with. The place accommodates anyone. The food is done to perfection and every dish seems to have a twist or a special element that elevates it.

We had diner with 2, schnitzel with green salad, and a krispy chicken burger. The burger came served with a burned bun top, the bacon under it was also black burned. The chicken was ok, the fries were undercooked. That dish shouldn’t have been served. Though the waiter saw it was hardly eaten from and he asked what was wrong, we got the full bill 😢🙁

Google
Nice restaurant to eat or have a chill drink. The food is good, reasonably priced and the atmosphere is nice. Especially in the summer it's great to sit outside. Best to reserve beforehand if you want to sit outside as it can get quite full during the warmer times.

Yelp
Coffee is excellent, food is pretty good. Nice outdoor seating, and lots of healthy options (they also have gluten free) and a nice overall experience. I rated them four stars as I didn't think the food was anything spectacular, but a good spot if you need something light and healthy.

Yelp
The best breakfast and brunch spot in the 15th! They have a nice, diverse menu with plenty of options - 'American' food, traditional Austrian, Italian, etc. They probably have one of the best burgers you're going to find in Vienna, too. When the weather is nice, their outdoor area is the perfect nice, sunny spot to hang out, enjoy brunch and have a drink or two. Service is really friendly too!

Yelp
Excellent meal! Great service! I had the falafel and hummus and my husband had the Schnitzel. His statement was "delightfully enjoyable, great portion size and excellent flavor"

Yelp
Eduard was a cafe that one of friends suggested because we were in the mood to hang out but didn't want to spend our money at a fancy restaurant or put in the effort to find a fancy pub. My friends live right down the street from Eduard, so we went there around 10 PM for a glass of wine and some chit chat. Once I got there, I decided I wanted something to eat and got a chicken wrap. The food was delicious! It was made right in the kitchen, which you can see from the seating area, and when eating the wrap, I could taste how fresh the ingredients were. The cafe/bar/restaurant has a very casual, relaxed atmosphere. One of my friends spent her entire time working on an application while my other friend and I talked until about midnight. The staff is very welcoming as well. I know the next time I'm in the mood for a quite but modern cafe, Eduard will be my choice.

Yelp
We were a large group after a concert and the service at Eduard was actually very friendly and fast. The menu is small, but offers unique things including a Black Reuben that I was eager to taste. All Viennese restaurants should really ask the expat crowd in town to taste things like reubens and burgers before putting them on the menu. I was so disappointed with the reuben. Kren does not belong, the brown bread does not belong, and I was happy to see pastrami, but it should be shaved very thin and smothered in typical reuben sauce, which was not present. A friend ordered the burger, and apart from the bun, she was happy with the way it was cooked and the toppings, messy though it was.

Yelp
Found this place close to our hotel. We went there for dinner and found that the food was very delicious. We ordered the Schnitzel and some other pfiff plate. Both very good. The portions are good and the prices are fair. The service is really good too. We like the place so much we went to breakfast the next day. The breakfast is better then the dinner by far. Great choice of breakfast foods and very tasty.

Yelp
Awesome, finally a great cafe in the 15th district. Delicious breakfast and lunch options, plenty for vegetarians. Definitely will be a regular. Only thing to improve would be better coffee beans. Would be great if they had illy.

Yelp
This place was close to our hotel and it was raining so we decided to try it. The service was excellent. Both servers were very friendly and provided excellent service. Josh in particular made us fill at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Both servers gave us good suggestions for Austrian wine. We had the Apple Celery soup which was very good. I had the Pork and my husband had the curry. Both enjoyable though the curry was a better choice. Mine came with bread dumplings and I am not a fan, a bit too dense for me. Prices were reasonable and the quality and freshness of the food was very good.

Yelp
Food was delicious and BIG portions, we got the chicken snitzel and vegetarian sandwich. Potato salad with the snitzel was really good. Staff is friendly and most speak fluent English. I do recommend bringing cash because they had an issue with their card system while we were there.

Yelp
Horrible experience. My friend and I arrived at noon on a Sunday. After 20 minutes, we were finally greeted. We both ordered the breakfast waffle that a couple atvthe table next to us had and it looked utterly amazing. After 20 more minutes the server came back and told us they were out of waffles. Quite frankly, that should not have happened as they serve breakfast until 3pm. So my friend ordered an omelette and I ordered the kaiserschmarrn. After 30 minutes our food arrives and I was served a pathetic excuse for kaiserschmarrn. For the same price of the gigantic waffles, I got maybe 5 tiny pieces of flat, thin undercooked pancake batter that was utterly tasteless smashed against a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with 2 tablespoons of sorry plum compote. While the presentation was nice, it was hands down the worst kaiserschmarrn I have ever tasted, and I have ordered takeout kaiserschmarrn from a Vietnamese imbiss. I couldn't even finish it. However, the melange was good and the local was adorable. And my friend said the omelette was ok. But the sorry excuse for kaiserschmarrn, the fact that they ran out of waffles less than half way through breakfast, and the lack of sufficient servers that lead to slow service means I will never return. This is my first time ever having such a bad experience at a dining establishment in Vienna and I created an account just to vent about it. If you are looking for good breakfast or brunch, I highly suggest the breakfastclub.
