This Artsy Neighborhood in Munich Shows a Different Side of Germany's Beer Capital

"A restaurant serving pan-European dishes with a weekly changing menu, featuring items like a salad with kimchi-butter sauce and poached trout with wild-herb risotto." - Sahar Khan

Amazing food! One of the best meals I've had in Munich. Everything we had was great even simple things like tomatoes and salad greens. We both got the 3 course meal (appetizer or mini pasta, main or pasta, and dessert). The presentation was great as well. Will not be my last visit.

Really worth a visit if you're in Munich. The restaurant is small so it's advised to make a reservation. We didn't, but they saw that we really wanted to eat there and made an effort to find us a place at the bar. The chef Josch explained thoroughly the menu and all the dishes when they were served to us. Very good food and nice experience overall. I really recommend it!

I was passing by and wanted just to buy a coffee, but it turned out that it was a whole restaurant behind a stand. I ended up having a full breakfast at this place. The only thing I wish was different about this place is that it opened earlier:). The cappuccino was amazing, had two cups. And the avocado bread with soft boiled egg was delicious, one of the best that I had.

I loved this restaurant. Unpretentious, friendly, neighborhood place. I accidentally found it for lunch today and had their three course set menu. The food was amazing and the service wonderful. One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Germany.

Lovely local restaurant with a terrace and pleasant atmosphere. Appreciated the hospitality by the chef and staff, who were flexible and hospitable. Menu featured selection of local vegetables and ingredients. Highly recommend!
