Honestly would have loved to give a better review but our experience here was quite like a rollercoaster.
We arrived at 10.30am and the restaurant was quite empty, and initially they told us we could only order breakfast, which was fine as we just wanted a light bite. But by the time someone came to take our order, they said that we could only order lunch and that we would have to wait until 11am.
The food itself was okay. But then it came time for the bill. We had asked 4 different staff to help us with the bill before we finally got to pay. When we paid in exact and in cash. And before we left, one of the staff came up to us and asked very rudely if we did not like the service.
We definitely did not and that was just icing on the cake to change our experience from mediocre to terrible.
The staff were hot and cold to us throughout the service, sometimes they were nice and sometimes they werent. Except for one lady who was constantly smiling, although we did not take any of their names. If she had served us, perhaps our experience would not have been like this and we would have happily tipped them for good service.
