Authentic Chinese noodle place specialized with their homemade noodle. Food: tasty and authentic but was way better before, at least my dumpling this time wasn’t that great and has strong meat blood taste… Price: Increased a lot due to inflation Service: better in the evening and staffs are more friendly! Busy lunch time they are clearly under stress. Reservation is needed for lunch time!!!

A+++++ I'm a huge Asian food lover and highly recommend this place. It's super fresh, inexpensive and all round great! Pop in and enjoy. Many local Asians also eat here which is always a great sign! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I came across this place in frankfurt while traveling from California. it was one of the best meals I had in frankfurt very authentic and delicious. Please open a store in San Diego California you would do very well there .

Went here twice with colleagues and absolutely loved it! Each dish is packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. They have a very efficient team and has a nice atmosphere. The milk teas are also delicious. Definitely recommend.

The food was okay. I had it a couple of times and could have it again on those days where one doesn't know what else to eat and all else seems unattractive. Not necessarily a place that would stand out for me. Their service was okay, though a bit slow, and I believe their prices to be just okay.

4 out of 5 stars: Ambience: The restaurant is well located around Westend. It is in a bit of a quiet neighborhood. The interior Ambience is neat and clean. Not too fancy. Menu: The menu offers a variety of different dishes! However choosing a dish can be a bit difficult since there are so many similar dishes with just minor differences (with/without sechuan pepper) which makes it a bit confusing to choose. Food: - Broth: For most noodle soups, the unique flavor comes from the broth. This broth was very well made, full of flavor! Recommended! - Meat: Some nice meat chunks in the soul. Very tender! Delicious! - Noodles: The noodles were very average, nothing extraordinary. Overall - recommended restaurant! There might be some other noodle shops in Frankfurt that are better, but das Nudelding is worth a visit nevertheless.

Top Chinese Noodle Restaurant in FFM! Been there so many times that I still feel like going there the next time. The location requires a relatively long walk, though. From Taunusanlage station, it’ll take you up to 15 mins by foot.

The food here is fantastic. The price is a bit higher than a typical lunch menu but it's also better and the portions are really big in my opinion. The place itself is not very big but it's cozy and you'd better call to check/reserve a table. English is also spoken here and you can pay by card (german "EC" card).

I'm Chinese and I've been there many times. the food is always tasty and the flavor is consistent at a reasonable price. The staff are always nice.

Came here on a weekday night, not many people, sat outdoors. Asked for recommendation, was asked with or without soup, I said either. Was suggested #36, so I ordered it. A few minutes after, I decided I wanted another dish but mine was already made. Ah well. The flavor was good but the noodles were really sticky. I've eaten and cooked a lot of noodles, and I suspect the noodles I got were cooked in already-starchy water (ie water used to cook another customer's noodles was used to cook mine). It wasn't good at all, very disappointed. Lots of food, didn't really want to eat it towards the end though since it wasn't good. €11.50 was alright for the portions but quality really wasn't there.

they don't have an english menu but you can see it on they website! i thoroughly enjoyed my two visits there i like the spicy cha cha mien, really good! everything i've had there has been good, great homey warm broth with hand made noodles!

Great place! Chinese proved. Don't know why some have ranked this place so poor but this is definitely by far the best Chinese place I've ever tried in Frankfurt. Authentic NORTHWESTERN Chinese style which is so unique and really strong in spices. Of course this is not a place for everyone especially for those who can't appreciate the beauty of spice ;) but I'll 100 percent recommend it to those who dare to try authentic northwestern Chinese food. Dishes recommended: Hsiang la yu lin mien (Weizennudeln mit heißem Öl übergossen), Hausgemachtes Sandwich nach asiatischem Art, Wanzen-Suppe mit Schweinefleisch

Great Chinese cuisine. My Chinese wife and I tried this place when we were in town and it was definitely one of the best Chinese soup I've had in Germany so far. The atmosphere outside is very cute as well. The price is okay. Definitely would recommend this place!

inconsistency. Dishes sometimes served cold. Compared to vast variety of selection food in westend area and other similar nudelhaus near by, neither the taste nor the price is competitive. Another thing to mention about is they usually put too much spice in one bowl... the food often lose its own taste and the heavy spice completely disorient your taste buds.

Very Chinese, nice food, kind service. I have been in Germany for many years and the first time to eat authentic Chinese burger rou jia mo. We will drop by at times.

It's now my no.1 ranked Chinese restaurant in Frankfurt. A must try Chinese hamburger (even though they called it sandwich).

Yikes, have the Asians that visit this restaurant forgotten what good noodles really taste like? Men and women in suits must be hungry because other than the it filling a hungry hole the taste is mediocre. The portions are large and overpriced. The xiao long bao has no soup in it the dough taste like wallpaper. The beef noodles had good cuts of beef but the flavores were masked by the 'ma la' and sourness. I really wanted to like this place but......
