Absolutely beautiful experience in all senses. The personal is very friendly and nice, they manage to support top quality in all services. The rooms are great and the saunas and pools - 🙌🔥. Had a great experience swimming in a warm pool during snowy evening. The food was perfect and we really enjoyed our family celebration by relaxing in the hotel area and having great mealtime together.

I was half upset half happy with this hotel. Pros: The staff is splendid! Food is amazing. Pool options with fresh water or warm water. Very relaxing hotel, lots of nice areas to chill and enjoy. Cons: The decorations and some facilities have 'fake' rustic style, for example all the fireplaces are light with some smoke, wood is fake, and we booked a suite with sauna and it was just a light that was not even warming it up. Also the room was not like in the pictures they show. It was nice, but the main reasons of why I wanted to stay in that room were fake or incorrect. Also there is no A/C nor fan or anything to refresh the room! And it does get pretty warm inside

Perfect for a girls Weekend, or a romantic getaway! Food and outdoor area was absolutely amazing. Spa treatments need to be booked weeks in advance. We had to pay extra for staying at the pool on our departure day, because the hotel has booked a treatment at 15:00. That felt like bad service when we've been hotel guests for a couple of nights.

This hotel is a familly wellnes hotel with very good wellnes ground for guests. All employees are very friendly and professional- thanks for this servis. Outside pool has 25 m x 6 m with temp. 35 dg. 6 diff. saunas incl. very nice relax rooms..

Very friendly personnel and good service, good quality food, nice room and the entire hotel looks very clean. Overall a superb stay. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure!
