Nice cozy restaurant with a variety of burgers on the menu. They have vegan and vegetarian options too. The burger bun was a bit sweet for my taste, but the meat and the veggies were fresh and delicious. Service is fast and the staff is nice and helpful. Toilets were clean and well maintained.

Walked into das!Burger for a quick lunch over a couple of burgers and their twisted onion. Twisted onion was amazing, light and so easy to snack on. Burgers were a little too dry for my taste but overall still tasty. Loved their homemade lemonade!

The Sumo burger and the Spartacus burgers are must-try burgers. I really liked the house fries with deep fried rosemary. Also, it helps that their staff speaks english fluently and that their restrooms are very clean and tidy. Among desserts, the bread pudding stood out best. Cant wait to get back here.

Wow..wow...wow...I've been to quite a few burger restaurants up and down the Republic but this one today...das! burger...affords special mention! Not least from the excellent service we had..the great atmosphere but also the imagination which goes into each and every dish which arrives hot at the table...the twisted onions....never had anything liked them and my visual taste buds found them so cool I went for the Sparticus burger three medium grilled patties double cheese and garlic with a side order of Coleslaw and fries washed down with an Indian pale ale und..aka IPA craft beer...dessert was the trio!! You want to know what that is??? Go and have a meal there you won't be disappointed! Price's? Totally in order... clean toilets and wheelchair accessible...seats in and outside. Worth every one of the five star rating today!!

A...MAZIIING! I ordered the "Charlie Brown" Burger and asked it to be medium. It was probably the best burger I've eaten so far! I'm not even exaggerating. I ordered my second burger right after and I've never done that before. I don't live in Wiesbaden and I just didn't want to miss that taste as long as I was there.

Second time here and did not disappoint. I ordered the sumo burger with fries and it was literally the best burger I’ve ever had and that’s a bold statement coming from an American. I will definitely be coming back here again in the near future.

Das burger is no disappointment to burger lovers! Last night I had the Sumo burger and I immediately disappointed that I'd eaten a salad and appetizer before biting into my delicious burger. Each bight elevates your flavor experience. The pork belly and spicy aioli are an unexpected obsession. 😋 They also have options for vegetarians.

Super-tasty onions ( I thought it would be ‘onion rings’, but it was something else, yet very tasty), but quite a big portion for one, we hadn’t ate it for 2. Burgers are good, some original recipes. Tables outside are awesome for summer.

das!Burger makes a damn fine burger. The nachos were much better than I would have expected to get in Germany (I was surprised to even see them offered!) It's a little bit on the expensive side.

This is pretty good. I've been told it is the best burger in Wiesbaden, and that's probably true. If you time it right it will be a pretty nice relaxed place.

I look forward to eating here again! The burgers are not at all like a normal German burger and when they say spicy or hot, they mean it. I find that the service is slightly slower than I expect, but you kinda get used to that here. I also appreciate that they have more than one or two IPA's to choose from. That's unheard of here in this town. This place would get 5 stars if the service was more attentive.

Fantastic burgers with extra friendly staff that speak perfect English. I've never been so impressed by the service at a restaurant in Germany. The burgers are also tasty and fun! Great stop for anyone wanting a big hearty burger. I also loved the shoestring fries because they were truly the size of a shoestring (unlike fries in the US which claim to be shoestring but are more the size of chalk!) Ambiance I'd casual but conducive for private conversations too. Highly recommend!

This is the ONLY place to go in Wiesbaden for a burger! I Came with my wife on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised about how great their burger was. Until das!Burger each burger experience I've had in Germany has been disappointing. Thank you das!Burger for turning that all around! I will be back and recommend this establishment to everyone I know.

As a new member of the Wiesbaden community, I am happy to say I really enjoyed Das Burger! They have a lot of different burgers and fantastic fries to go with! Their beer selection is pretty good and the servers are always very friendly. I enjoy sitting outside and having a great burger here. Their fried onions are incredible too! Definitely suggest coming here with friends!

Good burger but I thought it was a bit pricy for what you get. The fries were good and the coleslaw outstanding.

Ok, American here who has worked in many restaurants. 1 star for the fries. 1 star for the beer selection and burger taste 1 star for the owner who happened to be there on my last visit, seemed like a nice guy. Ok, so, let's start with fries. They are rosemary shoe string type which I like. There are two kinds of people in this world, steak fry(baked potato) and the appropriate fry size people. With that out of the way, first visit I ordered the peanut butter burger. I would not recomended as the balance is completely off,way too much pb.... I've heard the same from others. My favorite is the el grifficito, sauce on side as it is super spicy. Today I had a not so pleasant visit. Their menu says all burgers are cooked to medium, which is my preference. Halfway through my burger I look down and it is very red with some purple. I don't want medium rare burgers. I brought this to the attention of the guy behind the bar who decided to argue with me that it was in fact "medium." Which is total BS, I asked him what temp was medium but he couldn't answer. Should be 60 C minimum. Please see my attached pics. They did make me a new burger which I appreciated. Unfortunately while most of the burger was cooked correctly it seems the chef or the griddle is unable to produce an evenly cooked piece of meat as there was another medium rare/rare portion of my burger. I have no problem if that's the "German way" of cooking but don't try and argue with me that that is medium, or medium well for the second one. Please, I'm from the country that invented the burger. If you're an American or anyone who knows how a burger is supposed to be cooked/ consumed I would recommend asking them for "medium well" or "well done" as their cooking is way off. One of our more favorite places to go in the downtown area. Spacious seating, the food is exceptional, and the staff is polite to us as Americans. Seems like it wouldn't matter given the American presence in the area, but it does. Definitely will be going back.

This a nice little spot with some unique burgers. Definitely worth a try when you are in the area

Came here with some friends on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. This was my first meal outside of the hotel since I have been in Wiesbaden. I was told that they have the best burgers...so I had to try them myself! Since it was my first time dining here I ordered the das!burger...lemme just say it was perfectly cooked and flavored!! Definitely the best burger that I have ever had! Unlike the US everything is ala cart...french fries, ketchup, etc. We also ordered the nachos to share which was good but not the best I've had. Overall, it was a nice dining experience. The service was great and our server spoke English. I will definitely bring my out of town visitors here!

So, your staff is great, location great, ambiance great, and your appetizers are fantastic. Now, it's time to add some true VEGAN burgers to the menu...local competition (Hams I'm Gluck) has ten veggie/vegan burgers on the menu, and their staff tell me that several meat eaters also come in to order their veggie burgers. I believe that your business would see an immediate, positive impact!

This gourmet burger joint has an wide selection of freshly prepared choices. The service is courteous and fast. There is also a nice selection of beers. Visited and had burger, fries, nachos and salad. Everything came out as ordered and tasty. Recommend visiting.

Another one of our favorites in downtown Wiesbaden. Good beer selection, delicious burgers and is on the hipster/trendy side, which we like. I've been here three separate times and each time the service has been good and food has been even better. The last two times I got the banh mi burger and that fire sauce was so hot but so delicious. I know others have complained about the fries but my husband and I both like them. We also got the fried onion appetizer and the jalapeno ranch with those are perfect. I tried one of the wings when someone else ordered them and although they aren't what I pictured wings to be, they really were not bad. Hard to try other things on the menu when the banh mi burger is as fantastic as it is.

Best Nacho with brisket ever!!! Had a castaway Burger ...(((this hit the spot )))) !!! This place likes you to make reservations.. but They will sit you at the bar if not...

Da Best! I love a great, hearty burger. This is my second visit to das!Burger and still amazes me. I had the Sumo Burger. Who can go wrong with a huge burger with Pork BBQ and spicy peppers. My wife had the Charlie Brown burger. I was pleasantly surprised to discover peanut butter is actually good on a hamburger. Lastly, we shared the Twisted Onion. This feast was more than we could eat. If your looking for great IPA Beers, look no further, Das!Burger is there to provide your need. Cheers.

We were walking around one evening and happened to stumble upon das!Burger, and we are glad we did. The menu is found on the web via a QR code. Unfortunately only the name of the item is in English, what is in it is in German so be ready to translate. I ordered the farmhouse and my wife ordered the Alamo. These burgers are quite large and most certainly require a fork and knife. They were quite delicious and the fries were great as well. I look forward to going back and trying some of the other burgers on the menu.

Our favorite burger joint in city center with outside seating. Not the largest menu (English) but all items are prepared flawlessly with outstanding taste. Give the nachos a try with a nice selection for beer drinkers. Service is conscious and thoughtful to go with a cool interior vibe for young and old.

Went back twice in the last month and have been disappointed with the decline in service and product. The buns always seem stale but doughy now. I'm not quiet sure how that is possible but yet 2 times and get the same taste. This last time we ordered a kinder burger with no sauce. The waitress said there's no sauce on the burger just ketchup so she wrote no ketchup then it came out with sauce because that's what it has on it. So I sent it back and it came back 20 minutes later with ketchup on it so I sent it back again finally on the third time they got it right. The waitress rolled her eyes at me. Although I love the idea of American burgers in germany the service and product have to return to that standards from when they opened before I go back.

Best burger place in the area. The burgers are cooked perfectly as well as being juicy and full of flavor. They also have quite a few creative burgers that are all well executed and all very good. The nachos are actually spicy too and don't use doritos like other places. The only thing I would change is offering larger fries as an option but the shoe string fries are good. They also have a good selection of craft beer. It won't meet your expectations compared to the states but it is much better than many of the other restaurants in the area.

My family of four ate two of the spicy burgers with jalapeños and two Alamo burgers with bacon and BBQ sauce. All came with sides of shoe string fries and cranberry cole slaw. All was great and only cost us 55 Euros with sodas for three and a beer for me. The burgers were great! My wife's from Mexico and even she was impressed by how spicy and delicious the burger was. I am not a fan of sweet coleslaw, but theirs was great! They have an extensive beer list to boot! The outdoor seating was beautiful and clean. Perfect for the weather. The downtown location is centrally located as well.

This place was absolutely amazing! Visited friends in Wiesbaden and had to make a stop here. Saw several different mixed reviews, but it was nothing but a great experience. We didn't have to wait too long on a busy Sunday afternoon. Good vibe and very friendly service. Had to get the twisted onion rings as a appetizer for the table. I had the Spicy Jalapeño burger that was delicious! Side of coleslaw and crispy fries complimented the spicy burger well. Can't wait to go back!

A colleague recommended das!Burger to me, and I'm so glad she did. The menu is varied and interesting, and the food and drinks are quite good (though not everything was great -- skip the tortilla chips and salsa), comparable to a trendy burger place in Canada or the US. A rare option for the area. Check out their specials -- we ordered one of the special burgers (the Aristocrat, with blue cheese) and it was by far the better of the two. Very good beer list.

The experience here starts with the excellent and friendly staff and extends to the beer on tap and good selection of craft beer. The signature Twisted Onion was "just one more bite" delicious and the aptly named das!Burger was similarly tasty. A bet proposed by my server that I would like their bread pudding (her favorite) or she would pay for it was won by her on the first bite. Yum!

Definitely not the traditional German spot, but the best option for burgers in Wiesbaden. The fries are what lets me down a little (the little string fry crisps). Definitely try the das! Nachos with pork. German food is never super spicy, so I always went with the "hot" option for salsa. They also have a lot of options for craft beers if trying new beer is your thing.

Excellent burgers, excellent appetizers, the price is very fair and the have an amazing selection of craft beers definitely a must go for the ultimate beer and burger combo. The craft brews are a little pricey but nothing too serious. I myself am a huge fan of Amber beers and they have a couple different Amber beers to choose from.

Stopped in on a rainy day for lunch with the family. The service was good and the burgers were also pretty good. I recommend getting the fries with rosemary, they are really good. The mini desserts were really good as well. We will drop in again if we are in the area.

This small burger joint caught the corner of my eye while walking by, and craving a burger I checked if they had a seat for 2. I took my seat an ordered the chicago burger, with a side of fries. The burger arrived in about 45 minutes, and with high hopes I took a giant bite, savoring the flavors all the way through. The quality of the burger patty and bun was beyond amazing. Though the lettuce and tomato was soggy and disgusting. The fries although small, melted in your mouth. It was an amazing way to end tHe night. The waitress (Who provided great customer service took the dirty dishes and thanked me for coming. The restaurant , although it lacked a few elements, overall was amazing. 4/5

Ate the Alamo burger. It was delicious and the fries are small but good. The drinks are average price but they have mostly top shelf. Gentlemen Jack and Cola for 8 euros, so your choice. Overall friendly staff and great food.

Terrible service!!!! Very not impressed with this place. Plus side, Wiesbaben is full of good restaurants. Do your self a favor visit those instead of wasting your time with this dump.

I was sceptic about the place, but at the end amazed about how good was the dish. The waiter (from Costa Rica) was friendly and knew what he recommended. Excellent, definitely will go again and try all the other options they have

Excellent burgers and amazing French fries (Pommes)! Have been there twice now and will most certainly go back again, and again. Also has some very good Micro brews. Das !burger ist Das beste!

This place has great burgers, but above all else , they have the best fries I ever had. And also an interesting selection of craft beers.

Good burgers but the fries are super skinny and you have to eat them with a fork. Plus the menu is a little limited and the beer is a little overpriced.

Always delicious! The wait staff speaks perfect English if your German is nicht gut. They also have a kid sized burger meal that is not on their menu- just ask for the kinder burger.

Good all around quality burgers! French fries are shoestring style. Service is good, food comes up quick. The seats outside are choice and in demand.

This is definitely the best burger in Germany. Friendly staff. We had Das burger which was amazing. The patty is so fresh and light but juicy at the same time. It is served with their signature coleslaw salad and thinly sliced potatoes. I still feeling light after the meal but so over the moon

As Americans, it was so great to find a gourmet burger and beer place in Wiesbaden! Both our burgers and the fries were delicious. Good beer selection, including many 'domestic regulars' if you're not into craft brews. Service was friendly and most servers spoke English. Reservations definitely recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. I took off one star because it didn't make sense for them not to have an English or dual-langauge menu given all the Americans in the area. Also, we heard that the owner is English, so that really didn't make sense. That being said, we will definitely return and definitely recommend!

I love this place. They have amazing pulled pork nachos, great craft beers and all the burgers are made fresh. Try the peanut butter and filled onions in vinaigrette.

We had heard excellent reviews so we took our visiting family and the reviews were accurate. The burgers are huge and delicious! We had one of each and shared among our table, even the veggie non-burger was fantastic having lots of flavor. The fries are string fries similar to Steak-n-shake but have a nice light crunch and are tasty. Customer service is slow but staff are polite.

Second time going and I'm satisfied with the food. Service was a little sloppy but then again it was a full house (not recommend to attend with a big group). I got the Alamo with the upgrade. Prices are not as bad compared to other places around there.

This place has some interesting burger recipes and combinations. I thought it was a bit pricey for burgers. The burgers each had a unique sauce and the option to add a dipping sauce for the fries. The spicy salsa was particularly good, but the ranch was nothing special. The service was very good and the staff had great English! They were very accommodating for children and the bathroom was clean, though there was no changing area.

Good food and good service although we were asked to leave after we were done because they were so busy. Make a reservation. They speak English.

I had to leave a review because this place was awesome! The meal (Alamo Burger with house fries) was delicious, it's in a nice location downtown Wiesbaden, and the staff displayed some of the best customer service I've seen in Germany (and that says a lot!) The only catch for me was there were no menu in English to accommodate the large American population in Wiesbaden that frequent there. Besides that, great place!!

This place is OK. I prefer my burger prepared medium and my burger was dry and well done. I did specify medium however, it wasn't. We ordered the nachos which were really good! I think the atmosphere and staff were five stars but the food was just ok. Let's be honest, when it comes to a restaurant you need more than just a friendly staff and a pretty atmosphere... You need good food! If I had to eat here again I would but, it wouldn't be my choice.

This place is so great! The food was fantastic! The service was fast and friendly. We had the fries, onion rings, the El Grifficito and das burger, and a couple craft beers. They were all great. I am not big on eating burgers at restaurants. I'm not a huge burger fan as it is. But, this place won me over and I will be back!
