We went to the SXSE festival at Dash The Henge in Camberwell on Saturday to see Evan Williams amongst others play. What a great shop! So much interesting vinyl and books, I could have spent all day there. Not only do they have great merch, but they have regular live music and beer and cocktails and really helpful staff - what's not to love! If you're a fan of recorded and live music you'll love this little gem. Sadly no decent photos of the shop so here's some of Evan playing so you can get an idea of the live music side 😊

Good range of albums at a reasonable price, plus a section for local artists and the shop's own label. Friendly staff and apparently really good coffee. What more do you need from a record shop?

Great little venue for up and coming band's starting out on their musical journey.
It's got a lovely little coffee shop come bar attached to it, where they pump the music through if you don't want to get involved and just chill.
It's well worth a visit, even if it's just to flick through and purchase some great music.

Hands down, best place in Camberwell. The vast array of live music is amazing. Not to mention their great selection of vinyl and other music related trinkets, gotta love the super 7's.

Great record shop. Chris was really friendly. Some choice selections on the wall. Soul, jazz, funk, global, reggae, electronica, and usual artists new and second hand. Brilliant local artists section idea. T shirts and other bits there too. Worth a look! Thanks 😊

Yesterday’s SXSE was amazing.
The place was drizzled with eclecticism and charisma. I died a few times in a few caught gazes and throbbed to bouldering anthems. Thank you for a great time.

Two places with a real community feel, right by each other: a fantastic little bar - had a delicious toasted sandwich and good coffee here - and a record store with a performance space at the back, where there was live music happening when I went. Definitely worth a trip to Camberwell! Highly recommended.

A great place to hang out, buy records and other merchandise. Have a beer and listen to some live music. A fabulous community space and great staff. Always a pleasure to go into this place. Also now a bar 2 doors away selling tasty sandwiches, coffee, cocktails and beers.
