the reopend Dashen Terara Traditional Restaurant around 22 is just perfect! The compound is big (ሲኖ ትራክ ያስጋልባል 😂) , with plenty of parking space, no stress at all. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and the place looks really nice overall. The food is amazing, one of the best traditional spots you can find in the area. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. Service is good, though it could use a little improvement in speed and follow-up. But the supervisors are absolutely great, very professional and genuinely care about customers. 👏👏👏👍👍👍

had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was genuinely authentic and absolutely delicious. On top of the great meal, the customer service was outstanding—everyone was so friendly and attentive. It's also very convenient, with its own parking space available. I was impressed by the menu, which had several different and appealing options for vegetarians as well. I'll definitely be back.

The place has a very positive vibes, Tigest is the owner met welcomed me and my family personally and walk me through the menu one by one to assist me to choose the right order. The staff is very welcoming and the restaurant is super clean. Food is like home M, I would recommend it as the best Ethiopian food I ever tried.

I had the half/half chikna tibs and kwanta firfir. The chikina tibs portion was minute to say the least. I first thought that it’s maybe because it was half the portion, but then i thought if the regular one is twice the size i just got then the price is not justifiable. And the chikina was just the toughest meat i ever had. Taste wise the tibs was good. I would come back to try the other dishes but the chikina was a no no.

We visited their new location and were warmly welcomed by the lovely owner who took our order. There’s plenty of parking and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The staff were attentive, and the food was just as delicious as always. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.

Good traditional food but service can improve slightly. The entertainment was very good. The doro wot was a bit disappointing with only one small piece if chicken in a sea of sauce.

Excellent traditional Ethiopian lunch. We had a vegitarian/fasting and meat platter and delicious ceremonial coffee. The staff were helpful and the owner was welcoming. She also assisted us with a taxi to get home.

I came here for their Doro wet, since I was craving for it, and as an Ethiopian I was expecting great things since I have heard great reviews but it was a terrible experience. The doro was sub-par, it lacks spices, and the chicken leg we got was cut in half. We also ordered the Tibs and it was so small it wouldn't be enough for a toddler, let alone an adult. Things are expensive here. But the interior was very nice, it was very beautiful, very traditional and shows Addis Ababa in its the old era.
