0 stars. Joe took my money and my diamonds on January 10th. He told me I would have my custom ring before the end of February. It is now May 3rd, and he still does not have my ring. He actually hasn't even started it yet. He's a scam artist and a liar. He has given me a different excuse every week since April. His excuses vary from lack of help, ordered the wrong materials, car broke down, and health problems with multiple different family members. Because of his unprofessional nature and dishonest behavior, I will be going down to his shop and asking for my money and jewelry today. That I had left with him in confidence. If it is not returned to me, I will be forced to take legal action. Would never ever recommend this con artist, not even to my worst enemy. Stay far away from this man's nonsense.

Joe designed both my engagement band and my wedding band. He does such amazing work and both rings are so incredibly beautiful. He is trustworthy and works with you to find exactly what you’re looking for. I highly recommend working with Joe.

He had my watch for a year and kept promising me he would fix it. Every time I called he would offer another excuse and then make another promise he would have it done then give me a call which never happened. He is not a person of his word. Very disappointed!! I would not recommend going to this jeweler!!

They have consistently lied to me about when the ring I ordered would be done. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this store.

I visited DaSilva Jewelry for the first time last year to have a diamond that belonged to my late mother reset for an engagement ring and Joe was exceptional. He listened to my input and made suggestions that suited my needs. It was clear that choosing the appropriate setting was his priority and I never felt that profit was his driver. Each time my fiancée (she said yes!) and I have visited the shop since, Joe welcomes us warmly and makes us feel not like customers but like family. He is incredibly attentive, communicative and takes pride in his work. It’s evident he values the relationships he builds with his clients. Prices are incredibly fair and the service you receive far exceeds what you could expect from a big box jeweler. We are both very grateful to Joe and plan to return for any jewelry needs we may have in the future (he just helped us choose wedding bands and we love them!) Joe is a master craftsman and artist and has so much passion for his jewelery work. All around nice guy, does amazing, durable work. Commissioned an engagement ring and wedding bands in a twig and leaf style that was done incredibly well. A great experience all around

We have been a customer for years and every time we either need to choose a perfect piece as a gift or have something repaired, Joe has been amazing! His knowledge and creativeness is unsurpassed. I would rate customer service a 10!! Plus, the gift shop has a ton of unique gifts for any occasion.

Very poor customer service. Promised me an appraisal every week for 2 months. Each time we spoke he said he would have it in the next day or two. After a month, since he never sent it, I asked him to just give me a reasonable time frame. Once again he said in 2 days and once again it was never received. If you can't do something for a customer you need to let them know and not string them along - it's just common sense and good business.

First.... I don't know anything about diamonds but my fiancé does and she loves it. Joe was patient, informative, and accommodating throughout all of my indecision. With my crazy work schedule Joe was super accommodating opening up the store despite his publish business hours. This will be the only engagement ring I buy but now that I'm getting married certainly won't be the last piece of jewelry; and Joe will be our jeweler.

My family has come here for years and has never been dissapointed. Excellent craftsmanship and quality & you arent being charges through the nose like at some chain jewellers
