"Daulat ki Chaat is one of those things that were born and bred in Delhi. It is essentially whisked milk foam naturally cooled over night, especially by the early morning dew, served up on a pattal (leaf plate) with some khoya (condensed milk) and boora (sugar). The fancier versions which take their name too seriously (Daulat means Wealth), are adorned with pistachios and silver foil. Thanks to the natural cooling proocess, it is only available on push carts through the old city in the winter. For other days in the year, you might have to blow up a few thousand rupees trying it at one of those almost-michelilin star restaurants in South Delhi! Unique. Wonderful. Amazing This 'chaat' is actually a dessert, invented in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. It takes a lot of effort to make - milk is beaten, frozen and beaten again, with cream, saffron etc. It's texture us like nothing else in the world- crispness in the middle of solidified sweet flavourful jhaag (lather). A trip to chandni chowk, specifically to dariba kalan, is incomplete without daulat ki chaat

Not at all recommended, not sure why people made it this much hype for this sweet. There are many in numbers selling this by telling it as a popular sweet dish, even their boards are claiming the same, but seriously this is all not at worth eating. Not a single penny needs to be spent.

This is one of the worst chaat I have ever had, it had some weird mix taste, not properly namkeen, not sweet, not like a chaat and not like a dessert too. I don't know why is it called as one of the most famous chaat in Delhi.

The test is good and the weight is very light. We can call milk wakes up (Dudh ke Jaag). Dudh ke Jaag kes sath mith add karke dete h. Price 1 small cap 50/- and big 100/-
