NOT A HOTEL EXPERIENCE. CLOSER TO A TIRED STUDENT RESIDENCE. Rooms shown online bear little resemblance to the reality on site.
Booked a specific street-facing room category based on the photos and description. Was given a dark courtyard room, no natural light, visibly older, poorly maintained and unclean.
Multiple issues: worn finishes, dirty, grimy shower, broken lighting, broken toilet seat, basic maintenance problems.
I raised the issue immediately based on the simple fact they missassigned my room category as reserved. Throughout the stay, nothing was resolved. Empty promises of follow-up, but nothing from management or the staff (friendly, but powerless). No explanation, no apology, no contact.
When I wrote after my stay, management claimed the room matched the category. It objectively does not match the photos used to sell that category online. Attaching additional pictures so prospective travellers can decide from themselves.
This is a misrepresentation problem, not a one-off inconvenience. Absolutely disappointing.
