Dave & Buster's Denver

The service was very fast and pleasant. The food was good. Parents please do the food and card bonus lol it's helpful and it's a win-win for everyone. The place is pretty fun for all types of ages. They play sports, for the grown ups and the entertainment for kiddos. Parking was a little headache because it was extremely full, also they did have alot of security there.

My husband had never been to a Dave and Buster's and I hadn't been in almost 20 years when my kids were little. We had tickets to a 7:00 movie at the Regal UA Cinema, which was right next door, and decided to avoid rush hour traffic to go to the arcade and then eat before the movie. We were delighted to discover that on Wednesday's, the day we were there, games are half price AND they have a happy hour from 4-7 with $5 drink specials. We both tried the $5 DB Long Island Iced Tea and it was fantastic. We downloaded the Dave and Buster's app ahead of time and I purchased a $20 card with 100 credits, then found that as a first time app user I had a deal for an additional 100 credits! 200 credits for $20 and half price games meant the two of us played for 2 hours and still had 100 credits left. The place was fairly empty and had a mix of couples and a few parents with kids. Very clean, great service, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Even without a happy hour and Wednesday half price, we'll be returning because it was just so much fun playing the games! Plus, we were full from dinner so didn't spend $15 at the movie for popcorn and a soda.

It’s sad when you grew up going somewhere. So you decide to take your kids. And the place just disappoints all around. Me and my daughter decided to have a girls night. Let’s start off on how we got greeted first . We walked in and automatically got yelled at for having a water bottle . lol. Crazy. Don’t even mention nicely with respect that no outside water is allowed. Then we loaded our cards and half the games kept charging the card but not letting us play the game. Well with all that going on I’m thirsty because I had to throw away some water . It’s ridiculous how you have to wait to order a simple drink . The bar said wait for an associate so we waited about a good 20-30 min. lol tbh if I could spend 76-100 anywhere else it definitely won’t be here again. And it’s sad to say because we literally have over 15 cards with tickets let’s see how that goes when we want to use it all together.. I’ll be back to update . Overall worst experience. Ordered sweet potato fries . You know that took a century to come.

Food was brought out in good time though server ordered wrong item so had to wait for correct item while rest of group eat their food. Tartar sauce was different but good taste, fries bit on salty side. Pasta was well done, chicken breaded nicely. Good deal if you going to play games is to get food/games package.

Very disappointed in the food and upset with the manager who did little to rectify the problem. The chicken tenders were nasty tasting and dried out, didn't look like the photo in the menu, which is understandable, but we usually always enjoy the chicken tenders here. I was actually more upset about the manager who came to talk to us when we complained. The manager acted apologetic and said he gave us a discou t, but we didnt receive one. He could not seem to comprehend that the food was not good and had to explain it several times. We have been coming here probably since that man was in diapers and him acting like we are trying to scam them into free food is not cool. Also think we were charged twice for an icee, we only got one - no itemized receipts were provided. Also my so only ordered one soda, which they replaced after complaints of the first time and refund to drink the second one, which the bartender admitted that the issue was the soda gun or something to that affect. However, everything tasted like soap that came from a plastic cup, even the water. Anyway the food was awful and so was the soda/water. Bad experience, hope Dave and Busters can find a competent manager who can turn things around. So disappointed I even contacted corporate to complain.

They have boosted their menu again so there are decent things to choose from. I did the play and eat. Maybe the portions are smaller but compared to the menu image it looks like I got half of the dish. The portion was smaller then I thought it would be. The bar tender was attentive. Still for the almost 90.00 I spent I would have expected larger portion.

Tried to be seated at three different areas of the restaurant and the employees just ignored us. Ended up taking our 6 year old to the bar area because that is the only place we found someone who acknowledged us. The food is good tho and the restaurant has tons of seating and is clean but I will choose a different place to eat next time.

D&B Denver absolutely delivered. The game selection was top-notch and kept my boys entertained for hours. The drinks were on point and the food was genuinely amazing and affordable. Perfect spot for a night out with the kids and friends, can’t wait to go back.

I have been coming to D&B since it opened. I have enjoyed playing the ticket games over the years but most of the games I have mastered are gone. I have accumulated over 52k in tickets, so probably enough to get a coffee mug and vampire teeth for all 600+ Yelptastic friends. :) My latest game is the Wizard of Oz, which is one of those coin pushing games where it always appears that 50 coins are hanging on for dear life! I have completed a few sets of the cards and have 3 more sets that are missing Dorthy and the Wicked Witch! lol The other games are fun as well: Deal or no Deal, Wheel of Fortune, pop-shot, giant Pac Man. I just remembered a crazy night after an Avalanche win spending like 40k tickets on a 6ft Tweedy Bird and putting it in the backseat of a convertible Saab. Random, I know. I think we left it at Breakfast King, which is gone now. D&B also has good food and a few different areas to catch the big game on medium sized screens to ginormous sized screens. A big bonus is that a movie theater is right next door if you still have energy. I do miss the pool tables from many years ago but if they are not profitable then C'est-la-vie! The only bad part is that the parking is confusing. There's some parking near D&B but if that is full you may need to use the garage. Hopefully, you enjoy it too!

To begin, let's differentiate between food and the experience. We arrived on a Tuesday or Wednesday - which meant all arcades games were half off. Yay! Unfortunately, we just missed the $5 (I believe it's $5) drink specials. Drinks have to be in the system to qualify. The food was very so-so. We ordered nachos, wings, burgers, and a steak and potato situation. For drinks: Long Island Ice Tea, Margaritas, and a Henny something or other. They do offer (what some would consider top shelf liquor) but it comes at a steep premium. Service was friendly and accommodating. The building was buzzing with teens, couples, and families. All the games we tried were fully functional, and for a half off deal we played for several hours (3 adults 2 children) at a reasonable price. We had a ball. Total experience: 4.3

I didn't get any food or drinks while I was here, so I can't speak on that, but I will say I was considering doing so but the prices were higher than I would want them do be which is the main reason I didn't order anything. The employees I interacted with were kind but definitely didn't really go out of their way to provide good service, and it seemed like they were more interested in upselling us than helping us find what we're looking for. This place is huge and has all kinds of games and activities so its very fun, but it was pretty messy and it didn't seem like employees were paying much attention to cleaning up after guests throughout the night. The prizes weren't great but the games were fun, this would be a good place to go to with young kids but even adults can most definitely have a good time. Main complaint is everything is overpriced but that's what you can expect from an arcade.

It has been years since we came to the Dave and Buster's in Denver. We came on this occasion to watch the Denver Nuggets game in what we were hoping would be a watch-party like atmosphere. After asking the staff if they would have the game with sound on, they didn't hesitate to approach management about it, which we really appreciated. We were told that they would have the game on with sound since we requested it! They don't necessarily do this until the later rounds of the playoffs, so we were very grateful. Although it ended up being only a handful of people around us that were invested in the game, we really enjoyed watching it there. The food was surprisingly good. We did a eat and play combo, which is a fantastic deal compared to just paying the listed menu prices. We opted for the all-American smashed burger with upgraded GPT fries. The burger was cooked beautifully and the fries were delicious. Then for dessert we had the funnel cake fries which were great as well, especially the caramel sauce. We only played a few games in the play area, opting to come back on a Wednesday for 1/2 price games. Overall Dave and Buster's for the win!

Went here last night with my son Cooper. Had an absolute blast! Recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family experience!

My husband and I came in after having dinner in Denver to play some games and we had a great time! Drinks were good and our bartender Mitchell was awesome! Besides a few games not working it was a fun time.

Overall: Was okay. Only came here as an impromptu activity. Fun for adults - just don't buy too many credits if this is not a regular thing for you. Arcade games: LOTS of arcade games to play. However, I noticed about 10-15% of the arcade games were completely out of order and another ~5% did not function as they should (i.e. too many or too little skee balls). Was surprised they didn't have pac man. Play credits & redemption: Recommended amount was a little too many for us as adults - spent $53 for two. We were done after a little more than an hour and we had to take 40 minutes to burn the remaining credits. Then, 15 minutes to choose our ticket prize and check out. Service: Average. Friendly and professional at the front desk, ticket redemption area, and the bar. Personal note: This is a me thing since I'm used to grocery stores offering hand sanitizer. However, for a high contact place, there were no hand sanitizers to be found throughout. Yes, there are bathrooms which I used twice but it felt gross in between. Bring your own hand sanitizer.

Review Update Dave & Buster's is always a fun time! The food is good (big fan of the pretzel sticks), the games are fun and the atmosphere always lively. It's great to see how popular D&B is, despite some negative reviews. The menu offers the classic bar food as well as substantial meals, the games are a blast, whether you're into old-school classics or newer arcade experiences.... it's just a great spot for all ages. Our success of the night, my son FINALLY caught the elusive Peanut Butter and Jelly card off the Minions game! Unicorn found! Yes, D&B's can get a bit crowded at times, but that just goes to show how many people enjoy coming here. For a fun night out with friends or family, Dave & Buster's delivers every time!

If it were up to me, I would not have come here to eat, but it was my friend's birthday and she wanted to start with food and drink before moving onto games. Everything on the menu is honestly gross. The fried pickles were too breaded, the spicy margarita was too syrupy, etc. Everyone thought the food was subpar, and no one finished what they got. The games were fine, albeit expensive. The card dispensing machines were straightforward. The best part is how many games there are! So many different types - definitely something for everyone. The prizes weren't very impressive, though I wouldn't have expected anything else. I had a lot more fun at D&B in college. Now it kinda feels like a waste of money.

Great place for entertainment and fun. The place was clean, bathrooms super but super clean and neat. Serves were very friendly. The vibe here is always awesome. Totally recommend to stop by if you want to spend time with your kiddos or friends.

This visit I have to give props to the excellent customer service that I received on this visit. One of the young boys I had brought here kept dropping his game card as he was insistent on carrying it. He finally dropped it for the last time as someone picked it up and didn't notify us. I immediately found an employee that was walking the floor and I told him my dilemma. He instantly said follow me and we'll talk to my manager. All I needed was my receipt and the cards that we had and they were able to retrieve the credit off the lost card and put it on a new card. All in all as usual we had a good time. The boys I brought ranges from age 4, 6, and 10. Unfortunately there really wasn't much for a 4 yo there though he made the most of it hanging with his brothers.

Staring with the games are way overpriced but... you expect that so it's fine. They were in good repair and the kids had fun. We went on Sunday and there were football games on every screen so that was great for my sports obsessed nephew. We We ordered the take it cheesy and crispy business sample boards and a side salad. Those were priced as expected and the food was what you would expect from pub food. The staff at the desk was rude but the waitstaff and the the staff in the arcade were fabulous and kind.

Just an update- here is a game where they literally ripped off the back panel so the claw cannot access prizes in the last foot of the game. Lots of broken games - see pictures. I don't blame the staff but wow, this is a depressing arcade.

I've been going to this location for over a decade and much more often recently since our son is old enough to run around. The staff almost always good, fast, and friendly. Food is normally made well though can vary on the options corporate pushes down to the menu. Whoever was in charge of the menu the last year or so opted for more health inspired food which we enjoyed and went often for. Seems the menu is trending back towards generic bar food which is a bummer. Games are still pretty fun with my kid so overall 3.3/5 since some games often broken. Look for the deals they run and half off Wednesdays.

Food Needs Improvement The food is really not that great. The burger was okay, but the ribs were overly salty. I had a chicken sandwich, too, but the meat was small and nothing special on taste. The craziest part was that I couldn't get a Guinness. I was told they were out, even though they have 80 bars in there, lol. The games are great, that's the main draw.

Good food service! The bartender was very friendly. Good game selection. I like their Wednesday special! Will be back.

Sometimes you have to be reminded why you skip the large corporate chains. This place had a number of issues. My food was bone cold, and even though a manager did help to make it right, the food just isn't quality here. It's only worth about half of what you pay. The arcade was a disappointment too. So many games were out of order. Bad news indeed. We left with money on the card. Don't plan to come back to this location at all.

I definitely did not experience any of the issues here that so many reviewers commented about in their reviews. Our teenager wanted to come here with a friend for his bday this weekend. We came pretty early so there wasn't a huge crowd. The lady at the reception area was super nice and friendly, very knowledgeable.. the price for the credits in the cards are definitely steep for the prizes one ultimately "wins" from the games. Kids go thru the credits fast, and the place sure does count on it. The interior was clean and there didn't seem to be any out of order games. The food was fine, we had a sampler and the kids ordered wings and Mac n cheese. Everything tasted good and came out hot n fresh. Our waiter was friendly, felt bad for him for a while as it got pretty busy and he was by himself. All in all it was a fine experience, albeit a pricey one.

Fun place to eat! Didn't play any games but came for happy hour (of course) before a movie. Service and food were both great and I love 1/2 price drinks! The dining area is huge and there are so many TV's for watching sports. Our server, Bryan, was excellent as was the bartender, Toni. We had the barbecue chicken flatbread and the avocado bacon chicken club sandwich which were both very good. The dining area is huge with plenty of private areas for large parties. They do validate parking and it's a fun place. There wasn't any food on the happy hour menu but the drink specials are great.

I'm sure it's a great place to bring children who are too young to notice how disgusting everything is. I'm surprised I was able to leave the bathroom considering the bottoms of my shoes stuck to floor with every move I took. The menu pages were stuck together with the same stickiness that was covering their bathroom floor because they haven't been wiped down since they opened. Service at the bar was a joke every bartender was rude. I would hate my life if I worked there too but blaming more of management staff for that one. I didn't have any silverware or napkins dropped off with my burger and fries but it's probably because they knew I wouldn't need it considering their food is INEDIBLE. The fries were hard as a rock and if you can't even cook frozen fries right I don't know what to else to say.

Food wasn't good. And the price of the food was outrageous for what you actually get. Broken games. Not going back. I was with my children after visiting my sister in the hospital. It was Veterans Day and with some bad news from my sister, the visit at D&B was suppose to cheer us up. The waitress treated me like I was going to do a dine and dash, really quick to come over when my boys went to the restroom and her asking where they went, and on top of the suspicion, she treated me like I wasn't a veteran. When it was time to pay, she was Really quick to take my debit card and insert it in the machine. Then scrolled really quick of what we were charged, Then pressed the tip button showing three different tip options, walking away saying, she's not supposed to see the transaction. I paid and waited for my receipt. Although the food was horrible, I didn't want to spoil the day for my children. Well, that really didn't matter, because most of the games were broken. Definitely not going back.

We hosted my daughter's 8th birthday party here recently and it was fantastic. The staff and especially Jacob went above and beyond to make her day extra special. Can't say enough good things about hosting a kids birthday party here.

Fun Fact: Local DJ promoter Vibe Denver keeps the fun going at Dave and Buster's Denver. I had an absolute blast playing half-price games (Wednesdays) and enjoying apps and drinks that, quite frankly, exceeded my expectations. Some menu highlights include: * Grande Cantina Nachos BBQ Chicken Flatbread Double Pepperoni Flatbread Caribbean Luxe Long Island Tea Vanilla Old Fashioned * A great night of fooding, drinking, and gaming combined with some bass thumping song remixes came just in time to relieve some of my end of the school year stress. Our server remained attentive and the food arrived quickly.

We always have great fun here. Every time we come here and have a meal, we usually get great service. Employees overall are friendly and the games are a lot of fun.

Went tonight and the kids had a great time, food was really good, and our waitress Jasmin was awesome, very attentive and on top of drinks all night. Absolutely adored her!!

If you're looking for kid-friendly entertainment that's indoors, look no further! This was the perfect spot to hang out with my 7 yo. We went right when they opened at 11a and easily had 90+ mins of fun. The space is huge, a tad bit noisy, and 100% worth the visit. We had a great time and really enjoyed the variety of games this place had. I think our fun was also due to the fact that we had a large breakfast and weren't there for any food or drink. Bonus points for us going on a Friday morning, which led to easy parking.

LIZZARD went above and beyond in their service this afternoon and I will definitely coming back and telling others to visit this location as well :)

DO NOT USE FHE KIOSKS TO LOAD CARDS!!! We went a few weeks ago and my card was skimmed using the kiosk. There used to be employees at a counter nearby to load cards but they are long gone. We let a manager know and the response was basically they try but can't always check. From now on, I will have staff load the cards. The games are pricey AF. The prizes are generally garbage. Yes, there is all this excitement and sounds like a casino but it's just hype. Now you can trade tickets for food which is good but when my kids went last Wednesday on 1/2 price game day, they were given conflicting information about how to get food. Staff has always been really friendly so I gave it 2 stars.

Came in with a party of 23- Leo took our orders quickly, our food came quickly, and we all enjoyed the food! Great night.

Dave and Busters had gone through many changes over the years but I think they are trying to cater to too many things at the same time and it gives them a sort of identity crisis. Are they an arcade, a restaurant, a sports bar, an event center. Turns out they are a little bit of all things. I came here for a business function and I did have a decent time. Ate some food, drank some alcohol, played some games and it was all good.

Fun time to spend with family and friends. But it can be a bit pricey. Been wanting to try the food, smells great. Service was nice and got a free drink at their bar!

We haven't been to a DB in years so our expectations were pretty low. But we had a blast! We went on a Saturday night on a whim and had no trouble parking (save your ticket stub to get reimbursed inside) or with playing games. It was definitely crowded (especially if you wanted to dine in) but we didn't have issues waiting to play the arcade games. Bring hand sanitizer. We didn't see anyone disinfect a single game or table while there.

Has gone downhill! Broken games and managers who don't care if they are broken or not. I Was told that if people continue to play the game knowing that it's broken why would they fix it. Majority of the people didn't know the game was broken. Others saw people playing so assumed it was in working order. Won't go back. There are other places to go

There's so many broken games, if they're not broken they glitch and still take your credits. Don't know what the point of having techs are if they're not on the floor and you have to hunt them down, definitely wouldn't come back even as a last resort.

This was our first stop coming from the airport. Been to a couple of D&B's in the bay area but this was actually a great spot to go to with kids. I had fish and chips and got me a huge crunchy, perfectly battered fish! Kids had box mac and cheese, but they still loved it. Also ordered some lemonades and the amazing deal was that it had free refills! Husband also ordered local beer. After late lunch, kids played at the section at the back which was more age appropriate for them and they had a blast! The arcade had a variety of old and new games, some of them you can play on your phone but there is such a certain feel seeing it on a giant screen like pac man and galaga! It's modernized but still brings some nostalgic kick to it!

Drove across Denver just to see it was rented out by a private party. Please say you're closed next time so I don't waste 45 minutes of my time.

It would be nice if you guys cleaned better. I was there from 11am-12:30 PM on a Wednesday and both my kids got terribly sick just from touching the games. There were literally 3 other people there. Please clean the games more throughly because I know there were tons of others that got sick that day.

What does a Cobb Salad look like to you? I'll let the pics do the talking. The service was great and I appreciated the kitchen manager coming out. Of course, kids had a blast playing games!

This place SUCKS! The food is just like really rotten and the food is too expensive and they force you to give a tip bro I swear to fing god bro. The games are rigged and waste the f out of your credits.The waiters and waitresses are super annoying and they ignore you!

Absolutely great experience! I enjoyed myself to the fullest and so did my family! We went in last Friday and was met with the sweetest employee, Magdelana! She deserves the five stars, more people should be like magdelana.

Food was good. Went to play some games And ordered 1 rum and coke for $11. Gave the bartender $15 cash and never got my change. I had ONE DRINK. Not even buzzed. Stayed at the bar and finished my dring in about 30 minutes. Pleasant of your bartenders to not return any change. As if I'm gonna tip $4 for an $11 drink. Never coming back here to this establishment purely based off of this experience. As a server myself this was a damn slap in the face. Penny face down service at the arcade bar. She just may have gotten it had she returned it but to ASSume was assinine and lost a customer. Warning all my friends and family of this nonsense. Disgusting. And insulting. Enjoy your low rated business i understand why it sucks. Theives.

Took my kid and her friend there to get out of the house. They had a great time. I'm happy that they are practicing Covid protocols but it does make it a little inconvenient having machines inoperable. There were a few machines that had people congregating and waiting for their turn. I'd imagine that's defeating the purpose of turning off some machines. I miss the food and bar in the play area. Overall, the kids had fun. I'll be glad when Covid is over so we can get back to normal.

My husband is an attorney and sometimes I tell him to let loose.. he loves letting loose at Dave & Buster's. I know it's for kids, but it also could be for adults... we are very happy with this Dave & Buster's great great customer service very clean. You guys are awesome. We really really really appreciate you guys.

Seems like the food here is kinda hit or miss, generally a little bit on the pricy side for what you get - the hawaiian chicken sandwich I got was super underwhelming but my friend's salmon dish was actually surprisingly solid. Given that the chicken sandwich basically just boiled down to a couple little unseasoned chicken tenders on lettuce with some pointlessly spicy sauce, it was probably just a bad idea in the first place - the way they described it seemed a little too good to be true so I guess I should've figured, but it wasn't inedible. The salmon was tasty and made for a pretty plate. Going here for the restaurant experience might be a bit of a gamble, but the restaurant-arcade experience was fun, we had a good time. Just keep your expectations reasonable and you will probably have a good time too.

It's nearly impossible to get a drink here. The servers are sitting around staring into space and counting their tips. I've sat here for 10 min now. Guess you have to physically walk around to find them.

Games are good for the most part but the prizes are really the downfall... always love playing games that shell out tickets or not but I just wish there was better prizes

It's a lot of fun if you have $500 to spend in one night. Just very expensive and there's almost zero alcohol in their drinks so I would avoid those. The servers were all very nice and the place is clean.
