Visit South Africa’s Wine Country With This Guide to the Cape Winelands
"I stop by David & Nadia down the road from Badenhorst and taste superb Chenins and Syrah blends in an intimate, tutored format; the tasting focuses on both old‑vine and younger Chenin Blanc and Grenache and is a good chance to learn more about the winemakers’ farming ethos — reservations are required." - Nina Caplan
we had an appointment and David told us a lot about his winery and the way he make his wines. Great wines absolutely worth to visit, buy and drink.

I have great respect for owners who go out of their way to help people. We were not aware that you are required to make a booking 48 hours in advance for a tasting. It was a spur of the moment trip. However, David arranged for someone (Andrè) to take us through their winemaking process and we got to taste their delicious wines inside the cellar. Amazing wines coupled with customer-focused owners. Definitely worth a visit and taste!

Tried to book a tasting well in advance for a special birthday. Basically got a straight "No", with no alternative options provided. Upon asking the owners when they could accomodate me in the future, I was ignored.
My partner and I have been wanting to visit the farm for many years, but I guess that won't be happening.
