Most horrible experience I've ever had with an insurance company. They reported me to the DMV after my car broke down in the middle of a snow storm. It had to stay stored for the winter so I paused the coverage ( it had no motor). I started getting threatening letters from DMV. They thought the car was on the road with no insurance! They suspended my registration! A nightmare. All for lack of proper communication. It felt vengeful, caused me so much trouble. Plus $53 a month more expensive than Progressive. You've been warned.

Don't waste your time going there. Very unprofessional. Asking hundreds questions after keeping you waiting there for long time and than will tell you they can't help you. They only looking for people without knowledge so they can sell them expensive policy.

The insurance agent only asked for my driver’s license and did not ask any questions about my actual driving history.
Because my license was reissued recently, he used the new issue date as my first driving date without verifying whether I had prior driving experience.
He filled out the application on my behalf without reviewing or confirming the information with me.
This resulted in an inaccurately high insurance premium quote.

I called for a quote and was told "I need to send over my current policy" in order to get a quote. This is a first in almost 15 year of home ownership and policies from several companies. If your objective is to turn people off, BRAVOO.. it's working!
