One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, the floors were filthy, and housekeeping was clearly neglected.
Room service was impossible to reach—after six attempts, someone finally answered and said there was no food available. I then ordered two large buckets of ice. After over an hour and multiple calls, I received a tiny 8oz bucket instead.
When I complained, the staff member returned visibly annoyed, didn’t apologize, and said nothing.
To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi in the room barely worked, making it impossible to relax or get any work done.
This hotel is overpriced for how poorly guests are treated. Bad service, poor cleanliness, unreliable Wi-Fi—never again.
