David Citadel Hotel

We had an exceptional stay at the David citadel hotel. We were welcomed by Yazan Z at the front desk. He is excellent, super attentive and highly professional. He answered all our questions with a smile and gave us great recommendations. During our stay we were also helped by Asal and Hisham who delivered exceptional service. The Citadel is now my first destination in Jerusalem because of that amazing team 👏🏼.

Our first stay at the David Citadel did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff was exceptionally attentive, professional, kind and eager to add special touches to our experience to make it even more comfortable and memorable. The children’s playroom was a highlight for our 6 year old son. The breakfast variety and quality was exceptional, as was our service from Said— he is a truly special man who took the most attentive, kind and genuine care of us every morning. He learned our names, had our regular coffee order memorized, and always greeted us with sweetness and a smile. Ilan at Concierge was another highlight of the experience for us— always taking the extra step to go above and beyond whether it be last minute dinner reservations, making calls to restaurants to ask about food allergens, organizing a special surprise for my husband’s birthday, retrieving my husband’s credit card from the restaurant where we left it the night before and bonding with our son. Yazan and Ahmad were also extra helpful, professional and solicitous from the time we checked in to each morning at breakfast. My stay at the David Citadel hotel was amazing! The room was clean, and very spacious, and designed beautifully |The pool is amazing and the view of the old city is great|The food was really great, and a lot of options in the meals. The staff is very kinda, I got help from room service named ‘Alma’ and she was so great!

The hotel was nice. Had a pool gym spa and the room was renovated and nice. Staff were also nice and friendly here. They also offered a service which was nice. The restaurant is overpriced and the food isn’t that good but besides that the hotel essentially located in the middle mall and close to the kotel along with the Arab area of Jerusalem

It was the best stay ever at the David Citadel. Service is very good. The reception, concierge, waiters, specially Munir Salman, the front desk manager. Professional full of energy smiling always.

The Hotel is in a great location. The view spectacular. As always best service. The hotel staff are a pleasure to deal with from the concierge to bellman to the front desk and housekeeping. The entire staff of the hotel were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The Dining and Concierge Staff are the best of the best. The best man in the dining room in the morning is Mr. Said That give you service from the bottom of his heart and the entire team are amazing. It just has a high class quality service and feel. If you're looking to stay in jerusalem don't look elsewhere. Worth the investment.Thanks again for a beautiful time and staying in your hotel. Thank you all. We will be back again!

This is a wonderful hotel, located near the Old City, shops, everything is close. The dining room staff is so considerate. You are one of the lucky ones if you get Said or Muhannad as your server. They will make your meal special. They did for us. Everything about the hotel was fabulous. And if you’ve never been to a Shabbat dinner, you need to do so here, what a great experience.

We were amazed at the beautiful facility, the wonderful staff and a delicious breakfast buffet! Ciad represented a magnificent team of servers and surprised us with a cafe portrait of my wife. The location, across from the Mamilla shopping centers and proximity to the Old City made our stay one we will always cherish. Blessings!
