They have very kind and respectful doctors that listen to what I have to say and take my concerns seriously. My first day coming here included many tests and scans with my ending appt with my my main Dr Dr. Rampal at 4pm. I was panicking because things took longer than expected and I was sure I’d be rescheduled. It wasn’t. It was after 6:30pm before I made it to his office. He was so kind and patient and even has a sense of humor! I didn’t feel rushed. It was even pushing 9pm before I said “holy cow it’s dark out, I’m sure you want to go home by now?!? EVERYONE employed there from the coffee attendant, shuttle driver, to the receptionist are very kind. I have seen interactions with extremely rude patients, and thought to myself, I would have a hard time not putting them in their place if I was that Sloans employee. But, the hiring staff must have telepathic minds that sees thru them because all employees are kind and understand that the patients are going thru a lot and seem to have nerves of steel! I also want to say I live in upstate NY over 4 hours away. So, If you live far away from the hospital like I do, and you are worried about travel time and appointments…don’t let that worry you (If you need to come to a hospital like this, chances are you have enough to worry about) They will do telemedicine appointments as often as you need. And you can do certain labs and scans locally as well. They will find free lodging and transportation. This hospital put more effort in care with me than any place I had gone around here! In fact I would be dead right now if it wasn’t for them.

I took my wife to this building for her dermatology appointment. Building is at the end of east 74 by the FDR. New looking building. Coffee shop in lobby. We went to 18th floor. Beautiful large waiting room with a free coffee machine. Easy checking. Short wait to see the doctors.

Dr. Scott Nglio and the team were amazing in helping my mother during all the issues and complications she had with her 9/11 related bladder cancer and subsequent complications (no complications were the fault of this doctor or team). I am forever grateful for his constant care and empathetic approach for her care. Even though my mother is now gone, I'm sure she would agree, she appreciated her time under Dr. Nglio's care. We trusted him to the point that when he left NYU Oncology for MSK we followed him over to MSK! His expertise and calm nature are amazingly comforting for those undergoing treatment for such a horrible disease. Highly recommend him and Dr. Samuel Funt.

I'm So Pleased By The Medical Support By Doctors Lage .And Gabriel And Staff. They Are Very Knowledgeable Of My Prostate Cancer Recovery. Today On Tuesday 01,06,2026, I'll Be Going For My 7th Hormonal Injection Treatment Therapy And Lab Visit . Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center I Would Recommend Anyone Affected By Cancer. By The Grace Of God I Have A Fighting Chance Of Remission. You Just Got To Do Your Part. I Also Completed 25 Radiation Therapy Treatments Last Year November Through December 31, 2024.. I have scheduled check ins every 6 months for which I am not at all consulted as to a preferred day and/or time, but just expected to be ok with whatever is set up for me. I check in on one floor that is listed with my appointment time online, and wait 15 minutes past my appointment time only to receive a call to tell me my appointment is actually on a completely different floor. On average, an appointment that should only take 15 minutes with a face to face with a doctor ends up costing me 1 and a half to 2 hours in simply waiting to be seen by ANY staff.

Visited this MSK location on November 7, 2025 for three simulation scans in preparation for radiation. Water intrusion had damaged the building so everything looked like a construction site. My scans were on the 4th Floor. Due to the repairs that were being done, the waiting area was sort of bare and not inviting. The department manager Mr. William Lee stopped by and had a nice long interesting conversation with me. What a gentleman. When the time for my scans came, the three professionals, Stephanie, Rachel and Afshara did an excellent job. Thank you.

What can I say about this facility. The Best Cancer Center in the United States. Here you are cared for. with dignity and respect. So caring and thoughtful. All the staff is wonderful. Don’t go anywhere else. Stop scrolling You found the right place that will give you the health you are looking for. Especially Dr Andrew Seidmam. Nurse Heidi. Nurse Selena. And nurse Skyler. Dr. Huryun cancelled two appointments for a high-risk patient with less than one day’s notice. Given the patient’s medical complexity, this caused significant stress and disruption. Reliability and continuity of care are especially important in high-risk cases, and unfortunately that was not our experience.

PROS: I went here with my friend and this place was amazing! The building is only 4 years old, the staff is nice, they have the best doctors, and they're clean. The tech is up to date and they have parking CONS: it's on a tiny road which has a lot of congestion and the parking costs you while it's only valet OVERALL: I would look no further than this hospital for cancer treatment. My friend loves it and will be coming back

My sister was taken care of the best nurse in the universe RN Taryn. She was patient showed much empathy made my sister feel comfortable. She also was very accommodating to our family as well. I wish every nurse was like her keep up the good work. She deserves a raise.
