At Dawno Temu na Kazimierzu in Kraków's historic Jewish quarter, I had the pleasure of trying czulent for the first time. This hearty dish, made with two types of beans, beef, vegetables, and pearl barley, was perfectly prepared and packed with flavour. The restaurant's warm atmosphere and authentic Jewish cuisine made for a memorable experience. A fantastic spot to enjoy traditional dishes in the heart of Kazimierz!
