Day 'n' night hostel

Dormitories were great, fan was strong enough to deal with the heat outside and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I loved the privacy of the beds, curtains were dark enough to feel like in the capsule :)

The owner is extremely nice and very helpful. Nis is one of the best places to visit in Serbia. And the Nis city bus is free to ride to everywhere within the city! I have travelled so many countries in the world. This is the only city offering free city buses riding for everyone! I really enjoyed the stay very much. Thanks!

A warm and friendly environment operated by a nice family. Room was clean and lockers were available. A small kitchen is also a bonus and a large lounge and terrace make for sirey vibes. Everything was good, notably the atmosphere. They also have a secure garage to store your bicycle. Would recommend 100%

I frankly don't understand the good reviews. Apparently in this hostel a room titled "Room with Twin bed and balcony" is a room with a bunk bed and a communal balcony (meaning you have little privacy, a bit disappointing when you book a private room in a hostel). Adding to this, apparently this scam in the title was our fault according to them because we should have known that the pictures were old and read the description. To push the absurd, NO AIRCONDITIONING, just an unuseful ventilator in 39°C . In bonus, the single communal shower was leaking on the floor and there were unfriendly men in the communal space without t shirt.

This is the best place to stay in Nis! The man who welcomed us was so nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the city - what to visit, how to get there, good restaurants and places to eat in general. He gave us a map and also provided us with an amazing and clean room! My friend and I wanted to stay in a room with a private bathroom and two beds, he gave us in my opinion the best one. We had a beautiful shared balcony and a kitchen. The atmosphere feels safe, cozy and welcoming! The hostel is near a market with fresh vegetables and fruits, a sandwich place which offers delicious meat and salads and it’s also near to the city Center (walking distance). I’ve been to many places, but this one takes the cake for sure!! I am giving not 5, but 10 stars!

I was standing here for 5 nights and used the time for preparing for an job interview. There have been enough free silent places for me in the hostel to do that. Also the owner Ivan organised an empty guest room for me for for online job interview itself. Also he and his wife have been so kind to ask an friend of them to repair my broken headphones for me for free. I was so happy after, you can't imagine. I got a great and very welcoming service there. The rooms have been all tidy up and clean, the volunteers are lovely, the atmosphere is good and I really like the style of the hostel. And the WiFi is really good. The hostel might be not in the city centre, but you can easily walk and be there in a few minutes. Around the hostel are fruit and vegetables stalls, a pharmacy, a supermarket, busstation and a saloon. So altogether I can really recommend you this place for a stay in Niš. :)
