Super clean room very friendly and helpful staff, pool clean hot tub clean, jets did not work the best but they are fixing it as I text this. Bed very comfortable just a great experience. Best sleep I have had in a long time. 1 downfall breakfast kinda bland pancakes very small. Eggs meh my suggestion is have some bacon and sausage cheese for the eggs. Pancake bigger.

It was a great little get away from the routine of daily life. We also had my nephew with us, and it was his first experience staying in a hotel. He lives in a small place so the city is a vacation for him. So, if he's happy we're happy. And that's all that counts. Thanks for the hospitality.

My First 12 hours have not gone well. The sink is in the living room with the fold out couch. Cannot use without waking everyone up. There are two air moving systems and both are insanely loud and operate at different times ensuring minimal sleep. The door to the pool sticks. At breakfast, the coffee machine doesn't work. The sausage and eggs were ice cold. The apple juice was insanely sweet, and the pancake machine isn't working right. Only two jets in the hot tub are working, and only once did I see pool towels at the pool. Never had any of these problems with any other Days Inn. On Day 2 the coffee machine and pancake machines were working properly, and they sorted out their problem with the eggs and sausage. On Day 3, the pancake machine was broken again. My girls were pretty disappointed.

BUCKLE UP, EVERYONE! THIS WILL BE A LONG ONE! The website photos DO NOT match the current state of the building and rooms! I arrived after a long day of travelling to see that the main area rug was disgusting and the elevator was somehow even worse?! Hoping this was just an unfortunate one-off, I continued to my room to find that all the hallways were covered in MASSIVE PUKE STAINS. The amount of stains was so unbelievable that I’ve attached photos so you can see what it actually looks like instead of the dishonest website photos. Arriving at my room, I noticed a bunch of stains on the floor(obviously), but also what appeared to be chip crumbs on the bedroom floor?? After switching rooms, I noticed the quality of the new room was basically the same, with the addition of stains on the bedsheets… I couldn’t believe the state of this hotel and charging $250 per night is absolute robbery. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Location is great, felt very safe. The parking lot had plenty of parking spaces. Tim Hortons, Montana's, and Applebees within 5 min walking distance. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean. There were Lysol disinfectant wipes for us to wipe down the TV remote and door handles. I thought that was great.

I never write bad reviews, but after a recent stay here I felt compelled. The staff were friendly enough, but the rooms are outdated. Old style coffee makers, FILTHY stained carpets, no microwaves and a serious outlet shortage. The bed was comfortable - the pillows were not. After the first sleepless night I had to go shopping to buy a decent pillow for the remainder of my stay. The air conditioning works, but is very loud and makes weird noises - mainly through the night. I can't comment on the cleanliness of the pool or hot tub, I didn't go there. The breakfast was gross (there's no way those scrambled eggs were real). Finding dried vomit on my blanket and drapes was a bonus! Overall a huge disappointment and I won't be staying there again.

Great location - central to everything. There is a Tim's in the parking lot and Montana's as well. Beds were comfy and rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok.. exactly what you expect for a free breakfast. There is a pool with a hot tub as well - it looked nice but I haven't gone there yet. The shower is hot and the tub is big enough to take a bath! Great water pressure as well! Overall - very happy with my choice - stayed for 3 nights
