I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience. It's conveniently located, close to everything you need—restaurants, shops, and attractions. The property felt very safe, and there was plenty of parking available, which was a big plus. The breakfast offered was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

The beds were super comfy, very neat room and fast housekeeping service. Overall my stay here was smooth and comfortable the front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. The best thing is that you can park your car right in front of your room. Best affordable place to stay around that area.

The rooms were clean, The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fresh. Absolutely value for money. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me check-in and check out with ease. In middle of the downtown this is the best motel to be in.|Will definitely recommend

I had a stay for 3 days at this motel and it was the finest place to stay. Loved the ambiance and rooms were clean. Also, the guy working at the reception was very humble and helpful. I would recommend people to have their stay here. The prices are affordable too.

My mom stayed there and said that it was a great experience. Jorge was a great front desk worker and helped her out with any problems she had. Everything was clean and the employees were very friendly and cordial. Would recommend and we will be using this place again in the future.

Google
We were able to find the property easily. Turning into the drive was also a breeze. Check in was smooth. The room was quite clean. There were a few bulbs in a couple lamps that were out. Morning of checkout room service disturbed us, however there was no do not disturb signs available for use. Check out was easily accomplished online.

Booked online at $140 per night. Got there and had to stand outside in the freezing cold to complete the reservation, while the desk agent stood away from us with a very DRY attitude. The rooms are outdated, the tv skipped two channels while changing with the remote, the agent didn’t know what an iron was, there is a fee that you are charged for a 12 noon-1pm checkout, and the water in the shower never got hot. Two days of cold showers! The best part about my stay is the beautiful area in the city that this place is located.

I came for a business conference. George was very helpful and took great care from the time of making reservation thru the entire stay. Very caring and professional customer service and friendly staff.|Room was comfortable, with microwave and fridge. Location on this hotel was perfect - very close to my conference and a few options of restaurants.|Thank you for making my stay easy, safe and confortable.

Yelp
Checking in and out easy. Rooms were clean. Management nice and responsive. Good location in proximity to airport. This will be my go to low cost value hotel when you need efficiency without the extra frills.

Yelp
It is passable for a place to sleep for one night. I booked this place at the last minute and wanted to sleep. I did not want to sleep in my car while I rested between my drive to return to Houston. There was a concert close by when I came here, and I could hear it loud and clear from my room. The room's walls are too thin, and you can listen to everybody from outside or your next-door neighbors.

Selvyn C.

Yelp
Dont come here. I found bugs in the bathroom the air conditioner doesn't work. The refrigerator doesn't work I rather sleep in the car.

Allen L. W.

Yelp
The man at the counter was very nice. For the price the outdoor area isn't horrible but isn't gonna win any beauty awards either. The beds were comfy and had very nice comforters and a lot of extra throw pillows and stuff. Also the tub was big enough for me at 6'4" to soak in and it had a fairly large fridge not a mini but not a regular and a microwave.

Yelp
Prices are very reasonable, for a week about $650 conspired to other places near this hotel that are about $1000 for a week. It's just a smarted move. Their breakfast is a lil bag of food I've refused to take because, I think they can do better then that. However there is a Dennys literally next door, and a gas station a couple blocks away. So not bad of a spot to stay at.

Yelp
I needed a place to say pretty quickly that was close to my job while I was in between apartment leases. This place was perfect, it was affordable, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The A/C work perfectly, this is Texas in the summer after all. It was everything I needed for the money that I was able to spend, and the staff was very very kind. I had a couple personal matters that needed attending to, and they helped without blinking an eye. Thanks guys!!

Matityahu M.

Yelp
Over all, the staff was great but The room I stayed in #238 is infested with roaches. Im not sure about any other rooms but Please avoid room #238.

John R.

Yelp
It was the cheapest place to stay in Dallas. You get what you pay for. Poor room quality. But worst of all was that housekeeping came around knocking on doors at 8am. If youd like to sleep longer than 8, i dont recommend. Then, after falling asleep, they started power-washing the doors around 9am Overall poor experience, pay the extra $20 for a decent place.

James S.

Yelp
Rude staff, price gouging, and they refuse to give you a receipt , I'll never step foot in this place again unless the city sends me here for an inspection so I can write them citations

Yelp
Truly a little gem of a motel for those looking for last minute rates in the area. We were scheduled to take a board exam, and the hotel they referred us to was over $290/night- What a Scam! For a fraction of the cost, we found this place down the street. At first glance it comes off a bit sketch, but the room was cozy, it had all of the amenities we needed for a few nights (since we were only going to sleep here), and it was secure. They have multiple cameras throughout the property, and the night manager assured us it was safe- and what do you know- an honest manager- so refreshing! In the morning, George greeted us for breakfast, and when I asked about what to do in the area, he was super friendly and happy to tell us of the area and give a few suggestions. Be sure to tell them about your Active Duty Military Status on the counter and show your ID- they appreciate it. Again, can't imagine paying $300/night at the Hilton or Warwick next door- better to take your business to the locals here- our friends stayed at the fancy places and complained about the noise from airplanes, and no free breakfast- we had no noise issues, and free breakfast- plus steps away from a Denny's. Overall- totally worth the cost and I will be sure to stay in the future.

Yelp
The main reason why I chose the hotel was because it was within walking distance to Medieval Times. However, they have since built a fence around most of the hotels and you are no longer able to walk to the venue and Days Inn does not offer a shuttle, although I did see a Days Inn van at the front of the hotel. I wasn't 100% sure of where that went, but I called and asked the front desk. The gentleman that answered the phone wasn't thrilled about the question and answered with a quick "no". I just chopped it up to the fact that they were probably busy since I did call around check-in time. When we had checked in to the hotel, the room was relatively... ok... not really anything to write home about and was definitely not impressed about cleanliness of the bathroom. In the soap dish by the tub, it looked like it had a dirt film that had accumulated over time and the shower curtain just wouldn't stay put. After further investigation, it looks like the curtain rod was installed at an angle and the curtain rod drooped as a result causing the shower curtain to slide towards the center while you showered. There were pen stains and holes on the towels and stains on the bed sheets. Both stains were not HUGE, but you can tell they were there. There was a small refrigerator in the room as well as a microwave, so you can heat up some food if you don't want to walk over to the Denny's that is literally right next door or drive out for some food. We were located on the second floor and you DEFINITELY want to watch your step while you went up or down. The steps are uneven and some of the steps wobbled a bit when you walked giving you the impression that the step was going to break at some point... you're just hoping it doesn't while you're walking on it. The Internet is slower than dirt. I know... I know... you're thinking that I'm using a public network and there are a bunch of people using the Wi-Fi, of course it's going to be slow. On the contrary... while I understand that the network does slow down a bit when there are multiple guests using the same connection, my connection literally STOPPED! It didn't even move! I had a faster connection on 4G! If you're looking for convenience at a cheaper price, then I would say sure... take your chances... if you're looking for something a little more classy and better quality, I would say check out the DoubleTree across the street or spend a little more more at the Hilton Anatole that you can literally see from the hotel.

Yelp
This is one of the worst hotels at which I have stayed. The room: There was clearly visible mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There were very few outlets, most of which were hard to locate and use. The key cards kept getting deactivated. There was an odd odor. The air conditioning unit did not actually keep the room cool; its temperature had be be turned down as far as it could go and run all night just to get the room to be cooler than the outside temperature. The breakfast: Worst free continental breakfast I have ever had: - The juice and coffee machines tasted "off" - the orange juice tasted like mildew - The whipped spread was expired - The peanut butter was expired - The selection was incredibly small (absolutely no hot food other than oatmeal you may microwave and bagels/bread that you may toast) - Almost no fruit available - Eating area did not look clean suffice to say, I ate most of my breakfasts elsewhere (which meant I did not actually save money by staying here as a "free continental breakfast" is one of the benefits of staying at a cheaper hotel). These complaints are not to be taken lightly either - I tend to have low expectations at a budget hotel, but this food was mostly inedible. I would not be surprised if these issues constituted health code violations. The service: One person whom was staying with me, who did not have authorization to receive a key card, received one. I meant to add them to my list of people traveling with me for business, but the fact that they were not on the list makes me question how secure this place is. The lobby closes early and guests are not allowed to use it at night. I had a lot of work to perform (business trip: major research conference) and I did not want to disturb my colleagues I was staying with, and I was not allowed to enter the lobby past 11 pm. I had to go to the Denny's to work. Room service attendants were very kind - the issues were entirely management and front-of-house, or systemic issues that are clearly out of the cleaners/ and repair persons' control.

Yelp
ZERO STARS should REALLY be an option. I stayed here on September 3, 2017 in Room 135. It is the bedbug DEVIL. I had come from Houston, trying to get away from Harvey. The room was a bit ratchet, but for one night - I figured, it would serve its purpose. The blankets were nasty and had holes and stains on them. So, those were put off to the side. All night, I felt things crawling on me...I was literally up all night itching horribly...so, no sleep for me. It got so bad that I went and tried to sleep in my car because I didn't know where else to go that late at night in a city I'm not familiar with, but it was a bit too hot to stay in my car all night, so I go back in the hotel. I woke up a hot itchy mess. I have 7 bites on my face, and a plethora of bites all over my chest, hands, legs, ankles and shoulders. My hands are so swollen from the bites that it hurt me almost to tears to grip the steering wheel to go drive back to Houston. The series of bites I have going down the side of my face lead to the huge leaking nasty bites I have on my chin, which then leads to the series of bites on my neck - that are so big I now look like I have an Adam's Apple. I'm already 6'3" - I am not trying to look like I have man parts!! I checked the sheets and didn't see any bedbug bodies...But I KNOW what I felt, and I KNOW I look like the friggin' Elephant Man - as a result of staying in this bed bug haven called Days Inn. I called the front desk once I ran out of there to try and talk to someone about my issue. I was told I'd be called back in abut 20 minutes....After a painful itchy drive back and nearly 6 hours later, I called back to speak with "George" the Manager. I was put on hold for 4 minutes and then hung up on. So, I call back. "George" was suddenly unavailable AFTER I had been told that I was about to be transferred to him...But when I gave My name - recognizable from my call earlier - He was suddenly "unavailable". WHATEVER. The man who answered the phone, however, told me he could help me with the problem. I explained to him him how much torment I am in and he said that he'll take my number and "George" would get back to me. Apparently, "George" had checked Rm 135 for the bugs, but they were calling their pest control company in to "check" the room. I'm currently waiting on my promised call back, and they better tell Me something WONDERFUL - because I am a swollen itchy painful red mess right now, and I'm way too cute for this BS. Just to think - I had bugs all over my face - close to my ears nose and mouth...Wrong time to sleep naked...Uggghhhhh...FML. :-( The manager has since stated that no bugs were found in there, but they will refund the cost of the room.....It doesn't stop me from wanting to tear my skin off, but it's better than nothing,

Yelp
I love it here, George is so kind and responsive.. The rooms are real nice and even the non smoking rooms smells fresh!! Great work COCO

Yelp
Currently, I'm staying here with a group of friends for the QuakeCon convention, and I requested a room for 4 nights with 3 queen sizes bed. The total came out to be $492 which isn't bad at all. The few things that I can really complain about is that one of the beds wasn't a queen size but instead a full. And where the full size bed is, the ac unit in that room doesn't work too well. All in all, everything works out great.

Yelp
We stayed for one night because we had electrical issues at our apartment and this place was very close to our home. The free Wi-Fi is nonexistent and I was shocked to see a large cockroach that was dead on the carpet and soon after I saw a small spider. Uhm yeah. Never staying here ever. When my husband called the front office receptionist regarding the Internet, he stated he would restart the router. About 90 minutes later, it still wasn't working and we called again and they said that nobody had complained about the Internet.

Megan B.

Yelp
This motel is not worth spending any of your money at! Don't waste your time. I was laying in one of the beds and I look over and see something crawling, little do you know it's a bug. I'm not sure what kind of bug- most likely a bed bug. I had called the front desk to tell them the situation and that I wanted a refund. They told me that it was too late to get a refund, mind you I had checked in at 1:30pm and it was 4pm when I had discovered the bug. He then told me to take a picture of the bug and bring it to the front office. I did and when I got to the bottom of the stairs, the same man meets me at the bottom of the stairs and says he is going to check the room. We then proceed to the front desk and he asks me if I want to move to another room. I tell him no. Why would I want to go in another room if your motel has bugs????? If one of your rooms has them, 90% of the time they all are infested with them. This place is not sanitary at all, and they really need to update their old dirty rooms. I was glad they actually gave me my money back so I appreciate that. But, I wouldn't recommend this motel to anybody.

Nancy A.

Yelp
Excellent hotel. Clean, pleasant, efficient people, comfortable bed, and great location.

Rich L.

Yelp
For $50 a night, this place was pretty sad. The hotels in the area charge like $70. The room look like any other place, but the bathroom was horrible. It look like somebody's first apartment. And the caulking job in the bathroom look like it was done by an amateur like me. My toilet seat was moving too. My coworkers told me their whole tub moved while showering! It was like they were showering on a water bed. It was obvious there was intent on doing fixing it up, but not enough money to hire a professional so it was done by themselves. It was an honest attempt with poor results. The location seems to be in a dangerous neighborhood, so my coworkers actually stuck a chair at their door while they slept. But since I was there for the World Market Center (the place President Kennedy was on his way to before he got shot), it was a good location since it was only a 12 minute walk away. The hotel also had a shuttle that would take you there even 15-30 minutes, so that's a plus for them. Another plus is there's a Denny's that shares the same parking lot, so you're seconds away from dinner. That's good because we didn't have a car there. The weird thing about this place was, I think they were religious are something because the little placards placed in the hotel rooms had this strange message that went something like "Welcome, we don't know who you are, but we wish you the best, and God bless you and this and that." Sure, every hotel room has a bible placed by the Gideons, but as part of their "new room" procedure, the bible is always open on the night stand (I know because my coworkes in the other 2 rooms had same setup). Felt like it was a little subliminal nudge at people trying to convert me agian. They have a free complimentary breakfast, but I'm a little ugh on it. They have toast and bagels and creme cheese and jam. But the only meat they had were boiled eggs. And I've never seen croissants that small before either. They had hot water, coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice, and prune juice. I only had the apple juice but it looked disturbing because there were always there little chips and specks in it along with the juice and it wasn't coming from the cup. They have a little area for you to buy stuff you need if you forgot like toothbrushes, razors, toothpaste, etc.. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this wasn't so bad, but I regrettably have to say was the worst.

David B.

Yelp
Older hotel, but very clean, outstanding staff very attentive to your needs, manager very customer oriented, checking to make sure you're well taken care of...and great with pets..will stay here again without a doubt!

Abby B.

Yelp
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! First off we got there before our large group did and so the manager pretty much yelled at us for asking to use restrooms before we got our rooms. He said his restroom was broke and we had to go to Denny's and use theirs. The we get our rooms and 1 of them hadn't been cleaned from previous customers. ( bedding piled on floor, dirty towels every where). The one room I was in the floor was uneven, towel rack coming out of wall, dirty, socks from previous customers laying on night stand, hadn't been vacuumed in a while, the A/C heater didn't have a fan setting so when it would go off u could hear your neighbors as if they were in the room with you. Airplanes flying over, interstate noise, cop and ambulances going by. This is a sketchy place to be. I would avoid at all costs!!!!! Because we had already prepaid, we are stuck staying here on way home. Some of our group had to switch rooms because their rooms smelled like smoke. Then the room my group was staying in had hair in sheets from, I can only assume, the last customers that stayed in the room. . I asked for clean sheets and they brought them up to me. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Yelp
This a wonderful hotel with clean rooms and amazing customer service . It's very close to the love field airport and downtown dallas . I came for the market trade center and been here for a week and would highly recommend this place to guest coming to the Dallas Forth Worth area.

Mark C.

Yelp
Friendly staff clean rooms and affordable. Great location. We needed a place to stay near the convention center. We were pleasantly surprised at the rates and how easy it was to get from the hotel to all the locations down town. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had a flat tire and not only did they let us know about it they helped us change the tire in the pouring rain. Thanks so much.....

Susan F.

Yelp
Stayed 3 nights in my first trip to Dallas. George, at front desk, was very nice and helpful with check in. Rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Angel V.

Yelp
When we first checked in we found a ROACH in the bathroom. We then got a new room only to walk into a new but extremely smelly room. It smelled very much like tobacco. After examining our room we found DIRTY pillows, a DIRTY tub and DIRTY sheets. We asked for new pillows and they DIDINT HAVE ANY. We also asked for air freshener (and they also didn't have any). I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. WHAT KIND OF A HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE EXTRA PILLOWS OR AIR FRESHENER.

Ian S.

Yelp
Bad. The rooms were dirty. I saw cockroaches. For some reason the tv stand was propped up with a wedge so it was totally lopsided and crooked. Immediately checked for bed bugs and fortunately didn't find any. I did to leave my bag on the floor just in case. Walls were destroyed. The sheets had holes in them and were very fuzzy. The curtains didn't close all the way do light came in and the AC hardly worked so I slept on top of the covers. Old school non hd tv. All the pamphlets in the rooms were from the old hotel. This place is gross. Spend the extra $30 to stay somewhere else. You'll regret staying here

Maria E.

Yelp
Can't beat the price for this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. Provided great dining options for my week stay.

Ray T.

Yelp
I stayed at the Days Inn for about 3 weeks on business. Found the hotel to be efficient and clean. No problems upon check in and found the staff to be pretty pleasant. George the Manager was there each day super nice gentleman. Coffee was hot each morning and the room was cleaned pretty efficient each day. Rate was good, and Location was close to restaurants and downtown. I'll probably stay again next time I'm in town.

Caroline H.

Yelp
Inexpensive, clean, and friendly staff. For the location, you can't beat the price. The breakfast is mediocre, but it was also free. The only thing I wish they had was a wine corkscrew at the front desk.

Lynn C.

Yelp
not the best hotel out there but the cheapest on the list in the dallas area when i researched. seemed like a pretty old place. its called the Days Inn now. same address. -friendly staff. checkin and out was a breeze. -continental breakfast was bare bones. no meats. eggs, cereal, a couple of pastries and croissants, juice, milk and fruit. not bad to get your day started. -had a small 10x10 single bed room. super small bathroom with just enough space to close the door when you are in it (but i guess you dont have to close the door if you are the only one staying) -no window facing the parking area. window facing a wall/dividing fence. sort of lets in a draft. curtains blew when a draft went through that alleyway. -hot water came in quick for a shower. make sure to hold down toilet flusher for it to flush -paint chips in doors, toilet seats, etc -room carpets didnt leave my feet black (unlike other hotels) when i was walking barefoot -old tvs with cable. dont expect HD -wireless internet is shoddy and cuts in and out -dennys is a hop skip away other than a stupid red bull party bus that parked just beyond the fence next to my building blasting crazy loud music at 3AM in the morning, my stay was relatively pleasant. good thing i had earplugs
