After visiting in the day, decided to come for cocktails.. so here we are on Sat night after dinner. When i came in i only saw one couple inside.. and i got a seat towards the back.. i tried the pudding since i would like some dessert and unexpected at the bottom was actually liquor if my guess is not wrong. So a milk pudding with liquor syrup. I had a gin cocktail and my friend had 1 whisky and 1 rum cocktail i think.. there’s no menu for the drinks other than the base of the cocktails which u can decide on ur own or let them propose the cocktails for u according to ur preference. I think the cocktail pricing is quite on par with other bespoke bar. Wouldn’t mind going back again to just chill there.. kinda like the quiet environment. From my observation they do have a lot collection on not so common spirits.

Charming vintage atmosphere and interior. Having no menu is a fun concept. But until you get something that you don’t like, which they aren’t willing to switch it up for you. In my case, a cocktail with tea profile was requested but came with no tea flavours, which they justified with tea being a delicate flavour.

Discovered this place from a friend's recommendation. One of those hidden bars in Singapore. I've walked that atreetba hundred times but never knew about this place. What strikes you first when you walk in a an extreme level of plush richness. The couches, the bar lounge chairs (yeah not bar stools, but cigar armchairs right at the bar), the butler service and the warm towel they give you all enhance the rich experience. This place has no menu. The bartenders are authentic Japanese and they make you a fully customized drink - from the size of the ice to the shape of the glass - exactly as you want. The Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour and Martini we tried were exquisite. Kudos to the bartender for it. Really delightful. The chicken nuggets were brilliant too.. The only issue is that its extremely pricey. So go only rarely.

This is one of my favourite drink amongst the bars. Old fashioned- mixed in their own barrels. In the past, they have a menu, my last visit, they’ve removed the menu. Do some research on names or drinks you usually enjoy to describe to the bartender. They do have ocassional seasonal fruit cocktails too! Or if you’re familiar, let them know the spirits, flavours and if you want it sparkling. The rest will be up to them. They do have a menu for Japanese sandwich/pasta. Do try :)

I know what this bar is trying to be: some sort of Japanese Speakeasy/private bar. But since I've been to many bars in Japan (and around the world), the service is well below par. I'm not talking about how they dress or the "mannerisms". But what they lack (by a long mile) is the hospitality and friendliness. The guy who was in charge of our table did not even produce one hint of a smile or happiness. One of our friends cannot drink alcohol so the server just took away his water without hesitation. And most bars I've been to in Japan cost less than this (most with a menu...yes, they don't have a menu) with better service and better drinks. And I'm also a whisky guy - most whisky is overpriced without any good recommendations, you're much better off going to real whisky bars around town for better value and experience. The cocktails we ordered were ok but cost much more than other great bars (as close as next door). To me, it's just a very poor representation of what a proper Japanese bar is. Going out and looking for a happy time, even at a Speakeasy, should not make you feel uncomfortable. We all were uncomfortable the whole time we were there, it felt like we were not welcomed at all.

Tamago sando was good. Cocktails (not too bad) were all off menu .. though not really wallet friendly . Charming atmosphere, pleasant for private convo. My companion was the true 5 star!

Super excellent service all around - was really impressed as soon as I stepped into the front counter. A nice, warm towel was also provided upon arrival. It’s a very comfortable and cosy environment for small to medium group sizes. Light acoustic, instrumental music is played on the background while you enjoy the drink on a large leather couch. There’s no menu for the drinks at all, everything is bespoke literally to your tastes and preferences by speaking to the bartender. There’s a huge whiskey selection too. It’s a very sophisticated area for whiskey, run by a Japanese and oozes the Japanese culture right from the service standards to the decor. Prices are on the much higher end but for the experience it’s definitely worthwhile!

Jaw-droppingly cool. D Bespoke, as the name suggests, is a bespoke cocktail joint. The interior has a sort of old world East Coast luxe vibe crossed with a suit-making shop vibe, which itself is cool - but the ordering process is even cooler. You go in and genuinely talk with the bartender regarding what you want - no menu, no cocktail titles, etc. What you get is truly bespoke. Needless to say, everything I tried was to my taste - hard to complain on that front!

Stand up spot. This is the type of service and the type of quality cocktails that met all of my expectations. Drinks are expensive compared to the majority of cocktail bars or speakeasies in Singapore. But they're worth it.

This bar is hidden in Chinatown, and you enter via a side door in a shop (I don't know if it is a real shop). You get in, and the setting just blows you away. The bar seats are... arm chairs. (haha) Someone will attend to you, and ask you for your preferences, so order your bespoke cocktail (and some jamon, trust me on this). After your order is taken, preparations for your drink takes place, and the only person making drinks, the dapper and debonair Kanetaka comes to make it for you. Every waitstaff there is rapt with attention as he makes it, so, you will likely watch him intently too. What could go wrong here? Nothing at all. Take a date here, only if you really like her, as prices here... Well, if you have to ask, you can't afford it.

Manners maketh man. So you fancy youself as a bit of a Kingsman? You've just entered a rich leather goods store, and you look like you are here to do more than purchase a high quality belt. Say the magic password "I need a drink!", and you'll be ushered through the secret cabinet into the inner sanctum and offered a high backed leather throne to park yourself into. D Bespoke is the brainchild of Daiki Kanetaka, The D is his first initial, and Bespoke describes the naked nature of the drinks here. Simply provide a flavour profile - sweet, bitter, sour, salty, umami (or a combination). The assistant will give this to Kanetaka who will then mix your drink. Yes - only the boss does the drinks - this is the pinnacle of drinking, as you're assured of an absolutely special drink every single time. The pricelist is non-existent, the minimum drink bill per person is $60SGD, and the cocktails are not cheap - but this is about as good as it gets. Want to impress someone? Bring them here for one or two amazing cocktails, or just sip on the finest Calvados this side of Normandy.

Very classy "speakeasy". (I have those quotes there as it is not hidden at all, or requires a password, but there is a non-bar entrance to set the stage). Beautiful bar and leather seating + cute little plates of peanuts and dried fruits + gorgeous glassware + dim lighting all make for a lovely atmosphere. No menu here - you have a chat with the bartender about your flavour preferences and base spirit of choice and they go to town. Happy to explain the ingredients after if you'd like. 1 in the group felt like a whiskey, neat. Oddly, this option is significantly more expensive than ordering a cocktail (the first 3 options offered started at $100 a pour)! Well balanced cocktails in a perfect setting. I'd love to love ya, but the spirits are not overly special, rare or best in class, so the $35+++ pricing is very difficult to appreciate. Worth a visit as it is very highly rated and ranked, and service is wonderful (rare I find here). But my wallet can only take a 1/year kind of trip!

You know a place is good when you leave feeling you've changed as a person. And after experiencing D Bespoke, I'm legitimately afraid I'll never be able to experience a more impressive bar. D Bespoke lies unseemingly in a quite street in Chinatown, fronting as a tailor shop. Upon entering, you are led into a very small room of fine suits and shoes. A wall opens up surprisingly on the side and you are led to a beautiful, yet cosy bar. You are immediately brewed some fresh matcha tea to cleanse the palette and the server will start with "what would you like?". No menu, just you and your flavors profile. My eloquent response was "ummmm". Then, they professionally walk you through choosing a drink. #1: what liquor? Me, I love a good whiskey. #2 flavors...sweet, sour, fruity, earthy #3 favorite cocktails in general, then your are presented with options. Kanetaka-san then appears and masterfully and beautifully prepares the drink. Watching him is almost mesmerizing, a true artist creating his work. His cocktail style is Japanese - simple and beautifully balanced. No fluff and floof. I can say there wasn't a drink I didn't enjoy 100% enjoy. I also requested some straight pours of Japanese whiskey and I can say the selection is beyond impressive and passionately selected, from well aged to limited releases, years and special edition bottles. The whiskey is presented with a giant block of ice that is so clear, you can read the words of your coaster. I don't think I've ever had a more perfect melt. The experience starts right when you walk through the doors, from start to finish. Every detail is perfect from the glassware choice to the world class attentive service. Of course, all this comes with quite the price tag. My bill for 2 cocktails and 2 whiskey pours was $200 SD or $150 USD, but arguable I would pay close to this amount for crap drinks in a Las Vegas night club. I would highly recommend this for a cocktail and whiskey enthusiast such as myself and will 100% be returning on my next trip to Singapore.

Feels like stepping into another world in another time. Regardless of the commotion outside, D Bespoke always is a calm and reasonably quiet refuge. Service is impeccable. Candies fruits and nuts are constantly refilled, drinks are good and interesting. Seats are very comfortable. Prices are high compared to anywhere globally, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it.

Japanese style high class bar. You have to be aware of that before going here. This is not for the normal cocktail drinker, this is a bar for persons that are able to spend a lot of money (and yes, they will). The drinks are mixed by the boss himself, only by him. And you will experience incredible well mixed drinks, perfectly balanced. Not all of the bartenders are able to speak enough english to talk to you or to giove you some advice. Seating at the bar means you sit in heavy leather chairs that you can't move without help. Be aware: you will easily spend 50S$ per drink. And you will drink more than one.

One of the most impressive bars I have ever been to around the world. I would compare the quality of cocktails to the ones served in NYC. The service that is focused on you, solely and impeccably. The selected labels and whisky producers that are quite exclusive - just amazing. Stemware is fragile, light and yet classic Be careful though, with no prices in the menu, we racked up our bill last night to 460 SGD. Make sure you have a reservation, however last night we walked in at 8:30 pm without one and were seated promptly.

Is the room beautiful? Yes. Are the cocktails and product knowledge impeccable? Yes. Are the prices beyond anything you can imagine ? Oh yes. Now I'm not cheap and I've sat in some of the best bars in NYC And London but $328 for 7 drinks ( one was a house gin and tonic). $46 average drink is a lot. No prices on anything, no polite "sir your bespoke drink uses $60 a shot whiskey" is a bit much.

This place is a bartender's dream. I would love to sit at this bar and marvel at all of the spirits and talent all day. I wish I could have gone back before I left Singapore. That stemware though, makes my heart swoon.

Good drinks, the proper pretentious ambience for a fancy cocktail bar. However, my drink was just ok, and not worth the price. In our tour of cocktail bars in Singapore, D Bespoke was not as good as Operation Dagger. But we had a good time nonetheless! Recommend coming here if you can drop $45 per drink without concern.

Wonderful experience. Good service and clear understanding of personal taste. One person walk in with a seat, 71 singapore dollar for two cocktails, definitely worth it!

2 stars for the service and the decor and set up of the place. Otherwise, 2 cocktails and some olives cost $100+. And it didn't help that the cocktail I had tasted just like gin with yuzu which I can make at home easily; no complexity to the taste at all or the way it's served. Definitely not on the same level as other cocktail bars I've been to. Maybe it's only for this drink or particular night, but I won't be back to give it a second chance.

D.bespoke is a very interesting marriage of speakeasy bar and japanese concept. There's one master bartender who makes the drink for the patrons and he will accommodate your request to ensure the final drinks are suitable to your personality. The japanese whiskey collection is very impressive. Not a cheap place to go but it's worth every single penny.

Here is not only authentic but also innovative. Their varieties of whisky, shelly and carvados are amazing! Also the atmosphere and service are sophisticated!
