Very low key place. Interior was quite strange with modern art and on the other hand chairs with fake snakeskin. The staff don’t speak English and we could barely communicate. Tap water was 7 euro per bottle. They forget to bring some of our orders but didn’t forget to put them in the bill. Overall experience was terrible.

Totally disinterested staff. Not worth any business Michelin or Bamboolin. I would even suggest they lose their Michelin altogether for attitude alone.

Superb location for a romantic stay! I celebrated my best 20 years with my better half at B Suites at the Brendelstub. Very friendly and attentative staff. Reserve your table at the Table du Gourmand and the magic evening is a fact.

Really enjoyed our lunch at the Brendelstub. Lovely home-made local roasted ham, with potato salad and veggies. Authentic tarte flambée. Delicious 'cafe gourmand'. Really kind and welcoming service. Most importantly, they were able to provide gluten free french fries, ham, and ice cream for our Celiac daughter, with no issue to be sure of the ingredients. Would 100% come again. Thank you!

My wife and had a really nice experience at dinner last night. Firstly, the food was fabulous. The blending of flavors and the freshness of ingredients demonstrated a level of comptence that this restaurant is at the top of its game, yes, it is simpler in concept than say an ultra high end restaurant, but the quality of the food left nothing to be desired. The service was very friendly and the wait times were very reasonable, for what you get. There is a bit of no nonsense as they do a good job of disguising how busy they are. We had a view of the kitchen and the chef (actually the whole staff) never stops moving. Truly, this is one of the best meals we have had in our travels. We would definitely go back. We had reservations that we made stopping by in the morning. The restaurant was full, so i recommend reservations...it's worth it.

Fantastic lodging, fantastic restaurant below. We stayed one night and ate lunch in the winstub and had breakfast the following morning. Tremendous service from start to finish, and excellent food. The lunch that I ate was one of the best meals that I had during an eight day trip through Alsace.
