DCU-Camping Hornbæk

I like here as staff is helpful. Place around is clean as kitchen CLEAN and toilet also clean & smell ok 😬😬 Place are quiet and price very fair. Just WiFi not stable 😌 Highly recommend !

We had an excellent stay with our camper and 3 year old, near the playground and also the big wide grass field is nice. It was a little walk up and down to the toilet facilities but the family rooms here are worth it! Also wasmachine and good other things around, even an kitchen with big ovens! The beach is a 30 min forrest walk from campsite. The beach on the right side of the port is more sandy and stretch of low water in comparison to the beach on the left side of te port (the ‘main’ beach) For the little one, de right was better to play (however that is also the beach where dogs can be loose, we did only met one, and of course are no facilities).. by bike we where on the main beach in 10 minute top, from campsite.

Quiet camping area not too far from downtown. Seems like there are a lot of danes using this camping site on a yearly basis. The staff didn’t speak well English and had big troubles understanding Norwegian... great that you don’t have to pay for tokens when taking a shower!

Site was very clean, staff perfect with great English. Pitches did seem a little closed in but wash facilities were the best on our travels! Showers were amazing, all included in the price. Only stayed 1 night but from what we saw the site is very family friendly, Town and beach within cycling distance.

Don´t rent a cabin, they are dirty, with mold and the people in the reception are not caring. Hornbaek has a nice beach, but the camping is far of it, so, it is better to go to another place anyway.

Lovely campsite, fantastic reception and very helpful. We loved it there. We will go again
