the cafe was really overcrowded which i get happens but it did not make my stay pleasurable. The waitress did speak English which i rate very positively! They had huge variety of sweets so if u want some really good pastries i would def come by. But the coffee was mid, kinda sour and bitter. Overall good spot to get delicious pastries but not a good spot to relax cause u feel kinda rushed due to so many people in there

The place seems focused on maintaining a high turnover of customers. The day before, we noticed this café and considered it for some work we needed to do, as they had a table specifically designed for working. We traveled across the city on a Tuesday to use the space but were informed that working or using a computer there wasn’t allowed, as the tables are intended for quick customer turnover. We ordered breakfast, which was fine, and the desserts looked very appealing. The café is quite busy, with long lines at the bar, and reservations are not accepted. BTW, no one used the designated work table during our visit. :D

I can only recommend this place. The food was delicious and tastes as wonderful as it looks. The interior is charming and made with detail. They have enough seats and tables to not feel rushed and enjoy the food while being able to read a book. There is much food to choose from. The staff speaks perfect English and is super caring and friendly. (maybe a bit much if the pistachio cream).

The place is always overcrowded, tables are wet and not clean after previous guests. Very similar to Green Cafe Nero, same vibe. Food is good, but coffee is not their superpower, we tasted Cold brew (tasteless) and cappuccino (sour and diluted)

The coffee here is decent, and the dulce de leche cheesecake is enjoyable. However, the banoffee pie was disappointing — the crust was too hard, and the bananas had turned mushy, affecting the overall texture. I also tried the lemon meringue pie on a previous visit, which was fine but not exceptional. Overall, the quality is a bit inconsistent. Some items are good, but others miss the mark. It’s worth a visit if you’re looking for coffee and dessert, but don’t expect everything to be perfect.

Pricey and crowded. The place has a tourist attendance, thus the price of the stuff is so high. Cakes are really good looking but nothing special to me. The decoration is the typical gathering of recovered old furniture with good taste. Expect around 12 € for a breakfast. Croissants don't look fresh at all, crust does fall apart and look dry. Welcome to Ruzafa tourist plunder.

Plus points: friendly staff who speak English, amazing selection of cakes and pastries, and value-for-money brunch options (e.g. a coffee, juice, bagel, and mini pastries, for 10 euro), and lots of seating options. Cons: very touristy, and therefore caters to that crowd; cake a bit dry when purchased late one evening; and the bagel felt like it had been pre-prepared and re-heated, so didn't feel fresh.

Wow wow wow! Stunning café, beautiful and delicious treats and lovely atmosphere. Came as a lone English tourist and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found it much more pleasant than the more central DDL. A must visit!!! (Visited August 2023)
