Great 3 star hotel. The lady with the glasses on the front desk has a top notch service and she is very nice person. Nice rooms , they cleaned them every day. great location. I would recommend for breakfast more products and choices.

Unfortunately, our experience at Ddream Hotel was disappointing. The room had a constant and strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made our stay quite unpleasant. We asked to change rooms, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Opening the windows wasn’t really an option either, due to the loud noise from the street and major construction works taking place right next to the hotel, starting early in the morning. The only positive aspect was the staff — they were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a negative experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

dDream Hotel in Malta was a great place to stay. Very clean with an excellent location if you don't mind the noise of music and works on buildings next to the hotel. Most of the staff were helpful and available, although the women on reception was sometimes hard to reach.

The room was very clean and with all the amenities needed.||The breakfast was very good, especially on the second morning because I went earlier, so there was more variety.||The owner was present in different departments and always had a smile on his face and was ready to greet the guests.||Vino, was helpful and very friendly and Ana from reception is a must in the team, what a lovely receptionist, always ready to help.|From the breakfast I have to mention Thomas and the sweet Sushmita.||After checking out the room, I left my bag, and Ana also let me keep my things in the freezer.||The only things that can be improved, is making sure that the right information is passed, because when I checked in, I was informed by the reception manager that they would pre-authorize 100€ in case of room damaging. |That is totally fine, but I told her that I would need the docket from the machine on check out, with the pre aut reversed and she said that it's not possible and that the money would be in my account in 1 day, even though I told her that I have a debit card so that is not possible. |Later I was informed by other receptionist that the pre auth can take until 21 days to be released in the card...||Thank you for everything guys, keep up with the good work!

Absolutely awful! Woke up to banging every single morning from a construction site that is right next to the hotel. No offer to move room to somewhere with no noise. The banging lasted every single day till mid day. Also not had my deposit returned and being IGNORED. ants in room. Staff not co operating. AVOID

We booked a one night on the day of stay and went to the hotel, only saying that they do not have rooms available which ended up ruining our night. Apparently it was a mistake from Booking.com's side. Refund was not possible which is totally unacceptable considering the mistake is from their side. I phoned the hotel and spoke with manager Adreanna which was very nice. She offered us another date and gave us free breakfast.|However the hotel did not meet our expectations at all. The entrance of the hotel is not inviting at all: dirty carpets, broken and shattered glass doors. Receptionist do not understand English and do not know how to make a conversation with a guest. They gave us a creased and damaged key card which is not suitable for a guest who paid money. It looks totally dirty and uncared for. For a 3 star hotel and 160e a night it was totally disgusting. The shower was full of mould which was not cleaned properly. It was disgusting to use the shower. The water did not drain well either. The window sills were completely dirty. The coffee machine looked dirty and already used, no tea or coffee was available as stated in description. Rooms where not sound proof as description stated either. Breakfast was alright.The hotel does not meet with the good reviews it has. Will not be back again for sure. Waste of money

We recently spent a week at Ddream Hotel in Malta and had a fantastic stay. The breakfast croissants were especially delicious, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend!

Our stay wasnt good for the price we paid. The room was dirty, the bed was short for a tall guy like me, and the toilet smelled awful because the toilet brush was filthy and covered in feces, which was unacceptable, I had to bring it down to reception. The key card for our room never worked, and every time we needed to enter, we had to ask the receptionist to unlock it. Despite daily promises to fix it, nothing was done. We also requested a room with a balcony, but they gave us one without and never addressed the issue. The manager was unhelpful. When we asked for a late checkout and offered to pay extra, she refused unless we paid for a full extra day. The only saving grace was the night shift receptionist, very good guy, kind and helpful.
