Ddream Hotel Malta

Our stay wasnt good for the price we paid. The room was dirty, the bed was short for a tall guy like me, and the toilet smelled awful because the toilet brush was filthy and covered in feces, which was unacceptable, I had to bring it down to reception. The key card for our room never worked, and every time we needed to enter, we had to ask the receptionist to unlock it. Despite daily promises to fix it, nothing was done. We also requested a room with a balcony, but they gave us one without and never addressed the issue. The manager was unhelpful. When we asked for a late checkout and offered to pay extra, she refused unless we paid for a full extra day. The only saving grace was the night shift receptionist, very good guy, kind and helpful.

We had stayed in Gozo and decided to have an extra couple of days in Malta so booked a room last minute. To say they accomodated us would be an understatement. Such lovely helpful, understanding thoughtful staff who were happy to go out of their way to ensure our short stay was as comfortable as possible. Our aircon wasnt great and we were immediately offered a room transfer. We declined as we were only having a short stay but staff insisted we take a key for another room still so if we felt later on we would sleep better we would have the option to sleep in the other room. Great service 👏 Breakfast was plentiful and lovely also. The hotels location was great for amenities and whilst the hotel itself did not have a pool there were many nearby that did, one of which we used. Of course, there is also always the option of using the bays etc. We would not hesitate staying in this lovely hotel again

Really good location, just a couple of mins from anywhere significant. The rooms are a little bit small and dark. Staff is the best part.

We recently spent a week at Ddream Hotel in Malta and had a fantastic stay. The breakfast croissants were especially delicious, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend!

The key cards did not work for all 5 days we were there. Each time we wished to enter our rooms, we had to ask the receptionist to come with us to manually unlock the door. The whole hotel did not have working key cards. That is unacceptable!

Idea place to stay in middle of the city with great care and closed to the beach/valletta cruise port. Rooms were not so big but big enough to stay comfortably with basic amenities. Staff was super friendly and supportive. All credit goes to them. Proper hygienic conditions well maintained. Breakfast was so delicious. Worth to stay.

Excellent hotel! The owner is really helpful. Big rooms (we had a family room). We loved the breakfast. Central location near restaurants, mini markets, cafes and the see.

It was the most beautiful experience at this Hotel. thank you to all the staff for their professionalism. Breakfast was excellent, very diverse and you always had something to eat. At the end of the stay, I didn't have breakfast and they prepared a net full of food for us from the reception, very nice of them. Congratulations and I highly recommend you.
