How to Plan the Perfect Trip to Naples, Italy

We stayed for five nights in October using Hilton points.  As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a room with a small balcony offering a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius.  The room was spacious and clean.  The staff are always friendly and helpful.  I called to see if they had an ice machine, and five minutes later, a bucket of ice was delivered to our room.  Spa time must be booked in advance.  We had no trouble and went twice. We had the room to ourselves, which included a hot tub, steam room, and both hot/cold showers. The salt room was out of order. The breakfast had something for everyone, and the staff was very attentive.  We had a great time at the rooftop bar.  I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years. This has to be one of, if not the best, I've ever stayed. Bravo!!

A Refined Gem in Naples Our stay at the De Bonart Napoli also referred to as the Britanique was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the elegant design and thoughtful attention to detail made it clear we were in a very special place. The style of the hotel blends classic Neapolitan sophistication with modern comfort, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. The staff deserves special mention — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their professionalism, fluent English, and genuine hospitality made every interaction effortless and enjoyable. It truly felt like they took pride in delivering a world-class guest experience. The amenities are outstanding. The gym is first-class, pristine, and well-equipped — a rarity in many hotels — and the private spa experience is a must. It’s the perfect way to unwind after exploring the vibrant streets of Naples. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented, made even better by the panoramic views overlooking the city and the Bay of Naples. It was the ideal way to start the day. We also enjoyed afternoon drinks on the terrace, where the views of the bay are simply to die for — absolutely unforgettable. Although we didn’t have the chance to try their new restaurant, it looked spectacular. Based on the rest of our stay, we have no doubt it will be a tremendous success. A truly memorable experience — we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for style, comfort, and warm hospitality in the heart of Naples.

The hotel offers not just a majestic view of the city, the bay and the volcano but also impeccable service. The welcome aperitivo at the rooftop was precious. Breakfast with an immense selection of pastries, cheese, cold cuts (including fish), fresh fruits, and more plus a view. The rooms are bright and ample, the washroom has many amenities and a great shower. All clean!|Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night because of the Vespas going back and forth. |I left in the middle of the night and they had a superb box breakfast prepared for me - including all those lactose-free items I mentioned the night before.

I had the pleasure of staying here for my honeymoon for four nights, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The entire staff deserves praise for their warmth and impeccable hospitality. It is easy to see how much heart and dedication that they pour into every aspect of their work. Working in hospitality myself, I am confident in saying that this team exemplifies the best of the industry.||While the building itself is over 150 years old, the hotel is refurbished, modern, and comfortable. You will not be left wanting for any amenity. My spouse said the bed is probably the coziest hotel bed they have ever slept in, and I have to agree.||As many other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast is stellar, and the rooftop views of the entire gulf, city, and Vesuvius took my breath away every single morning. I also have to give a special mention to the hotel's restaurant, Deschevaliers. If you stay here, please give the restaurant a try - you won't regret it!||I hope to return to Naples one day, and it would be hard for me to choose any other hotel.

The hotel is a wonderful building with great views at the top across the bay of Naples. Unfortunately the renovation, whilst spotless, has rather garish colour scheme across the main walls. So be it. My room on the third floor had wonderful proportions, and the bathroom shower is effective. The only drawback to the design of the room is that there are no drawers in which to put clothes in, unless you stretch very high and reach one shelf at the top of the hanging cupboard. Bed was very good. Breakfast is on the top floor which has a wonderful view and very large roof terrace to sit at. This is the highlight of the hotel. The gym in the basement is also top notch in terms of design. The staff were very courteous and professional.

This hotel is outstanding! After a very long trip in Europe, having stayed in some nice and not so nice places, this hotel was a PERFECT final resting place before our flight out of Naples. I have found that hotels in the EU that claim to be 5 star hotels, are not always so by American standards. But this one did not disappoint. The artistic touches and quality and thoughtful (and even technological) finishes made for a luxurious stay. And they really won me over with linen hotel slippers and sheets, keeping with the theme of a clean, natural, and luxurious way of life!! The gym was also very well equipped for those who have that interest, and the rooftop bar hosted a live pianist on the night of our stay, adding to a calming and welcoming all around experience. I could go on and on, but I definitely recommend this hotel during your stay in Naples!

Wow. This was a surprising gem of a hotel in Naples. Conveniently located near the airport, this hotel has a fabulous view overlooking Naples. The accommodations were excellent, with friendly staff, a beautiful room and a great restaurant and rooftop lounge. The hotel is fairly new and it showed. It was clean, modern and spacious. Access to downtown Naples and its varied neighborhoods was a short walk from the hotel. We booked this due to its proximity to the airport as we were flying out the next morning. We surprisingly got a lovelyl hotel that was nothing like most "airport" proximity hotels we've booked before.

Everything was perfect! The view, service and kindness of staff were 10/10!! Just becareful of the texi drivers infront of hotel. They are very aggressive and and will charge you so much. These behaviors just ruins Italy’s reputation so much. But experience in hotel was fabulous
