How to Plan the Perfect Trip to Naples, Italy

This hotel is outstanding! After a very long trip in Europe, having stayed in some nice and not so nice places, this hotel was a PERFECT final resting place before our flight out of Naples. I have found that hotels in the EU that claim to be 5 star hotels, are not always so by American standards. But this one did not disappoint. The artistic touches and quality and thoughtful (and even technological) finishes made for a luxurious stay. And they really won me over with linen hotel slippers and sheets, keeping with the theme of a clean, natural, and luxurious way of life!! The gym was also very well equipped for those who have that interest, and the rooftop bar hosted a live pianist on the night of our stay, adding to a calming and welcoming all around experience. I could go on and on, but I definitely recommend this hotel during your stay in Naples!

This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. The service is outstanding with attentive waiters and bartenders. The chef even comes out to speak with the guests. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

One of the highlights of a recent trip to southern Italy. I had a wonderful experience staying here. From the breathtaking view from my room, to the incredible dishes I enjoyed at the restaurant, the expansive breakfast options, the spa, the staff and their awesome Neapolitan personality. I loved it and will definitely return when back in Naples!

This was an amazing experience!! The front desk staff was probably the nicest I have ever talked to. They were super accommodating! I booked massages here as well which were a little pricey, but let me tell you this was the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. The spa area was okay but the massage made it worth it—ask for Virginia, she is a miracle worker! Also, we went to dinner at Macphersons (rooftop restaurant) and it was absolutely amazing. They had just redone the menu and told us we were the first to have it which was very cool. It was amazing food and service with super reasonable prices for how elegant and Michelin-star the food was, and the view was perfect! I celebrated my engagement here and highly recommend. Will absolutely be back again!!

This hotel is truly a gem! We received impeccable service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. One day during our trip we didn’t even leave the hotel at all because there was so much to do in terms of fitness, relaxation and dining. Speaking of dining, the breakfast buffet is especially amazing. The food is great and there are beautiful views of the city. Our server every morning Oleksander was especially attentive and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel.

From the minute you arrive, the hotel de Bonart delivers. The high end, luxury finishes, the fabulously appointed rooms, the views.. it lacks nothing. A relaxed atmosphere in the heart of crazy Naples! |We particularly wanted to stay in a safe area and to have access to a gym, both of which we found. |The breakfast was buffet style and was regularly restocked and offered a wide selection including cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes, fruit and also hot options which were tasty and fresh. |But the main point to mention were how fabulous the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. And so friendly. Special mention to Carlotta at reception who directed us to half a dozen excellent pizzerias and restaurants and Dario in the hotel restaurant who was so friendly and knowledgeable.|I would definitely return and recommend!

AMAZING SERVICE! Walked in and instantly got greeted, check in was smooth and they explained everything. We asked them if possible to get a vase given to our room because I was lugging around roses from Venice! Stayed at a Hilton in Rome and they were no where near as good with service. Rome couldn’t provide us with anything as to this Hilton provided us with more. This Hilton not only gave us a vase but we came back from lunch and my bouquet was placed in the vase with water on the bedside table. We didn’t ask them to go the extra mile but they did since we just asked for a vase and we could do the rest. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and bar on top. Food was very good! The views are amazing. We had a room on the second floor with sea view and it was amazing. Size of room was huge and beautiful. Bathroom was great too. Place was clean! Although we were by the road there were was no noise. Also the location is off to the side of the center and is a 20 minute drive or less but not completely walking distance. Taxis are there within minutes if you ask the desk for one. The pool is more of a smaller size one, dissatisfied with the need to reserve it but overall it has a nice lounge and view on top around. I would stay here much longer if I knew how amazing it would be!

Gorgeous rooms with the high ceilings and the food was the best part!! You have to eat at the Niq bar and try thier Tagliolino truffle pasta!! Absolutely delicious!! As well as the Seared tuna belly!! It was to die for! Their local wine selections were amazing! I honestly drank a whole bottle! It would have been nice to stay at the rooftop outdoors but it was too cold! This place would be nice to hangout for summer! We also love thier breakfast buffet!! I wish we had another night to enjoy thier breakfast again!||We really liked this hotel but not love the location. We didn’t realize how far it was from the city center! So there’s not much of anything around the hotel. You would have to uber 15min to get to center. I wish they had a shuttle! So just remember that! ||Another thing is it gets hot! The central air seems like it shuts down at night! We had to open the balcony doors but it is loud because the hotel is on a busy street. I can’t imagine staying here for the summer!||Hotel room was gorgeous and spacious! I love the amenity kits!! Very nice products!
