If you are looking for a spot where traditional quality meets modern technique, De Cháchara is a must-visit. We recently dove into a meal there that hit every high note, from delicate seafood to the ultimate carnivore’s dream.
We started with the Butterfish Carpaccio, and it was a masterclass in balance. The buttery texture of the fish was perfectly cut by the sweetness of the mango and grape vinaigrette, while the sun-dried tomatoes added a deep, savory punch that tied it all together.
Then came the showstopper: a perfectly charred, bone-in Tomahawk. Sliced to show off that beautiful medium-rare center and finished with just the right amount of flaky sea salt. Pair that with those golden, hand-cut fries and you have a meal that speaks for itself.
