De Hallen in Amsterdam is a beautiful place! It is kind of a Mix of culture and food. Pretty nice Shops there. Bit the best inside there is definitly the Foodhallen. It offensichtlich an incredible variety of selfmade food from all over the World. I atelier a Banh Mi there - and it was authentic! I will for sure come back!

Amazing array of foods, all very fresh and great coffee. Second year visiting here and have loved it both times. We had hot dogs and crepes this time. Both extremely tasty.

De Hallen is an absolute gem in Amsterdam! The place has such a vibrant atmosphere — a perfect mix of culture, food, and local charm. The food hall offers an incredible variety of dishes from all around the world, and everything I tried was delicious. The interior is stylish yet relaxed, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or enjoy a casual evening. I also loved browsing the small shops and the local art and design corners. Definitely a worthwhile visit when in Amsterdam!

Great place to visit and grab something to eat and drink. There is something for everyone. Seafood, Mexican, N.A. Beers at the bars, Indian Food and more. Awesome old building that house the maintenance for the old Tram Depot. Along with all the food there is also meeting places and a movie theater.

Great choice of food available, everything we tried was great. Some nights have a DJ playing music, others have other stuff going on. Always busy but we always managed to get a seat/table.

This is a nobrainer visit in Ams! The ramens are amazing! The carrot cup cakes are excellent!

We loved it here so much that we came back to it twice, regardless of the fact that we were a young family of four, were over an hour away and had to catch numerous trams to get here! What a cool place with a fantastic vibe. The best part of this experience was all the different options of food available, meaning all four of us could have something totally different to the other person, meaning everyone had their favourite food. Very enjoyable and whilst you might have to have a little patience to wait for seating to become available, it is worth it once you do.

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel and can highly recommend to anyone considering booking it. Beds are soo comfy!! Stuff is excellent, breakfast was decent and location is 20 walking minutes from city centre.

Yelp
This is a giant marketplace that includes a variety of businesses including a large food hall. I did grab a bite from the food hall which was very crowded and honestly a bit overwhelming. None of the food stalls were particularly interesting to me and the Indonesian food I chose wasn't that great. Expect shopping mall food court quality. In the main walkway of De Hallen, there are a bunch of booths where vendors are selling vintage items which was cool. None of sellers were particularly pushy. I do wish there was some seating available in the main hallway. As a tourist, this would be an optional item on my itinerary. Overall, De Hallen was what I expected out of a marketplace/food hall type concept. I found it to be a good place to wait out heavy rains.

Yelp
This is a giant food hall in Amsterdam. I felt like it was overall okay. The food selection seemed average and a bit pricey. I did try the Indian curry place which was not bad. I wasn't super interested in most of the other offerings. The bench we sat at felt very wobbly and I felt like the bench was going to break at any time. There was also a curious lack of beverages at this food hall. I couldn't really find tap water, and most stalls had no beverages for sale either. I did buy a drink at the middle bar but it was expensive and very small.

Yelp
No, so many excellent Markets, this was disappointing, crowded & expensive. I would pass... we were disappointed

Yelp
Visited this food hall and was definitely impressed. It was much more than I expected based on the reviews I read. Great place for the locals to come hang out, socialize and eat a variety of foods and cocktails.

Yelp
Can't get better than the De Hallen in the Oud-West buurt of the Kinkerstraat. It's near the Bilderdijkstraat and on the Kinkerstraat. This used to be a TRAM depot, parking inside and repair...they have saved some of the old tracks on the floor. They can be seen in the Kanarie Club (in De Food hallen). An upscale facility with a huge food hall (Food Hallen) inside and also a movie theater, stores, library (Bibliotheek) and cafe. Everything is opened back up after the Corona "lockdown" lifted. There is underground fiets parking (closes after hours I think) and also an antique store. Pro tip: the Ten Kate Market is on the other side of De Hallen so you can walk through and get to this awesome market (fully open Tues-Saturday).
