Dehug hotel is in the city centre, near night market, hotel provide dairy breakfast and taste is ok, but not too much style, a little spicy food is not suitable for foreigners, hotel staff is polite and friendly, highly recommend for you if you are first time to come Chiang Rai.

A nice hotel with excellent service and very polite staff. The room was spacious and clean. The location was a bit off the beaten track which could be a positive or negative for you, depending if you want to be close to the “action”. The pool looked lovely and clean but was not heated enough to swim in, despite 29 degree weather. Balcony was very small with barely space to open the door with the big air conditioner on it. The breakfast was average but again, the hotel staff are lovely.

The hallway to the room was always dark. The lights were off the entire time we stayed there. The room itself is a bit yellow looking so people obviously ignored the no smoking inside rule 🚭 which is unfair to the nonsmoking guests and families who stay. The beds are ok in comfortability. The location is decent and you are about 30-45 mins walking distance from most cool inner city things. The Grabs (Thai uber) is affordable here and not just bike availability so you can get a grab car. Breakfast fruit was good. I love fresh fruit and Thailand is plentiful in this. The rice and stir fried protein and veg was always good. Don’t eat sausages in Thailand- anywhere. I just don’t recommend. Eggs were great. The services for massage in Thailand always amaze me. You can request a 2h oil thai and foot massage for 800 baht to your room. This is a pretty good deal and was worth it after a long day of travel and exploration.

Nice hotel a little outside the center. Very large rooms...rather rare in Chiang Rai. Rooms and bathrooms are clean by Thai standards. Breakfast is sufficient. There is mostly Thai food. The staff is very friendly. The doorman - his name was Paul - is also responsible for directing guests to the parking lot and he always found a parking space on the small place. He was also very friendly and always had time for a chat with the guests. All in all, OK for 3 to 4 nights.

Stayed at this lovely hotel my first time in Chiang Rai. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was incredible, lots of great Thai and Western options. The staff was very polite and kind. Wifi was fast and reliable, I would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and located in Chiang Rai city, near to some famous place of interest within 5km radius, 160m walking distance to a famous Thai food restaurant, good breakfast with safe car park in front of the hotel entrance, very helpful front desk staff, they will recommend the direction and place you like to visit with a map.

This is a good hotel for family, business, long and short visit stay. The room is spacious, clean and we’ll decorate. There is a space for working inside the room and a sofa for leisure. The bathroom is spacious and proportionately divided between toilet and shower. Breakfast has Thai and basic western options. Swimming pool is beautiful and in the back with open sky sky view. Convenient parking space.

Rundown and old, especially the bathroom. Broken window. Ok for one night, it is not so bad. Breakfast was really low quality. The staff was friendly. No toiletries provided. The room is clean and spacious. The location is good but still a taxi away from most activities.
