Mooi industrieel terrein waar de de voormalige Prodentfabriek stond. Nu een een mooie multifunctionele plek, waar zeer veel kleine bedrijfjes zijn gevestigd met de nodige horeca in de panden van deze voormalige fabriek. Zeker een bezoekje waard. Er zit bijvoorbeeld een uitstekende fietsenmaker en ook een hele kleine drukkerij met bijzondere kaarten en zeefdrukken. De panden zijn industrieel erfgoed en zeer fraai. Heel goed dat de gemeente Amersfoort dit industriële terrein heeft laten staan en zo een mooie nieuwe bestemming heeft gegeven.

De Nieuwe Stadsmarkt op de Oliemolenhof bij het Lokaal - 22 maart 2025. Erg geslaagd - leuke kleine ondernemers, van food (chutneys, ciders, mosterd soorten) tot kunst van keramiek, hout of papier en van alles daar tussen in (o.a. biologische planten van de Glinstertuin). In het najaar is er weer een Nieuwe Stadsmarkt.
