We had two chicken burritos, which were wonderful, and I had the smash burger and without doubt it was the absolute best burger I've ever had. I had to let the rest of my family try it and they all agreed. So much so that, the next day (the last of our holiday), we drove 30 minutes out of our way just to get 3 burgers again! Delicious sauce, perfect cheese and loads of beautifully caramelised onions. Really friendly service too.

Looked for a quick lunch after enjoying Playa Hermosa and stumbled upon this gem. We were welcomed by the sweetest and most caring owner. Fantastic food, amazing smoothies and incredible coffee. Nothing but praise and an urge to come back again before we leave this wonderful place. 🙏

Amazing! One of the highlights of our Costa Rica trip. My wife found this place based on reviews and we proceeded to come back 4 times while staying in Manzanillo because everything was fantastic. And above the food, the owner, Max was very friendly and helpful. We had fish tacos and salad the first time which were both incredible. That evening we came back for sourdough pizza which was unreal. We stopped in for coffee and a chai tea latte (which was probably the best chai tea latte my wife or I had ever had) and finally for smoothies, both of which were incredible. He also sells delicious local coffee bean and other local and home made goods. Go here instead of getting super market beans. Thanks for everything Max, hope you keep rocking it in Manza. Pura Vida.

My daughter and I had 2.5 hours to kill before the horseback riding activity in Santa Teresa and we stumbled in this beautiful cafe, the true hidden gem! The atmosphere was so zen and hip, the taco we had was honestly one of the best we ever tried in terms of the taste and the presentation wise. The croissant was very unique and tasty too! The owner max kindest and coolest on top of food and atmosphere! I wish I could come to cafe like this everyday in my neighborhood in Monterey…. 😭

Such a hidden gem! We were stoked to find this place while exploring Manzanillo. Max was such a cool dude. I could stay and talk with him for hours! The food was clean and delicious, try their homemade hot sauce. It is awesome. Thank you Max!

Absolutely incredible. The food was beyond anything I expected — you can really feel it’s made with so much heart, care, and attention. The flavors are unreal, the service is genuinely amazing, and the whole vibe is just special. I’ve been going there every day because I completely fell in love — with the taste, the atmosphere, and the way they treat you. A true gem in Manzanillo.

Tucked just a few miles from the seaside, you’ll discover a hidden gem that completely stole our hearts! We absolutely loved our brunch at this charming little café. With so many mouthwatering options on the menu, it was almost impossible to choose just one—but we managed! We sipped on a refreshing lavender “Booch” and a vibrant tropical smoothie, then indulged in the Wing Burrito and the ESTILO BBQ Sandwich—stacked high with roasted, farm-raised pork, house-made BBQ sauce, tomato, lettuce, mozzarella, and sweet caramelized onions. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the freshness was unmistakable. The warm, welcoming owner even surprised us with a sweet little take-home bag of treats from their bakery. If we lived nearby, this would definitely be our go-to weekend brunch spot. Don’t miss this coastal treasure—it’s well worth the detour if you are staying in Santa Teresa.
