De Waterkant House

We had an exceptional experience here, room was great and spacious. What really made a difference was Sam, the night Duty Manager: he helped us with a late check-in and getting food delivered. The House has a lovely shared kitchen, living room and a mini pool also. The Charles nearby is perfect for breakfast. Only downside, breakfast is not included and this facility doesn’t have a partnership with The Charles for breakfast deal.

We had a wonderful stay at De Waterkant House. The team made our time in Cape Town unforgettable with the best tips, a personal touch and lovely little breakfast (facilities are excellent). Our home away from home. Definitely recommended!

This is an immaculate and very charming home! The rooms are comfortable, well appointed and invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning neighborhood. Well-equipped with every imaginable comfort, I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a breakaway.

This was our first time in Cape Town and De Watekant House (we stayed in the blue and green houses) was a perfect base to explore from. The little kitchen was great for a cuppa and a quick bite to eat and there was a well equipped Supermarket at the bottom of the road. Plenty of hot water and comfy beds. Beautifully clean and we were very comfortable here. Parking was never a problem and everyone was very helpful. As a base to explore from it was just what was needed and our 3 days here started our Cape Town holiday off perfectly.

Very friendly stuff,good wifi,rooms are clean and have a great standard. Very save area and you can walk to downtown and waterfront within 10 min. Great breakfast aroun the corner and there is a mai thai spa also on dixon str.which is a must. All togehter,it gives a bit of a home more then hotel flair.....i like...

Best I I've ever seen

Great place to stay. In a fantastic part of Cape Town. Friendly restaurants and cafe/bars. Very welcoming.
