Absolutely stunning meal, probably one of the best Michelin starred dinners of my life. As you'd expect, each of the dishes were remarkable and impressive (especially the chocolate desert and the pigeon) with perhaps the single exception of the lobster ravilo amuse-bouche which was just "fine". I must also remark on the service, which was excellent. Our main server and acting sommelier (who we also assumed was one of the owners) was stand out excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable while being personable, friendly, and relaxed. She truly made us feel as if we came to a fine meal in a friend's home. The food is worthy of more than just 1 Michelin star, but the service is probably where the reviewers marked it down as it is more informal - however, all 6 of us in our party felt this relaxed style actually enhanced the experience greatly. In summary, go out of your way to visit this beautiful village and this absolutely stunning restaurant.
