This is my first time visiting a Pincho bar and i really enjoyed it! For a context, Pincho is the little food that you can see in the pictures (they are different from Tapas because they are served in a cocktail stick). The restaurant serve both warm and cold pinchos. There's there ways you can get your food:
1.For cold pinchos, you can go to the counter and pick the ones that you like;
2. For warm pinchos, the waiters will walk around every 10 minutes or so with a different ones and ask if you want them;
3. You can also order straight from the menu for a mix of cold pinchos where they just choose them for you. The restaurant also serve some really delicious tapas and you can order them from the menu.
Almost all the pinchos we ordered have some funky combination that we have never thought of. Every Pincho is a surprise! On a little side note, we have to order quite a lot of them to be full. For food only (including dessert), we prob spend around 30e per person. For dessert we get a pistachio coulant and a homemade Santiago cake. I prefer the pistachio coulant better but they are both great.
For those who like to try unique flavors, this is the place to visit! A little tip: Wait for the waiters to serve you warm pinchos (instead of ordering cold pinchos) because they are tastier (imo). Would definitely come back again.
