"Why we love it : A classic Marriott in a spectacular setting The Highlights: - Rooms with balconies for taking in the sea vistas - A family-friendly range of dining options - The Dead Sea saltwater pool in the signature spa The Review: The best resorts on Jordan’s Dead Sea coast offer the cozy comforts of a small hotel, but also plenty of space to roam and explore. This Marriott hits just the right mix. Here, vast landscaped grounds descend in a series of terraces to the waterline, with plenty of shady corners for when you’re done lounging by the pool or bobbing in the salty sea. Inside, spacious guest rooms feature just enough design touches such as dark wooden louvered windows to remind you that you’re in Jordan, along with extras like balconies to enjoy the views. As expected at a Marriott, there are several restaurants and poolside bars on-site. On the more surprising side, there’s quite a nice spa with a Dead Sea pool, and all the hot water at the hotel is heated by solar power in a nod to environmental consciousness."

The hotel is beautiful from the moment you enter, security is strict at the entrance and they make sure no one enters without a reservation, which makes you feel safe as a guest. All the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are clean, and room service is fast. The breakfast buffet was excellent everything was fresh and delicious with no complaints at all. There are many pools, all clean and well maintained, from kids’ pools to family pools. You get to the beach using one of the hotel’s internal cars and they bring you back the same way very convenient. No hassle at all with towels or water everything is easily available. It’s definitely a place worth visiting to relax, recharge, and enjoy lots of fun activities.

If my memory does not deceive me, i have been coming to this resort since year 2000. I planned this trip back in april, and it paid off. A great resort with a great pool and endless service locations everywhere. ||1. Location and pool|Facing the deadsea, the pool area is beautiful and artistically maintained. Abu beer and mefleh are so helpful and service everyone with care and respect. From towels, water bottles, and setup, these guys are so devoted.||2. Breakfast|Good presentation, variety, and quality. Habis and Yousef serve with a great smile. Leaving no chance to offer you anything without actually doing it.||3. Streamlined checkin |Alaa checked us in and put us in a beautiful pool/sea view duplex that is so comfortable and stylish. He made everything so easy and classy. I can't be more grateful.||Before you leave, you must try oak tree restaurant. If you'd like a beautifully crafted jordanian lunch or dinner that is delicious, this should be your number 1 place.||All in all, this resort is the pace to be in the deadsea area, go you will be happy you did.

Everything was excellent and I enjoyed my stay very much. The facility is beautiful and well kept, the pools are wonderful, so is the beach. The service was incredible, staff are very competent and friendly. The restaurant options at the Oasis is fantastic, I had a meal in each of them (Champions, Oak Tree and il terrazzo) and I have to admit all three were impeccable! I also had a relaxing massage at the spa - by far the best massage I have had in Jordan, the masseuse was Victoria, she is an amazing professional and a wonderful person, can’t thank her enough. I will definitely come back soon.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish! I requested special services through the app before arrival, and everything was ready as planned. The staff even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake for my wife — such a thoughtful touch that made our day! We tried Champions (7/10) for burgers and Oak Tree (10/10) for delicious Middle Eastern food — highly recommended. Despite the hotel being fully booked, breakfast was very well managed, and we never felt the rush. Friendly staff, stunning views, relaxing pools — everything was top-notch. Thank you, Marriott, for making our getaway unforgettable!

Dear Marriott Dead Sea Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience we had during our recent family vacation. We stayed with friends and had an absolutely amazing time — everything from the rooms to the service was perfect. The hotel was beautifully maintained, the staff was always welcoming and helpful, and every detail made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The pools, the food, the cleanliness, and the breathtaking views all made our stay truly unforgettable. We made such great memories, and we are already looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you for making our vacation so special! Best regards, Firas Haddad and the family

We just drove an hour and a half to Marriott Dead Sea for a prepaid, non-refundable reservation for 4 adults and 1 child — only to be turned away at the door because we brought our 17 year old brother, who is under our care. Despite explaining that we’re his legal guardians during this trip and offering to call our parents or show proof, the front desk coldly refused any flexibility. Even worse — they denied us any written proof of cancellation or no-show, knowing full well that the booking was non-refundable. We paid in full, were refused entry, and then forced to leave with nothing. No stay, no refund, no documentation, and zero basic decency from the staff. This is not how a five-star resort should operate. There was no empathy, no effort to resolve the issue, no humanity. Just cold policy enforcement and complete dismissal of our situation. Shame on Marriott for treating paying guests like this. Never again.

Absolutely stunning hotel, our room was large & clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The pools area were amazing . They include a free buggy down to Dead Sea private beach & back again. There is showers & changing room on beach too. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We just couldn’t fault anything about this hotel, we can’t wait to come back!
